Abstract: Grape juice drinks processed from Muscat grapes as raw material was filled in glass bottle, PP plastic bottle and PE plastic bottle respectively after high temperature sterilizing. Original grape juice acted as control, and then all kinds of nutrients, color and aromatic substances were determined to evaluate the effect of different packaging materials on grape drink quality. The results showed that the content of total acid, reducing sugar and soluble solids of three packaging samples were decreased to some extent, and the color changed significantly. To be more specific, PP plastic packaging samples had the greatest nutrients loss and the most obvious color change. The sample packaging with glass had the most aroma types, the best preservation of the linalool and the maximum content of Terpenoids Chemicals compared to the other two packaging materials. Altogether, the glass was the best package materials compared with the other two materials.

Abstract: Rhubarb as a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, but on its antibacterial effect with little research.In this paper, rhubarb is extracted by ethanol.By high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),make sure the optimum extraction technology .Through The Times dilution method to determine the minimum bacteriostasis,three factors quadratic orthogonal method is used to determine the optimal mix proportion of rhubarb and cinnamon is 2:1,and its preservation test was carried out on the cool fresh beef, at 4°Csealing under the condition of cold storage shelf life by day 9 to 16 day.

Abstract:
To solve the problems such as hand measurement, experience design and not consider area utilization of pallet, the paper researched the flow and method of size design of corrugated box when it was regularly placed in the standard pallet. The paper designed a new method to calculate the size of corrugated box which was “from outside to inside, and then from inside to outside” through optimize the way of arrangement and the number of product in which the object of study was assumed by taking product as quasi-square and cylinder and outer packaging container as corrugated box. Both the standard pallet sizes and product dimensions were considered, and it provide theoretical basis for preparing related computer software. At the same time, it ensure pallet utilization and volume rate of corrugated box, reduce transport cost farthest and realize the goal of packaging reduction.

Abstract: Molded pulp pallet is a kind of new green material pallet which has a broad development prospects. In this paper, ABAQUS software was applied to simulate the situation that molded pulp pallet dropped from different heights in different ways. Stress field and displacement field of the pallet are obtained. Cushioning property and deformation of the molded pulp pallet were analyzed. The work of this paper could give a significant guide to design the molded pulp pallet.

Abstract: UV-shaped corrugated cardboard Fusion V-shaped and U-shaped structure the advantages made, to make up for the lack of V-type and two U-shaped corrugated cardboard, the higher the compressive strength, good elasticity, is widely used UV type corrugated manufacturing corrugated board. But no strict standards for UV-shaped concrete structure of corrugated board size parameter corresponding corrugating roll no uniform size of the corrugated shape, in order to achieve the best elasticity and compressive strength. First, by mathematical methods, the corrugated structure is analyzed, and analysis to facilitate research, to select the 1/4 cycle corrugated. Use of finite element analysis in ANSYS corrugated structure, including a gradual transition to a simplified model of the 11 U-shaped flute-shaped corrugated cardboard from the V-shaped set of material properties, loads are cloth pressure, research corrugated cardboard stress and strain, i.e., the smaller the radius of curvature of the curve can be obtained along corrugated, the closer the U-shaped, corrugated board having a larger strain, i.e. has good flexibility, consistent with the empirical data to prove the feasibility of this analysis method.

Abstract: In order to overcome weaknesses of the limited strength of the traditional corrugated cardboard, and the corrugated cardboard with alternative high and low corrugated sandwich cores was developed by someone, named highly elastic corrugated cardboard. The highly elastic corrugated cardboard has excellent rebound properties of cushioning . On the existing research results, according to Wang Dong-mei development of its production methods, the author can product highly elastic corrugated cardboard in the laboratory in order to study its Strength properties. These experimental data provide a basis for actual production.

Abstract: This paper studies on the drop experiments for different tube folding carton structure. First of all, combined with the general height in goods, three height of tube folding carton are set in these experiments. Secondly, these experiments make some different carton structure. Each kind of tube folding cartons is made of 40 samples. Thirdly, using experimental instrument, these folding cartons are carried through drop experiment. The method of inspection is subjective test, namely observing folding carton damaged appearance after dropped. In the analysis of sample data, some reasonable suggestions are given to lay exquisite packaging. It can avoid packaging inadvertently damaged on movement or placed which caused these packaging not easy sell.

Abstract: This paper introduced each function module and the main function of Cape Pack software.Optimization methods of milk transportation packaging based on Cape Pack were proposed.The process of optimum design was demonstrated through an example.Two loading plans were compared.The utilization of trays floorage and the utilization of the space are the same,but one plans loading quantity and the utilization of the trucks floorage and space of the tray are higher than another.This paper put forward a new idea for practical application of milk transportation packaging optimization.

Abstract: This study introduces a new anti-counterfeiting method of packaging and printing. Based on CCD (Charge Coupled Device) detection, it changes the dot area to realize hidden information embedding into the halftone image which generated by own separate color program. After print and scan, CCD gain the scan image, combined with program to realize information extracting. The experiment results show that: this method has high speed and accuracy in embedding and extracting information. The function of prevent copy is good. This method can be widely used in packaging and printing anti-counterfeiting.

Abstract: Five ISO 400 images were used as test images and a method of limits psychophysical experiment was designed to test color-difference threshold in printed images. The color appearance of each original image was modified by an exponential function for CIELAB lightness and chroma, an offset function for CIELAB hue at 20 steps for each attributes respectively. The modified images and their originals were paired to form the test image pairs. The mean color differences of image pairs, ranged from 0 to 4 CIELAB units, were calculated by CIELAB color-difference formula and nearly uniformly divided into 21 grades for each attributes. The test image pairs were assessed in a CPC-8n lighting booth. 12 normal color vision observers took part in the experiment. The experimental results showed that the mean color-differences threshold for lightness, chroma and hue attributes were 1.49, 1.53 and 0.78 CIELAB units showing the threshold for hue was apparently smaller than that of lightness and chroma, and the thresholds of different images were dependent on the image content or color distribution.
