Abstract: The paper proposed a new tolerance analysis method: a unified tolerance and deviation model is adopted to synthesize different kinds of tolerances; an integrated tolerance propagation model is designed to construct the functional relationship between the tolerances and quality requirements. The method is simpler and more widely applicable than the traditional linearization analysis method. A case study is provided to illustrate the proposed method.

Abstract: In this paper, we studied on the heat dissipation of high power LED in numerical simulation by the large eddy simulation numerical methods with the simulation software FDS, and studied the temperature distribution and heat pipe cooling respectively, etc.. We did the numerical simulation research on the heat dissipation of high power LED fin by numerical simulation, and obtained the numerical solution of all the LED temperature field and flow field. The air flow rate near the radiating surface was low; the fin surface temperature distribution was basic uniform and closed to the temperature of the constant heat reservoir. The analysis of the results of numerical simulation provided references for the improvement of optimal design of LED radiator.

Abstract: The mechanical smoke exhaust is as acknowledged as an effective smoke control manner by making use of some necessary exhaust facilities, also with more stability than natural exhaust. In this paper, the field model FDS (Fire Dynamic Simulator) with a combination of zone model CFAST (Consolidate Fire and Smoke Transport) were used to simulate the mechanical smoke exhaust in a loop corridor of the fire floor in a high-rise hotel, for the propose of evaluate fire safety of mechanical smoke exhaust. The mainly discussion was about the height of layer interface with the ceiling height changed, also with different smoke exhaust volume. The conclusions were obtained that, when two exhaust vents were set symmetrically in the loop corridor, the volume of smoke exhaust per unit area with 60m3/h according to regulations, always could ensure safety of smoke exhaust. The smoke exhausted worse within the corridor when ceiling height reduced. It was recommended that the ceiling lowest height limit should be provides in correlative regulation.

Abstract: To promote the detection efficiency of combine harvester chassis frame welding deformation, a weld deformation detection system was coming up in this paper to automatically detect the weld deformation of combine harvester chassis frame. The system assessed weld deformation according to flatness and parallelism of the specific plane of combine harvester chassis frame. Two high-precision laser sensors were mounted on broadside of a gantry to measure the parallelism of the chassis frame, and another two laser sensors were mounted on top of the gantry to measure the flatness of the chassis frame. The analogue signal from the laser sensors was collected by a data acquisition instrument. Two step motors were mounted on a liner guide placed at bottom of the gantry to drive the chassis frame to specific measurement positions. A software developed by LabWindows/CVI@ accomplished human interaction besides of controlling the step motors, reading the laser sensors via data acquisition instrument, and displaying the flatness and parallelism. A serial of testing showed the system could measure the flatness and parallelism of the chassis frame automatically, and meet the needs of combine harvester chassis frame weld deformation prediction.

Abstract: This paper presents a study on the dual-coupling characteristics between elastic plate and acoustic cavity. Modal superposition method was employed to analyze sound transmission in the plate-cavity-plate system and cavity-plate-cavity system. Impedance and mobility methods were also adopted which were easy to investigate the characteristics between the structural and acoustic systems. The expression of sound transmission between plate-cavity-plate system and cavity-plate-cavity system were given.

Abstract: It is supposed to be constructed a kind of profiled pipe culvert which have a new type of cross, in view of the reinforced concrete circular culvert’s various diseases that occurred in service of it. In order to know about the mechanical characters of structure, and test the carrying capacity of the profiled pipe culvert, the load test can be used to have a research on the stress, deformation characteristics, and crack distribution and development on the profiled pipe culvert.

Abstract: In this paper the questions of numerical analysis of thin-walled Z-purlins in the coverings of buildings made of sandwich panels are considered. Numerical analyses are done in the program MSC.NASTRAN. An influence of the mesh of elements on the results of calculations is studied. The results of carried out numerical analyses allowed developing the method for determining the stiffness of connection purlin with sandwich panels.

Abstract: Aiming to investigate the effects of custom-made and thread dental implant systems on the stress distribution in alveolar bone using linear analysis of the finite element method (FEM). Two types of systems: the custom-made implant and the thread dental implant system, were studied using a three-dimensional finite element analysis (3D FEA). Comparing the parts of all systems for loading in different directions, the stress and deformation distribution in custom-made implant and alveolar bone are better than that in thread dental implant system. The analysis data definitely demonstrated the difference in stress and deformation distribution of components in different dental implant systems. Results show the custom-made implants are provided with more advantages and can be used in future experiment and clinical test.

Abstract: T Abstract here. This paper designs the transmission structures of an aerostatic guide way and makes a series of analysis respectively. With the use of friction drive theories, a transmission system which is composed by rods and oblique wheels is designed. After strength check and feasibility analysis of this transmission agent, ADAMS is adopted to do kinematics analysis successfully for this transmission agent. Finally related conclusions are made.
