Abstract: This paper is devoted to the application of stochastic order to the with stochastic multiobjective programming problem. A new method, called stochastic approach, is originally presented based on stochastic order. The partial Pareto efficient solution is defined first, and then several types of stochastic order from the viewpoint of practical problems are proposed. The results obtained can provide theoretical basis for dealing with the stochastic problems in field of civil engineering and transportation.

Abstract: Hub location has been a fertile area for interdisciplinary researchers. There has been used to plan the number of hubs, position, grades, scale and so on. Many scholars have studied hub location problem for more than 30-year history which has indepth researched on the theoretical concepts, mathematical models and applications in hub location. For the development of hub location, a review of classification of HLPs is provided, and then mathematical models, resolution algorithm, the advantages and disadvantages of each classification could be described in detail. At the end, the future research trends will be presented.

Abstract: The transportation network construction takes place over a quite long time span and need enough budget. The budget is from the allocation of funds in phases and the construction cost change in the process of the construction. The general static transportation network design problems ignores the problems above. So the optimal solution obtained by the static model is best in short time, and it is may be unfeasible in the actual situation. Based on the actual situation and the shortage of the static model, the time-dependent transport network design is proposed in this study. The plan horizon is divided into N intervals and a bi-level model is built to describe the problem. The objective of the upper-level is to minimize the total cost of the whole stages. the lower-level model is a user equilibrium model. Then the branch and bound (B-B) algorithm is designed to solve the model. It is obvious that the solution of the time-dependent simulation model is more feasible than the solution of the static sequential design.

Abstract: For low-carbon transportation is important to the construction in a city, as a new city, New District of Lanzhou has more advantages to construct low-carbon transportation system, compared with the completed cities. Combining with planning features of it, the article proposes some targeted measures to low-carbon transportation system construction in New District of Lanzhou, from the transverse dimensions, like software, hardware, and vertical dimensions, like inner of the district, the connection between main and new district. Result of carbon emission calculation demonstrates the importance of low-carbon transportation in New District of Lanzhou.

Abstract: This paper gives out a method to evaluate transfer efficiency of urban rail transit using a new built mathematical model for transfer streamlines and the generalized cost function. We take Sihuidong Station, one important transfer station in Beijing urban rail transit network, as an example. As for this example, we at first give out basic information of Sihuidong Station including its platform layout, transfer mode and transfer paths. Then the transfer efficiency is evaluated by using the generalized cost function, where we take consideration of some main influence factors such as walking time, transfer waiting time. We also analyze the effects of different crowding levels in peak and off-peak periods.

Abstract: Recently, to keep the network unblocked becomes more and more important, because that the urban traffic has the serious congestion. The model of network capacity is demonstrated with the concept unblocked reliability and reserve capacity. The simulation results shows that actual network capacity is less than its structural capacity constrained by the network control, which gives a new perspective for the future urban network planning.

Abstract: Along with the development of industrialization and urbanized advancement, the highway transportation profession is increasingly important in the economy and society. However, it will lead to issues such as energy consumption and environmental pollution, which restricts the sustainable development of economy, society, environment and other resources. Therefore, optimizing transportation form of the road transport, strengthening energy conservation management, is of great practical significance to improve the efficiency of energy utilization, to protect environment, to facilitate the sustainable development of society. This article combined with the relationship between drop-and-pull transport and energy saving and emission reduction, used the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the effectiveness of energy saving and emission reduction of drop-and-pull transport.

Abstract: In this paper, we have analyzed on the problems existed in China's railway refrigerated transport, and have found that equipments of railway refrigerated transport are in poor conditions and have low utilization rate, the setting of freights’ transport fees is irrational, duration of the transport is long and the refrigerated transport organization is lagging behind. For the above problems, this paper have proposed to develop the railway refrigerated containers, to develop a flexible price policy, to increase the assessment efforts on the dwell time of refrigerated transport vehicles, to comply with the assessment criteria of transit time of refrigerated transport vehicles strictly and to conduct a comprehensive dynamic monitoring on railway refrigerated transport through using management information system of railway transportation to reform the refrigerated transport organization, and thereby improving the quality of railway refrigerated transport.

Abstract: The paper simulated the carrying capacity in Nanjing-Shanghai district of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway by using OpenTrack software. Firstly, the paper modeled station topological structure and section topological structure of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and set the parameters for simulation. Secondly, the paper simulated on the condition of current train service frequency no less than the frequency in simulation while the headway was respectively 3 minutes, 4 minutes and 5 minutes. Finally, the paper analyzed the carrying capacity in Nanjing-Shanghai district by analyzing the simulation train diagram outputted by OpenTrack.
