Abstract: The intellectual environmental management can be realized accurately by applying the technology of the Internet of Things (IOT) to sense the environmental monitoring object and to precede the data mining application based on the monitoring. Taking Shanxi Province’s environmental IOT system as an example, this system had been achieved real time monitoring .The monitoring data has been applied to the total pollutant emission reduction verification, pollutant emission charge, administrative penalties, total pollutant emission dynamic management, pollutant emission allowance trade, and environmental mobile law-enforcing system, which provides a solid platform for the environmental management .Applying the technology of the IOT, using the “Whole Circle”environmental management, combining the environmental economic means, the innovation in methods, mechanism and supervision of environmental protection system can be realized.

Abstract: Nowadays, large-scale B2C online shopping platforms tend to move toward a business model that is characterized by large product variety and small amounts. They also cooperate with professional warehouse management providers who offer inventory services to achieve the business goal of fast delivery to consumers. Due to the fact that the merchandise on online shopping platforms is usually sold on consignment, these businesses strive for inventory cost minimization, optimal use of storage space, and efficient inventory management based on differences between product supply and demand patterns. This study establishes an online shopping platform with quick response service capability by employing a systematic simulation method. The replenishment mechanism between the supplier and the platform warehouse is based on vendor-managed inventory methods. An optimal inventory management strategy is obtained through a simulation optimization method for the following three variables: product storage ratio, reorder points, and warehouse capacity. The research results of this study show that by controlling the product storage ratio at fixed warehouse capacity and reorder points, the backorder rate can be reduced from 22.06% to 13.01. If equal attention is paid to product storage ratio, reorder points, and warehouse capacity, the backorder rate can be decreased to 0 and the supply chain costs of the platform can be reduced as well. This clearly indicates that this storage control model provides optimal utilization of the available resources of the online shopping platform and an efficient utilization of storage space to reduce shortages and operational costs and achieve the business goal of quick service.

Abstract: Customer satisfaction is an important index to measure the enterprise product and service quality, customer satisfaction evaluation of e-commerce enterprises is an important part of its overall assessment. In this paper, starting from the customer satisfaction, evaluation index system is established; the evaluation model of electronic commerce enterprise based on cloud model is constructed, customer satisfaction is made a scientific comprehensive evaluation. Compared with the traditional method of qualitative evaluation, qualitative evaluation method based on cloud model is practical, and the result is intuitive, comprehensive and profound, more in line with the actual situation.

Abstract: Aiming at the limitation to the credit evaluating system of C2C, a multi-variables fuzzy reasoning model is constructed and the calculating scheme is designed to evaluate the sellers credit of C2C referring to the evaluating indexes of Taobao net. The score of credit indexes is defined by the form of continuous interval in the model based on the interdependent relationship between the global assessment and the secondary evaluation indexes. Since the effect of the subjective factors on credit rating is efficiently eliminating in the algorithm and the credit description is more close to the transaction fact, the rating results of credit got by fuzzy calculation is more reliable than the ones obtained by traditional evaluation method. To verify the effectiveness of the fuzzy method, an applied example is given under the background of Taobao transaction.

Abstract: In this paper, the semi-annual data such as the number of mobile users, the total amount of social logistics, the total amount of the private placement and financing from 2000 to 2012 in China. The following conclusions are drawn. The mobile internet market, the financial capital market and the logistics service market are main factors influencing the development of e-commerce in China. From a dynamic perspective, these influencing factors would become differentiated. Along with the gradually becoming booming and mature of the e-commerce market, the mobile communication market and the financial capital market play a greater and greater role in promoting the development of e-commerce, while the logistics service market plays a smaller and smaller role in influencing e-commerce.

Abstract: Recommendation system is a commercial marketing method. What more, the system could increase adhesion and satisfaction of consumers to the website which brings great commercial benefit to electronic commerce. But with big data ages coming, it makes a great challenge to real-time recommendation system. As for latent factor class collaborative filtering algorithm, a distributed constructed latent factor algorithm based on cloud is presented in this paper. The algorithm could keep collaborative filtering in good recommendation and ensure the real time in massive data environment. The simulation shows that the algorithm could achieve the recommendation efficiently and quickly. High speedup and scalability are proved.

Abstract: The traditional collaborative filtering algorithm has a better recommendation quality and efficiency, it has been the most widely used in personalized recommendation system. Based on the traditional collaborative filtering algorithm,this paper considers the user interest diversity and combination of cloud model theory.it presents an improved cloud model based on collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm.The test results show that, the algorithm has better recommendation results than other kinds of traditional recommendation algorithm.
