Abstract: The capacity credibility of a wind farm is the basic index to evaluate the value of its power generation capacity. As an important reference for the wind farm planning and site selection, calculation of wind farm capacity credibility is significant. Based on a sequential Monte Carlo simulation approach, this paper proposes a parabola calculation method for the wind farm capacity credibility. The method first uses an autoregressive moving average (ARMA) time series approach to simulate the hourly wind speeds, and then set up the reliability model of the wind energy conversion system (WECS). Finally, the parabolic method is used to calculate the effective load-carrying capacity (ELCC), which is the most important part of the capacity credibility of the wind farm. As a testing scenario, the IEEE-RTS79 test system is used to verify the method, and the difference of capacity credibility under different reliability indices is also analyzed.

Abstract: Renewable energy, especially wind power has the characteristic of fluctuation. Improving its capacity integrated into grid is a difficult task. Electric vehicle which has few greenhouse gas emissions is developing rapidly. But it will be noneffective to reduce greenhouse gas emission if using traditional energy to charge electric vehicles. Taking into account the synergies between electric vehicle and wind power, the multiple time-scale optimal dispatch methods were proposed based on traditional day-ahead generation schedule. The effects of optimal dispatch on reducing abandoned wind power, leveling power plants output were studied in IEEE 24-bus system. It is concluded that with large amounts of EVs connected into grid, the multiple time-scale optimal dispatch methods for electric vehicles and wind power contribute to realizing clean charge and improving wind power utilization.

Abstract: This paper uses DEA method to analyze the rural financial efficiency by collecting 2001 county-level cities and counties input-output efficiency data of rural finance, and further analyzes the factors affecting the efficiency of rural finance. It finds out that the overall level of rural financial efficiency is low, large amount of input redundancies exist in the rural finance, and the rural financial efficiency is impacted by external environment significantly.

Abstract: In view of the full integration of informationization and industrialization in China, ,an evaluation model of Chinas Regional Integration of Informationization and Industrialization is built on the basis of the summary of the findings at home and abroad, thus to get a general idea about Chinas Integration of Informationization and Industrialization in a quantitative way. In terms of the popularization level of the social informatization, the development level of the information industry, the level of industrialization and the level of industrial integration, 27 indicators are defined, and the evaluation system for Chinas regional integration of informationization and industrialization is built. On the basis of the actual data of Chinas regional integration of informationization and industrialization in 2011, the principal component analysis method is adopted to evaluate the integration of informationization and industrialization in different regions, analyze the equilibrium degree between the fractal dimensions of the integration, discover its structural differences, and propose specific policy recommendations according to the actual conditions of different regions.

Abstract: The paper proposed a new systematic method to construct the functional relationship between product quality and tolerances. In the method, a unified user-defined tolerance model is designed to synthesize different kinds of tolerances using 3-D state space model; a deviation propagation model is proposed to analyze the quality-tolerance function. Particularly, the method is suitable for any kinds of tolerances and quality requirements. The method is successfully applied to the turbo-generator stator-core lamination auto-assembly project, and Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the quality performance and optimize the target tolerances.

Abstract: This paper presents a case study regarding the professional qualification training for a group of disabled employees newly hired by a company that manufactures automotive parts. These employees receive exclusive training to work on the companys plant floor. This research was limited to PCP (Planning and Production Control) classes, where was used the courseware, teaching methodology and student-employee assessment outlined in the structure of Product Development Process oriented for Assistive Technology. The main challenge was planning the training for a group of students that present physical, mental, visual or hearing disabilities. The research objective is to present the research conducted in the class and the possibility of development of teaching methods and materials that reach the cognition level of students with disabilities in the PCP subject, making them aware of the necessity of teamwork and consequently enabling them to perform their function as well as raise awareness for searching improvements in the work environment and alternatives communication with their coworkers. At the end, it is discussed the results presenting the strengths and difficulties found during the research in the professional qualification training classes.

Abstract: According to the demand of asset life cycle management on closed-loop management of whole process, and taking the characteristics of asset management in power grid enterprises into consideration, this paper puts forward a MIMS diagnosis model of asset management process based on the concept of life cycle management. Using the MIMS model, this paper analyzes the problems of asset management of power grid enterprises from four dimensions, i.e., management mode, information sharing, decision making mechanism and methods, systems and standards. Finally, some suggestions on process rebuilding of asset life cycle management in power grid enterprises have been brought forward.

Abstract: Based on the current electric power market, a real-time electricity price dynamic game linkage model is established. In this paper, three cases are considered for the simulation, and a real-time electricity price is formed through the dynamic game among various participants. The result of simulation shows that large-scale energy storage system set up on the demand side improve system character. Abstract: This paper is study on the 330MW Double-extraction unit, made by Dongfang Steam Turbine Works manufactured, and the reference conditions of the unit was calculated. Thermal system analysis and calculated of double-extraction unit based on the equivalent enthalpy drop and variable condition calculation methods, and double-extraction steam turbine dynamic characteristics analysis model is established through a series of dynamic characteristics. The result showed that the smaller error between the calculated value and the design value of this model, and it can be applied to single extraction and condensed various working conditions. In addition, four variables of the unit main steam flow, low-pressure extraction flow, medium pressure extraction flow and electric power was fitted, resulting in multi-characteristic equation, which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up study online load distribution.

Abstract: Thermal power industry in China is facing energyshortage , but now there is a lack of a comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation system to promote the energy efficiency ,The energy efficiency evaluation for steam turbine and auxiliary system fills this gap. On account of the fuzziness and randomness of the evaluation process, we propose the AHM-F combination evaluation method.It not only evaluted the energy efficiency level of the steam turbine and auxiliary system,but also point out the direction for further improving of energy efficiency level. The scientificalness and effectiveness of the proposed method is verfied by the example analysis of the 600MW unit in a power plant.
