Abstract: Culture industry is a new industry which develops under the background of globalization, and the evaluation to culture industry’s development level is becoming more and more urgent. According to the culture industry’s present situation data and its definition of Hebei province, this paper carries out the level analysis of culture industry, and establishes the fuzzy evaluation factor set of cultural industry’s development level in Hebei province, and then constructing fuzzy evaluation matrix to do the comprehensive evaluation of culture industry’s development level in Hebei province. Abstract: Obtaining user requirement changes promptly has become a key of the rapid service evolution. Carl K. Chang et al proposed a Situ frame which can promptly obtain user requirement changes through user intention changes identified by user behavior. This paper designs a Smart Meeting Room System(SMRS) based on Situ framework. According to the user action sequence segmenting problem while inferring user intention in SMRS, this paper proposes a user action sequence segmenting approach based on scenario and max entropy, which can effectively support user intention identification. The approach is illustrated by a user action sequence segmenting process instance at the end of this paper.

Abstract: Crowd evacuation in large and complex buildings is becoming a challenging direction in the field of emergency management. In the paper, we present an agent-based approach to modeling crowd evacuation, including navigator model and crowd movement model. Visualization results show these models can access to realistic evacuation process and achieve the goal of rapid evacuation.

Abstract: This paper considers the service supplier selection problem in a construction project consisting of multiple tasks, wherein there are several alternative suppliers bidding for each task. Due to the extensive varieties among the suppliers, the right ones should be chosen for each task to achieve the management objectives. With a critical chain model we proposed from the entire construction supply chains view, we derive the effective managerial implications to guide the service supplier selection, as well as the construction supply chain management in monitoring and controlling the project duration.

Abstract: To the present status of logistical finance as the starting point, the potential risk of logistical finance was evaluated and the countermeasures are proposed by analyzing the main modes of operation of logistics finance. The paper mainly using a quantitative analysis combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the logistics financial business risk.
