Abstract: Logistics Park parking lot planning and design of logistics park planning and design of transportation systems is an important part. Based on the purpose of planning and design of the park parking lot, parking characteristics, parking situation, parking planning and design principles of content and five parking planning and design aspects of Logistics Park parking lot to the overall analysis of planning and design. On this basis, the layout plan of the park's parking lot and parking stowage plan was analyzed and discussed.

Abstract: The current constructional project have significant influence on the traffic system in the evaluation scope by TIA, the modification of the regulatory detailed plan and the plan conditions proposed is impossible for its characteristic of ex-post evaluation. Thus the effectiveness of TIA is greatly reduced. This paper discusses this issue and puts part of the content of TIA upward into regulatory plan stage. The focus and content of each stage can be clearly assigned by the integration of comprehensive transportation system plan in master plan, TIA in regulatory plan, TIA in constructional detail plan and project design. Furthermore, the paper introduces the measure which was put forward in urban comprehensive transportation plan of Bayuquan District in Yingkou City and TIA was applied in regulatory plan of Wanghai new District. By improving the method and testing the effects, the role of TIA can be further enhanced.

Abstract: Based on the matter-element extension model, this paper first builds a set of reasonable power quality evaluation index system, and then determines the index value through the analytical hierarchy process (AHP), and finally makes a comprehensive evaluation of power supply quality. With an example based on, this paper will prove the feasibility of matter-extension model supplied in power quality evaluation.

Abstract: In this paper, using SCOR model as a framework of green supply chain, the authors establish the indicator system of overall performance evaluation on the green supply chain from the finance, operations and environment of the supply chain. According to the characteristics of the multi-level performance evaluation system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the authors build the enterprise performance evaluation model on the green supply chain management. Using the implementation of the green supply chain on the Wilsonart Company as a case, the authors analyze and test that the green supply chain management can improve the overall performance of enterprises.

Abstract: The logistics pipeline scheduling problem of oil refining process was researched in this paper. The problem has been received significant attentions in actual production process. A MILP scheduling optimization model was built by formulating the complex logistics pipeline network of oil refining process. Compared to other researches, the presented model in this paper has fewer variables and more concise constrains which can be solved more efficiently. The formulation approach also provides a basis for the further research on energy network optimization. Finally, the presented model was used to address the scheduling of a refinery. Case study shows that the obtained optimal schedule satisfies real requirements, which illustrates the models efficiency.

Abstract: Reducing the duration of freeway traffic incident plays a significant role in improving the efficiency of freeway transportation. The duration of freeway traffic incidents is composed of four stages: the discovery time, response time, clearing time and the recovery time. Through analyzing the key factors influencing different duration stations, this article studies how factors including incident severity, aid resource allocation and emergency rescue preplan influence the duration, and pointedly propose countermeasures to reduce freeway traffic incidents duration. The conclusion of this article provides reference for improving the efficiency in freeway traffic incident management.

Abstract: With the rapid development of air traffic management, a number of new technologies will replace today control method. In the future, aircrafts can keep appropriate interval according to control intention. And controllers will command the whole situation in real-time. On the basis of the 4D trajectory design and plan of American in air traffic management, we establish 4D trajectory model by UML and XML Schema. Then the Pub/Sub mechanism is modeled and analyzed. Through analyzing the QoS data synchronization, we can regulate data exchange which under 4D trajectory interoperability effectively.

Abstract: To predict the potential conflict during the flight routes, a conflict detection approach based on multi-waypoints is presented. Aimed at the encounter geometry of two aircrafts with multi-waypoints, in order to simply the computational process, the aircrafts routes are divided into several straight conflict paths. Model along track kinematics equation of the aircraft by referencing to a classical conclusion that the along track error of the aircraft is normal distributed, consider an encounter between two aircrafts at the same flight level , construct an ellipse conflict region, by establishing a rectangular coordinate system represented aircraft position appropriately . First, propose a probability estimation algorithm of medium term conflict detection for cross routes at the same level, then analyze the relationship between the conflict probability and several factors based on various graphs. MATLAB result shows that the proposed algorithm is advanced in its simple calculation method, fast calculation speed and precise detection calculations.

Abstract: On the basis of the demand analysis of high-speed railway transport capacity management decision support system, we build static structure view, dynamic behavior view and model management view basing on the Modeling Language of UML and described the essential factor, events and activities of this system in time and space separately. On the basis of the above, we develop the management decision support system of high-speed railway transport capacity, which provide fundamental basis for the optimal configuration of transportation capacity resource, and then form the high-speed railway calculation evaluation and management system. In the end, we apply the system to the calculation examples of Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway.
