Abstract: A new design method for product family was presented based on adaptable product platform. Firstly, customer demands were analyzed for bridge crane. Secondly, axiomatic design was utilized as framework to zigzaging mapping between functional requirements and design parameters, and design matrix was established. Then the sensitivity analysis among design parameters and between design parameters and functional requirements was done. The design relation matrix was established and relation degree among design parameters was calculated. Based on above analysis, the platform parameters were identified.

Abstract: Thispaperbases on the electromagnetic driving valve technology, make the intake system used electromagnetic valve a vehicle engine at 5200 rpm. Found that increasing the intake Continued phase not always value increases intake air mass , but taking into account the effect of reflux cylinder, phase only opening time and the cylinder return to match the increased the air intake of the engine, and then improve the engine power performance. The results shows that intake air quantity can be improved 7.368%at5200 speed.

Abstract: This paper describes the study of High-Pressure Fogging Cooling Systems. A new ruby-orifice nozzle is designed because of the inefficiency of the stainless steel-orifice nozzle which wear out easily and expensive in service at present. The characteristic of the new nozzle is analyzed and the fog droplet size of the new nozzle is measured by MPA Malvern Particle Analyzer. The diameter of droplet size (VMD ) which is 500 mm far from the nozzle is less than 30μm when the water pressure in the pipe is more than 5 MPa. In addition, a high-pressure fog cooling system is designed and is conducted in a greenhouse of 6 by 30 meter. The study shows: the high-pressure fog cooling system is efficient on some conditions of requiring a certain wind velocity and a certain humidity outside in open greenhouses.

Abstract: This paper discovers the linear single trace model with 2-DOF for three-axel steering vehicle. The mechanical and hydraulic function model are set up in AMESim while the mathematic and electronic control unit model were established in Matlab/Simulink. In order to take the advantage of each software and make its use to the fullest, interface blocks of AMESim were introduced to link models of these two different platforms. Results from this co-simulation can be applied to judge whether the system has reached the requirement of steering experience or not.

Abstract: Parameters of disc brake are calculated according to overall design requirements of the deicing vehicle. Based on the principles of its mechanical structure, ADAMS is used to set up the 3D model and simulate the braking performance. Simulation results show that the braking force of the model grows sharply and steadily and the braking distance satisfies the national standards. This progress provides a useful method to shorten the design cycles of special vehicle brakes, and to reduce its design costs.

Abstract: Most of the LED Stage Lighting lamps use LED arrays or LED chips, while gathered chips require faster heat dissipation. If LED temperature gets too high, it will inevitably lead to its optical, electrical and color performance change, and will seriously affect LED working performance and its life. This paper mainly discussed LED Stage Lighting lamp heat dissipation, using the finite element method to analyze the LED temperature field. Then we used ANSYS Workbench to simulate the field and optimize its dissipating performance, and finally designed a LED radiator. Results showed that after the optimization, it had solved the heat accumulation problem of LED lamp, reduced the center temperature of LED effectively, keeping LED work in a proper temperature range.

Abstract: In order to discuss the propagation characteristic of shaft-rated (SR) electromagnetic (EM) field produced by the ship of multiple propellers in shallow ocean, analytical expressions of EM was derived by several time-harmonic vertical dipoles model based on single time-harmonic vertical dipole method. Firstly, the paper built the physical model of single time-harmonic vertical dipole in triple-layer mediums with uniform speed movement. Then from two factors of phase and frequency, according to vector superposition principle, the EM expressions were solved by n time-harmonic vertical dipoles in fixed position so as to provide theoreticl law for the research of propagation characteristic. Some valuable conclusions were rearched through simulation, including finding the maxmum EM value when frequency was same and phase was zero, and frepuency variation was no-effect to the SR EM field when phase was same. Lastly, the exprement results were anatomotic with theoreticl analysis and demonstrated the effectiveness the expressions.

Abstract: Traffic accidents, which are caused by faulty tires, have caused great losses to people's life and property. At present, generally, researching prevention measures of tires puncture are through real car tires tests around domestic and international. I made a research about automobile tires puncture performance in a virtual driving environment ,to build a virtual car tires puncture research system in combination with the VC platform and EON simulation software, and used the Logitech G25 controller to manipulate virtual cars, then real-time human-computer interaction was achieved.

Abstract: For the convenience of the research of the splicing marine crankshaft's trimming device design, this article provides a design idea, and the strength calculation of the core parts of worm gear and worm strength calculation and checking methods are studied to according to the different models of splicing crankshaft to choose proper trimming device of worm gear and worm.
Foreword
More than ten cylinder large Marine crankshaft is heavily in research and development in our country, the initial design concept through two small crank were spliced. Now we need to design a bracket can be tuned to ensure that the crankshaft used for splicing two concentricity error is within the allowable range . This article briefly introduces the requirements for the working platform and technology trimmer splicing type ship.

Abstract: Shaft voltage is widely existed in the operation of generator and needed to pay more attentions. Based on the mechanism of generator shaft voltage, this paper analyses and expounds the harmfulness of shaft voltage and shaft current, then summarizes the prevention and control measures of shaft voltage and the research status. The direction of generator shaft voltage is prospected for further research.
