Abstract: This paper analyzes user needs for active statistical map cartography service and puts forward standardized methods for different class of user needs based on user needs classifying, including the specific user mapping needs, the temporary user input mapping needs as well as active service initiative to provide mapping services based on user characteristics. On this basis, the paper puts forward a unified user needs standardized method by integrating the different standardized method, which gives the unified user need description for the active statistical map cartography service.

Abstract: ERP makes enterprises more powerful in information age. Only a few of the domestic enterprises succeed in ERP implementation. According to the experience of ERP implementation, this paper introduces the cause of blocking in ERP implementation. At the same time, this article presents lots of solutions to the problem. Abstract: This paper started with theories of team heterogeneity and team performance, according to questionnaire survey method, reviewed three dimensions of knowledge heterogeneity (speciality heterogeneity, education heterogeneity and work experience heterogeneity) and their effects on team performance. The result showed that speciality heterogeneity was positively related to task performance and contextual performance, while work experience heterogeneity was positively related to contextual performance significantly, but had no significant relationship with task performance. In addition, education heterogeneity had no significant relationship with task performance and contextual performance.

Abstract: Social rescue resources are the material basis of emergency rescue, which is the support and key factor to ensure effective emergency rescue. From the analysis of the real cases, this paper proposes social rescue resources have three characteristics: large demand fluctuation, short demanding period and hard to forecast demand kinds; Based on these characteristics, this paper proposes social rescue resources supply including social rescue resources reserves and social rescue resources mobilization. Then, assuming there is no information delays, utilizes system dynamics to model social rescue resources reserves, social rescue resources mobilization and social rescue resources supply, and simulates to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the models. Abstract: Comparing various methods of multi-objective decision making, we find data envelopment analysis method is very suitable for handling multi-input, especially multi-output problems, and also get lots of useful management information. Natural Science Foundation research activity, having multi-input and multi-output variable, is a typical multi-objective decision problem, so it is ideal for using DEA method to study the effectiveness and implementation results of the activity. Therefore, the paper based on the models of C2R and C2GS2, excess input and output shortage of DEA method and taking the Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province as the research object measures and analyzes the implementation results of different years and types of research activities. The conclusion is that the implementation effect of the Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province is well overall and it has a good development trend but uneven development in different years, different units and disciplines, namely that implementation results are quite different.

Abstract: High-tech zone is a new economic form which has huge space for development. Based on MAS theory, this paper studies the technology innovation community in high-tech zone and creates a complex model with simulations tool--NetLogo. Some detail Agents are built such as MCAgent, RIAgent, EAgent and environmental Cellular Agent. Simulation results show that the model is suitable and flexible.

Abstract: Employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment are the key factors that affecting the performance of enterprise’s employees. Through using empirical research method to explore the relationship among the three with the sample of 330 employees of an enterprise. The results show that: Employees’ job satisfaction have a positive effect on job performance significantly; Employees job satisfaction positive effect on organizational commitment; Organizational commitment played a partial intermediary role in the process of job satisfaction improving performance.

Abstract: Contract was incomplete naturally. Risk allocation was an important part of the contract. In accordance with the time period, contract could be divided into the initial contracts and re-negotiate contracts. Accordingly, the risk allocation could be divided into the initial contract signing stage of the risk allocation and contract fulfillment stage of the further allocation. The latter played the role in making up and adjusting the former, they constituted a complete framework of risk allocation.The overall framework of risk allocation contributes to its incentive function in the design contract, prompting the designer to take design innovation.

Abstract: The coupled tasks of complex product may lead to iterations and iterative process and it would influence the quality and schedule of the complex product development. To achieve a reasonable planning about tasks, this paper works on the information transfer between measurable tasks to calculate the dependency degree on the basis of the variability and sensitivity, then construct a fuzzy dependency structure matrix to reflect the dependency of the coupled tasks. Then utilize matrix power to identify coupled task set, and decouple the coupled tasks. At last, this paper verifies this theory with instance.
