Abstract: Manufacturing Execution System is the tie of computer integrated manufacturing systems on enterprise information integration. This paper designs a MES in tire enterprises according to the need of tire production manufacturing. Production process of tire manufacturing is introduced firstly. Then the structure design and function design of MES in tire enterprises is given. The proposed MES design scheme is applied to a tire enterprise and result shows that MES can improve the tire manufacturing efficiency greatly.

Abstract: the paper presents a brand new system about mine locomotive monitoring and management based on wireless video technology, which has high communication rate, strong anti-disturbance capability, more secret, longer distance and object recognizing on high speed moving and other technology advantages. These make the system suit for complex and harsh working environment underground. It uses optical cable to translate data for saving electric cable and decreasing installation and maintenance workload. The full-course real-time supervising improves the efficient of locomotive transportation management and makes locomotive schedule much more convenience.

Abstract: This paper studies the scheduling problem of material handling by AGV in complex stochastic production lines. We establish the AGV distribution rule that each AGV is responsible for only one zone, thus reduce the muti-vehicle problem to single-vehicle problem. Its difficult to use exact model to solve the problem since the scheduling problem is related to the time issue. Most literature adopts heuristic or meta-heuristic methods. We build discrete model to solve the problem based on the special structure of our problem, adding constraints only when loading and unloading events happen. The computational results demonstrate that our model can effectively solve the AGV scheduling problem.

Abstract: Due to the command and control relationship in emergency logistics process, the emergency logistics agent shows some semi-autonomous features as it is not completely autonomous. Aiming at the implementation of the semi-autonomous feature, this paper presents a control structure as the basis of communication among the role agents in emergency logistics multi-agent system. The suggested control structure is composed by the controller, communicator and control property set. The control property set and its corresponding ACL primitive is the core of the whole structure for representing the semi-autonomous feature, which can simulate the control behavior in the practical emergency logistics process. By means of the control property set, the controller can set the control property to the preparing information for transmission, and the communicator can encapsulate the preparing information into the FIPA ACL message with the extended control primitive. Finally, an illustrative example of multi-agent communication is proposed to validate the effectiveness of the suggested semi-autonomous structure.

Abstract: Dynamic crew scheduling optimize the crew plan and save the human resource cost in emergency situation. On the basis of considering crew plan regulations and crew cost, the research construct dynamic crew scheduling model, using heuristic pretreatment method to generate dynamic crew routing for reducing the solution space. It form hybrid simulated annealing algorithm to solve the dynamic crew scheduling problem. The experimental result confirm the method could effectively reduce algorithm search space and calculation time and improve the operation efficiency.

Abstract: Aircraft dynamic scheduling affects the operation efficiency and flight benefits. Airlines make a rational organization of surplus aircraft to generate the best scheduling solution. The present research constructs an aircraft dynamic scheduling network diagram, define the surplus aircrafts available routings and create aircraft dynamic scheduling mathematical model. Through a mixture column generation algorithm with heuristic methods, the research find the routings in the optimal aircraft dynamic scheduling program. The given instance verifies the model and algorithm generate reasonable and practical solution for airlines in the effective time.

Abstract: In this paper we present a genetic algorithm for the multi-mode resource-constrained project scheduling problem (MRCPSP), in which multiple execution modes are available for each of the activities of the project. To solve the problem, we apply a hybrid genetic algorithm, which makes use of nonrenewable resource feasibility checking procedure, local search based mutation and topological sort procedure. We present detailed computational results for the MRCPSP, which reveal that our procedure is effective in solving the problem.

Abstract: In order to obtain suit commodity price forecasting model and help consumers have the better reference resources when they buy mobile phones, cell phones price forecasting on training step is discussed in this paper. One year price for ten types mobile phone which extracted from http://www.jd.com/ is used as the original data to improve Support Vector Machine (SVM) model based on the training step. According to this forecasting method, the experiments are implemented under the different training step for different types cell phones depend on the accuracy rata. Comparing the experimental results with the original data, the forecasting average accuracy obtains 94.48 percent. But with the training step growth, the efficiency of model is cutting down unceasingly. Experiment results prove that the research is meaningful and useful and it is not only for consumers, but also for businesses in the cell phones market.

Abstract: The traditional financial distress method normally divided samples into two categories by healthy and bankruptcy. And the financial indicators are typically chosen without using a systematic and reasonable theory. To be more realistic, this paper selected all the companies in a certain industry as the research objects. Twenty-one financial indicators were primarily chosen as the condition attributes, reduction set was obtained by matrix reduction identification based on rough set theory. Then PSO-based clustering algorithm K-means was used to divide subjects into 5 categories of different financial status. The decision-making table was formed with the reduction set using the classification as a decision attribute. Finally, we tested the reasonableness of the classification and generated early warning rules together with rough set theory to evaluate the financial status of listed companies. The results showed that PSO-based K-means algorithm was able to reasonably classify companies, at the same time to overcome the subjective impacts in the artificial measure of financial crisis level. Data generated using this method agreed with the rough set theory for up to 87.0%, thus proving this method to be effective and feasible.

Abstract: The flexibility is always a big trouble of workflow system. For nowadays, in order to catch up with the new management of company, the traditional workflow has to be upgraded too. Being used as a small control to assist the development of controlling the flow, the rule engine separates the business rule from business logic and manages them as a whole part in order to improve the flexibility and agility of traditional workflow while the basic function of workflow would be maintained, then to attain the decoupled nature and generality of the software.
