Abstract: Trading information safety is affected by all kinds of risks in transaction process. According to the characteristics of financial risk in financial transactions, with a financial enterprise related data as a sample, this article compared and analyzed the importance of different risk factors in trading information flow links though the digital simulation method. Then used the square root method to give different factors with different weights and check the consistency of these weight values. This process constructed risk management system for transaction information security in financial enterprises.

Abstract: The research object was online payment acceptance. The research method was questionnaire survey. A total of 250 questionnaires were Issued, 233 questionnaires were recovered, 230 questionnaires were effective questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 19. The research results show that consumption level has not an effect on online payment acceptance, online payment system security and purchase cost have an impact on online payment acceptance. The significant effect values of three variables are 0.544, 0.025, 0.00.

Abstract: Interoperability is a key issue in implementing an e-Government system. Grid Computing based service for interoperability (e-Gov Grid Computing) could be a solution for resource sharing and interoperability of e-Gov systems. The main objective of this paper is to develop an e-Gov Grid Computing Model through e-Gov policy in Bangladesh in order to ensure good governance. The necessary reformation which are required for implementation of ICT Grid Computing system for e-Government are administrative reform for governmental and non-governmental organizations for ensuring transparency and accountability, economic and financial systems reform, politics and political parties reform, planning and policy reform, judicial reform, reform in organizations engaged in ensuring law and order.

Abstract: Using principal components method to analyses the related datas which infulence development of e-commerce, pointing out that the development of e-commerce in Jiangmen is relative lagging behind in Guangdong Province. Finally, puts forward some concrete policy suggestions based on the research results.

Abstract: With the rapid development of tourism e-commerce, in addition to the traditional OTAs (online tourism agents) represented by CTRP and eLong, new OTAs focusing on vacation tour such as Tuniu and Uzai are emerging in large numbers. In this paper we made an analysis on the status quo of the emerging OTA e-commerce in such aspects as e-commerce products and service, marketing and promotion, and competition situations, etc., pointed that the new OTAs are suffering problems such as deficient qualities of the current products and service, lack of tourism e-commerce talents and lower operation efficiency, etc., and brought forward corresponding countermeasures for further development of the emerging tourism websites from perspectives of quality promotion of e-commerce products and service, cultivation of tourism e-commerce talents and optimization of online booking system, etc.

Abstract: Automated negotiation about price and quantity is increasingly common in e-commerce. This paper presents an automated bilateral negotiation conducted by labor-saving and emotion-free autonomous agents. An automated negotiation may alleviate the difficulties inherent in human negotiations. To avoid a deadlock in which both agents are unwilling to concede may arise in the traditional alternating-offer pattern, a mediator agent is introduced. After outlining the negotiation workflow, we aim to analyze the correlation of price and quantity in a bilateral negotiation in different situations; then propose the negotiation methods how negotiate price and quantity for different situations. We hope the research can offer the guide for applying the proposed method to the e-commerce.

Abstract: Nowadays personalized recommendation algorithm of e-commerce can hardly meet the needs of users as an ever-increasing number of users and items in personalized recommender system has brought about sparsity of user-item rating matrix and the emergence of more and more new users has threatened recommender system quality. This paper puts forward a pre-filled collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on matrix factorization, pre-filling user-item matrixes by matrix factorization and building nearest-neighbor models according to new user profile information, thus mitigating the influence of matrix sparsity and new users and improving the accuracy of recommender system. The experimental results suggest that this algorithm is more precise and effective than the traditional one under the condition of extremely sparse user-item rating matrix.

Abstract: In order to improve the utilization rate of library seats, lots of libraries now begin to use seat management systems, most of which are mainly based on fixed touch screen terminals and users are required to operate locally. In order to solve this problem, here we put forward a solution based on the mobile phones, panel computers and other mobile terminals. The terminal solution to the seat management system in this paper is based on android system which is a mainstream operating system for mobile devices. The new solution has advantages such as low cost of deployment, fast response, convenient use and so on; moreover, the new solution can be applied to other fields such as car parking management.

Abstract: Clickstream data provide information for the behavior traces of online consumers. These traces contain the user's personality psychology. In this paper, clickstream data is researched to analyze the online consumer character in personality psychology. We propose a consumer character analysis method by Bayesian network. By using some variables at the session level, we construct the Bayesian network and dig out the consumer character. Then, with some real clickstream data, this method is applied to an online shopper. Finally, we get the dominant type of consumer character and related variables. Through interview with user, the validity of this method is verified.

Abstract: In view of current 2D network shopping limitations, we developed a 3D try-on system, which is composed of human body model establishment, 3D clothing model establishment and 3D try-on effect online display. We proposed a modeling method based on VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language) to modify eigenvalue parameters of human body model. To match virtual mode’s and reality users’ face, we fused interpolation algorithm and model deformation, which bases on people’s real pictures and general-purpose digital human. We put forward fashion designers created 3D clothing models in order to reduce duplication of effort and improve the model’s quality. Clothing drape effect and easing effect are shown in the virtual scene. Using above methods to create 3D fitting model is more real and practical popularized.
