Abstract: In this paper, we investigated the relationship between investment and employment in our society by using co-integration theory, and analyzed the relationship between investment and employment in 33 sectors by using panel data model. The co-integration analysis shows that there exists a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between the whole social investment growth and employment growth. The panel data model testifies that investment has the greatest effect on the employment of commercial catering industry.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the effects of the off-farm employment and the outsourcing production pattern on the technical efficiency of grain production by the two-step method of DEA-Tobit, based on the data of grain production in the major areas of Liaoning province, in the year of 2011. It observed these findings that off-farm employment and income structure change did not have an effect on technical efficiency. Even then this is evidence that age makes a negative effect on farm technical efficiency but it is weakly. Farm scale and specialization have a positive effect on technical efficiency. And both large farm and small farms scale efficiency is on a high level. So a limited impact on farm technical efficiency comes from farm scale as well as a significant positive impact comes from farms production outsourcing.

Abstract: This paper provides an evaluating approach for machining operations from the view point of the energy, resources consumption and ecological impact simultaneously. The carbon footprint (CFP) is selected as a unified indicator for the quantitative attributes for the system with consideration of various machining situations. Due to the machining operation alternatives are multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems in the presence of quantitative and qualitative attributes, the fuzzy AHP is chosen for the machining operation evaluation. In particular, as a method for evaluating machining operation, the carbon footprint per kilogram (CFK) is introduced and analyzed in terms of the feasibility to determine minimum energy, resources requirements and ecological impact.

Abstract: A blackboard-based architecture is developed for modular product design for the implementation of concurrent engineering. This proposed approach adopts blackboard-based techniques including blackboard, knowledge sources, agents and control module. The Workflow Automation through Agent-Based Reflective Processes (WARP) approach is used to collect the requirements and to build this model for the product development. This WARP approach entails an agent-based architecture that supports the bottom-up configuration, reconfiguration, and workflow-based services of reusable distributed design for X. Furthermore, a prototype system is created on Java, Jess and Jade platform. A specific case of bicycle part design is studied through the use of prototype system to prove the effectiveness and efficiency of the model. The blackboard-based architecture shows to take lesser time and cost in evolutionary cooperative and concurrent product design. It will greatly enhance the capability of companies to satisfy the diverse customer requirements.

Abstract: Three processing methods of ArtCAM software are summarized. The eight steeds relief is the research example of one method of using ArtCAM software as a platform. The general process of ArtCAM software in relief modeling, simulation, processing is outlined. Working out the model using the shaped stone milling machine, the HTM50200, verifies that this method is feasible and effective. The method provides technical support to the digital development of the relief industry and promotes the modernization of the relief industry.

Abstract: With respect to the problems of dates losing and incomplete information, which may cause false decision in process of naval vessel maintenance, an optimized model was put forth on the basis of two-tuple linguistic theory. In the end, a reasonable conclusion is used for battle decision according to simulating.

Abstract: From analysis of data taken during the past three years, the company has noted that it has not achieved the targeted productivity. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) has been a major component of improvement strategy to enhance the organizational productivity and profitability. Identification and uses of resources play a critical role in any industry for the improvement of quality and productivity. The fabric industry could not get the determined productivity since TPM was not followed. The research objective of this paper is to present the result of past three years productivity data and discussed different results obtained after implementing the procedures of TPM in the sick textile industry. A systematic methodology is presented and analyzed for improvement productivity at the factory level. Metrics of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is introduced and developed a structured robust frame work for improvement of quality and productivity.

Abstract: In the development process of regional economy, the adequate supply of public services can create a good environment, promote endogenous growth and improve the government's governance ability in public affairs. This paper mainly analyzes the function of public services in regional economy by taking Tianjin as an example.

Abstract: Aimed at ultra-low permeability reservoir, the large natural outcrop model has been made for researching the oil reservoirs porous flow law deeply, and the inverted nine-spot equilateral well pattern also has been designed which is the commonest well patter during the oilfield exploitation. The flow fields have been measured during the experiment in different displacing period (0.3PV, 0.6PV and 1PV). The research shows that fluid flow has obvious directivity, and it strongly affected by heterogeneity of the reservoir. In addition, the regions between the edge production wells are much more difficult to be exploited.
