Abstract: In order to investigate the influence of the erosion and wear on artillery ballistic performance, artillery ballistic model was founded, and graphic integration was used for providing the calculation of internal ballistic parameters. Base on this method, the influence of the erosion and wear on artillery internal ballistic performance was analyzed with the help of numerical simulation.

Abstract: A nonlinear model of bolt joints structure in vibration environment is built and Structure Intensity(SI) of it is calculated by FEM as an approach for the state identification of bolts joints structure in vibration environment. The plots of the structure intensity vector under different preforce were obtained and showed the SI changes of bolt joints structure with different preforces.and showed the energy distribution and transmission are different preforces

Abstract: With the detailed force analysis of spiral spline transmission, the relationship of each force was derived. On the basis of this, referred to the designing and checking criterion of the straight-tooth spline transmission and spiral transmission, the calculation methods of the surface extrusion stress (or pressure) of the spiral spline teeth side, the shear stress and the max-flexural stress of the spiral spline teeth root, and the equivalent stress of the screw bolt were derived, and the checking criterions for them were put forward. An example, the surface extrusion stress through the calculation methods compared with that through ANSYS Workbench simulation, verifies the calculation methods of the surface extrusion stress (or pressure) of the spiral spline teeth side.

Abstract: The spindle box is the key part of the machine, and the distribution of the temperature field and the thermal deformation will directly affect the machining precision under multiple heat sources. Taking the spindle box of the CX056 nuclear power rotor wheel groove milling machine as research object, the heat sources and boundary conditions were calculated, and the temperature field and the thermal deformation were established under action of different ambient temperature, using finite element method. Finally, the effects on the front end of the spindle were analyzed under different environment. The analysis result shows that the environmental temperature had an obviously effect on thermal deformation of the spindle box, and controlling environmental temperature reasonably can reduce the thermal deformation and improve the machining accuracy of machine tool.

Abstract: The FEM model of a double-layer single span symmetrical rigid frame was established in this paper, by changing the linear stiffness ratio between beam and column, the rigid frames stability with sway under the symmetrical load was analyzed, and the buckling load of rigid frame with linear stiffness ratio between beam and column was obtained, then the calculation length of corresponding column could be obtained too. The results were compared with the theoretical analysis results of displacement method, provided reference for the buckling analysis on double-layer single span symmetrical rigid frame with finite element theory.

Abstract: A slope model was established in this paper, the accuracy of simplified Bishop Method based on rigid body limit equilibrium method was verified. The orthogonal experiment for structure was made aimed at the main mechanical parameters of rock material, and then simplified Bishop Method was used to analyze the slope stability. Using range analysis method and variance analysis method to analyze various factors affecting slope stability, then the key factors for slope stability were obtained. The focus of geotechnical engineering considerations was pointed out, and provided reference for more accurate slope stability analysis.

Abstract: In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid and reduce the huge economic loss by equipment failure, Failure prognostic system plays a vital role. Based on distance correlation principle ,this paper proposes a method of failure prognostic. We analyze correlation between various factors influencing the equipment failure and failure from a large number of historical data. Then sets fault indicators by weight function. When online testing data are beyond the fault indicator ,system alarms. Then system prompts operating personnel to check equipments state. At last, through overheating fault of transformer case validates the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: A mathematical model for simulating microscan of area charge coupled device (CCD) is derived and presented. The model takes into account the effect of fill factor of CCD pixel to image quality and is employed to evaluate image quality improvement introduced by microscan. Imaging results of common imaging mode, diagonal microscan and four-point microscan of area CCD with 64% pixel fill factor have been simulated on Matlab based on the proposed model, using the scene information from an existing image. Then, gray mean gradient (GMG) and energy of Laplacian (EOL) are utilized to evaluate image quality performance. GMGs of imaging results obtained by diagonal microscan and four-point microscan are improved by 3.1346, 4.2200 respectively compared with that of imaging result obtained by common imaging mode, and EOLs are enhanced by 0.2242 and 0.3697 accordingly. Research demonstrates that microscan technique can enhance image quality, and four-point microscan provides more improvement on image quality than diagonal microscan. The model can be extended for simulation of microscan of CCD with other pixel fill factors.
