Abstract: The intelligent local controller integrates a Neuron processor core with a power line transceiver, making them ideal for the automatic meter reading system. Essentially a system-on-a-chip, the intelligent local controller features a highly reliable narrow-band power line transceiver, an 8-bit Neuron processor 3120 core for running applications and managing network communications, a choice of on-board or external memory, and an extremely small form factor all at a price that is compelling for even the most cost-sensitive consumer product applications.

Abstract: A kind of intelligent and compositive motor protector designed by ATMEGA16 single-chip microcomputer was introduced. The product, which has a set of high precision, high sensitivity and reliability, has many functions, such as overload or lightload protection, phase loss, overvoltage or lightvoltage, short circuit, locked rotor, leakage and phase imbalance protection. This product is a perfect substitute to the traditional motor protection devices, which has a good cost performance and broad market prospects.

Abstract: The paper is studied on the performances of low power light-emitting diode and high power LED under high-current. After observing and measuring the degeneration of them, the Analysis of the failure mechanism is given. The degenerations of the optical parameter, electronic parameter and thermal parameter of high power LED under 600mA current stress are measured and the failure mechanism is analyzed. The I-V characteristic curve proves that the degeneration is happened in active region. Under high-current stress, the active region of high power LED is ageing which leads to much more defects. The degenerations of pins on the resin package, metal wire and surface layer metal pads are found with scanning electron microscope.

Abstract: Studied the congestion control routing algorithm in the IONs, and proposed a novel algorithm called Novel Dynamic Weight based on Traffic Balance (N_DWTB) algorithm based on soft preemption. Simulation results show that these designs can improve the rate of resource utilization and decrease the blocking probability of the IONs.

Abstract: The problem of WLAN anti -interference has become an important issue that affects the application. This paper explores the electromagnetic parameters' optimization of λ/ 4 type dielectric absorber in 2.4GHz and 3.6GHz .Studies show that: through the early design of the material's parameters, such as complex permittivity and thickness, the obtained ideal electromagnetic parameters' area can achieve a predetermined reflectivity at the desired frequency , then choose material to get high absorbing preparation , which can provide design basis for the preparation of different frequency band and high performance electromagnetic wave absorber.

Abstract: Video conferencing is gradually becoming one of the possible uses of ICTs. The question is, what do you mean by videoconference imagine - it could be a combination of two videophones with stakeholders, one-way transmission from the conference room to a public or private network and bi-directional connection of several subjects. The main objective of the conference participants to create space for the latest knowledge and skills confronting the international arena.

Abstract: Using of cascaded multimode interference waveguides in 2D photonic crystal power splitter are investigated by modeling and computation. Results show that with a five line defect waveguides and one pair of three line defect waveguides integrated, the total normalized transmission can be high as 94.9% with 30nm broad spectrum calculated and simulated by finite-difference time-domain method.

Abstract: In wireless Ad Hoc networks, the combination of cooperative communication and network coding is an effective technique to improve the efficiency of retransmission. In most literature, nodes cooperated not fully, only as a relay, and XOR or random network coding had some shortage, such as, it was NP-Hard to achieve optimal coding strategy, can't ensure all lost packets can be encoded and the coding matrix must be full rank. This paper proposes a retransmission scheme called CRNCF. In this scheme, nodes cooperated sufficient, and used Fourier matrix's element as coding coefficient which can guarantee the solvability of receiving node, and packet's head only contain the row number of matrix. Simulation results show that CRNCF can improve the performance of the retransmission in aspects of throughput, security, collision probability, and cost of packet‘s head than other schemes.

Abstract: Analyzing the problem of the existed chaotic masking secure communication, given a new chaotic communication method with the separation between chaos synchronization control signal and chaos modulated signal. A chaotic pilot signal is used independently to synchronize the chaos of the communication transceiver, it is a better solution for the original chaotic communication systems in which the information signal is much smaller than the chaotic modulation signal and anti-noise performance is poor. The circuit simulation based on Sprott system I was built to verify the new method of chaotic communication. Simulation results show that it is more flexible to achieve synchronization between communication terminals, more accurate for chaos synchronization, high performance of anti-noise, and the strength of the information signal is no affected by the chaotic signal.
