Abstract: The precise control for the product strip temperature is one of the effective approaches to promote the quality in the finish rolling production. The paper presents the basic features of the control strategies, temperature feedforward control and temperature feedback control for the strip temperature control system of Baosteel 2050mm finish rolling in details. Considering the strip thickness, a differential heat transfer model is proposed to calculate the heat conduction of the strip thickness direction of each node and attain multi-stand and finishing rolling exit temperature. In addition, the proposed method combined with the model prediction and feedback control, the feedforward control to adjust the rolling speed to ensure the strip head temperature hit rate dynamically adjusted using feedback control regulating water temperature of the strip full-length. The application results show that the temperature difference model prediction and feedback control accuracy is significantly improved than the original 2050mm temperature system.

Abstract: The nerve net self-adapting controller aiming at some AC servo system is designed on the basis of Mathematical Modeling. The controller includes two forward nerve nets with three layers. One is designed to identify the nerve net system named NNI and the other is to control the nerve net system named NNC.NNC use special learning algorithm to control system and at the same time improve its constringency pace through introducing new MFBP algorithm. The MFBP algorithm is programmed using MATLAB. The system’s Steady state error is no more than 0.2mil under the step response,speed response and accelerated response.According to the results of the simulation and experiments, the nerve net self-adapting controller has a high quality of static、dynamic performance and restrain the infection to system performance under hard circumstances like large inertia,variety load and huge change of torsion.

Abstract: Measurement and control system usually set measurement and control module separately. In this paper, we give the technique combing measurement and control. Using computer integration, multithreading, the technique is based on data acquisition. The automatic control system of Hydraulic Support Experimental Bench successfully applies the method to realize the function of A/D conversion and DA/DO control. After the local operation, the system gains better response, measurement and control accuracy.

Abstract: The paper discusses the implementation scheme and software design that applies web technology into real-time remote monitoring system. Software design of monitoring system mainly includes design of serial data acquisition software and web-based remote monitoring software. Serial software acquires related data of solar heating system via RS-485 serial port and realizes storage of data. Web-based remote monitoring is in C/S mode, and users can browse and search data of solar water heating control system in real-time by using browser. The design scheme is a success in implementation of solar water system in campus, and realizes automation integrated with control, management, information and network through a combination of control network and Internet.

Abstract: Maglev wind tunnel system is a typical nonlinear and unstable system. This paper has designed an auto-disturbances rejection controller to keep the wind tunnel system variables stable. Simultaneously, the mathematical model of maglev wind tunnel system has been established, and the simulation results denote that the novel auto-disturbances wind tunnel system controller can keep good dynamic capability and good robustness.

Abstract: In this paper, we develop a temperature control system based on DSP chip TMS320F28335 for a small real-time PCR instrument. In the system, PWM waves generated by the DSP passes through power amplifier circuit to drive the peltier, and a pt100 is used as a temperature sensor to build a Wheatstone bridge sensing circuit. The temperature signal from the pt100 is converted into voltage signal. Then the voltage signal goes through the A/D converted module and the Position PID algorithm to adjust the duty cycle of the PWM waves. Experimental results show that the system's rising and cooling rate can reach 4°C/s with an accuracy of 0.2°C.

Abstract: The traditional BP algorithm is modified and a kind of novel model reference adaptive control (MRAC) scheme is proposed based on generalized BP (GBP) algorithm. The convergence of the control scheme is also analyzed according to Lyapunov theory. To test its effectiveness, the proposed model is used to control a nonlinear uncertain system. Simulation results indicate that the controller is effective in controlling a general class of nonlinear systems.

Abstract: In this paper, we design a controller to chaotify Mira 2 map. To show the correctness, numerical simulations are given in three cases: Case 1, Mira 2 map which is period-1 orbit for some parameters is chaotified, Case 2, Mira 2 map which is converged to an attractor in infinity for some parameters is chaotified, and Case 3, Mira 2 map which is quasi-period orbit for some parameters.

Abstract: Light environment is one of indispensable environmental factors for plant growth, and it is regulatory role for the development of plant growth morphogenesis and photosynthesis, etc. For the plants sodium uses too much power and cost issues, according to the demand characteristics of plant growth, proposed and designed a parameter adjustable LED intelligent light system. The core of system is ARM processor, using time control and PWM, etc. To achieve the modulation for quality of light, light intensity, photoperiod, and ways of working ( slider control to simulate the rising sun). The experiment proved that this system can provide the light needed for plants and reduce plant growth cycle. After the practical application, the system works well.
