Abstract: In the process of the development of learner autonomy, teachers play a very important role, even determining to some extent whether learner autonomy can be realized. However, there is a lack of strong finks in theories concerning the relationships of learner autonomy, language proficiency, and teacher autonomy. This article explores the relationships between teacher autonomy and learner autonomy in terms of autonomy theory and teaching application and formulates the opinions that teacher autonomy does have positive effects on learner autonomy to some extent and learners with autonomous learning ability can make faster progress in language proficiency than those without learner autonomy

Abstract: As an important means of modern education reform, multimedia teaching has obvious advantages. It is used widely in teaching and has improved the teaching effect and quality to a certain extent. However, with the development and popularization of multimedia technology, there are many problems to be solved. In this paper, how to combine multimedia teaching with classroom teaching organically in hydraulic transmission teaching to maximize the interest of students in learning and initiative is discussed.

Abstract: Computer network is a popular major in China, which involving broad and deep professional knowledge. Exam results cant reflect the professional capacity of students, so a hierarchical model is constructed to evaluate students capability major in computer network. FCE and AHP are used here to realize a weighted fuzzy comprehensive and quantitative evaluation on the students' overall ability. It can help educators and students improve their inspiration and training models.

Abstract: Abstract. The key of Open University construction is the teachers’ team building, and the teachers’ professional development is the most important part. Open University teachers’ professional development has not fit for our teaching requirements any more. The rapid development of information society put forward some severe challenges to Open University teachers’ professional development. Under the view of philosophy of technology, fit for the request of the new situation, It must have some progress on Open University teachers’ professional development: first, to improve the professional academic level; second, to improve the teaching skills; third, to improve the information technology. Those three parts constitute connotation of professional distance education teachers. In the deep analysis the difference between Open University teachers’ professional development and the reality, base on this reason, they offered a good plan, which we hopefully can enhance, the Open University teachers’ professional level, and also can improve the distance education quality.

Abstract: Data structure teaching difficulty is not to show a variety of data structures and algorithms of dynamic process. Balanced binary tree insert and delete balance adjustment process is also so. In order to show the dynamic rebalancing process, by using object oriented method to achieve AVL tree visualization. On the left side of the window shows the minimum unbalanced subtree dynamic adjustment algorithm, on the right side real-time call in relative rebalancing graphic, and at each node upper real-time display every subtree's balance factor, shows various shapes balance binary tree insert and delete operation of all balance adjustment.

Abstract: The higher education of China has entered the stage of mass education. How to deepen educational reform and continuously raise the quality of education under the current situation has become a focus to the public. The paper has elaborated the aim of the curricular reform for science and engineering intensive training classes and proposed the thoughts and methods on the reform in the teaching of the curriculum Microcomputer Principle and Interface Technology for intensive training classes centered on the cultivation of computational thinking and based on task-driven teaching philosophy. It also made a practical research on the science and engineering intensive training class (Grade 2010) of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NUPT) and achieved positive results.
