Abstract: With purpose of quantifying university parking demand more accurately, and making up the limitation of traditional methods, university parking demand model based on behavior of shared parking was established. This paper classified university parking demand as main building and non-main building parking demand. First, the parking demand of the main building was calculated through parking survey which determined the number of shared structures and shared area of the main building. Second, according to the regional features of universities, dividing campus into several big shared parking areas and calculating the parking demand of non-main building in it .An example was prepared to verify the correctness of the model. The deviation of this model was 7%, significantly less than that of traditional university parking demand model.

Abstract: SBOT (subsidize in building-operate-transfer) as a new BOT procurement model has been adopted in the construction of urban rail transit projects in China. Rent is one of the most important variables in arranging a SBOT contract which should determined considering the dynamic uncertainty arising from the volatility of the revenue generated by the project. Considering the integrated economy and social benefits of urban rail transit project, this paper presents a rent pricing model based on real option and optimal stopping theory on urban rail transit SBOT project. It derives the investment threshold to enter a SBOT contract under certain concession period and the feasible interval for rent. Finally, an example is referred to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.

Abstract: Great changes have taken placefor urban residents in the modesof life due to the urban expansion, so the travel distance and the range are expanded. Taxi plays an important role in the transport for itspoint to point convenience.Therefore, the study on the taxi quantity model has great significance. In this paper,a multi-objective linear programming model about taxi quantity was proposed, which takes both the satisfaction of the taxi driver and passengers into account, avoiding the only consideration of the passengers drawbacks and ignore the taxi driver. It focuses on the solution of the best optimal taxi quantity based on the model of dual-satisfaction. The results of the research indicate that this model is operable and feasible.

Abstract: Urban subway station construction has a direct influence on the surrounding road network, so the traffic organization scheme needs be optimized according to construction process. For accurately simulating the traffic conditions when the station to be constructed, the OD trip matrix from OD matrix estimation was distributed on different road network by using TransCAD. The traffic organization scheme would be more scientific and reasonable by multiple traffic organization scheme compared selected evaluation, which the service level of roads and intersections as the main evaluation indicators. The results show that traffic organization scheme obtained by this method can greatly reduce the traffic influence on the surrounding road network during construction.

Abstract: To address a real issue in Beijing Urban Rail PPP project, an Excel model is built to solve the decision making problem of car park scale using real option theory. The model calculates the expected NPV of different options of building scale with real option embedded, avoiding the trouble of option pricing. The results show that real option can significantly optimize the decision making process of PPP projects. Especially when dealing with the problems raised by uncertainty in the process of negotiation, decision making and execution of a PPP project, real option can be more useful as it not only offers a way to improve the rationality of a decision, but also helps both of the private and the public sectors to reach an agreement.

Abstract: The paper introduced the conception of the Waterway Service Level according to the Road Service Level to analyze waterway traffic load conditions.The Waterway Service Leve is a measure of service quality evaluation of comprehensive service and object feeling provided by the waterway subject to a service object and it can be classified into four levels according to vessel traffic flow density,vessel traffic flow speed,a one-way vessel service traffic volume,the traffic load ratio (V/C) and so on.After study,we found it's urgent to improve the waterway capacity and service level of Xijiang Waterway in Zhaoqing area,and the through capacity of the waterway has more room to improve,so we put forward some suggestions for waterway construction and sailing management.

Abstract: Kunming East Station as the only regional marshalling station of Kunming hub, its resorting capacity shortage problems have become a station development bottleneck. According to the actual survey, its arrival freight trains are very unbalanced which has an impact on the resorting capacity of marshalling station. Therefore, this paper calculates its resorting capacity by a marshalling station resorting capacity method based on unbalanced transportation. The results show that hump break-up capacity is the station resorting capacity weaknesses and hump break-up operation time standard is higher. Moreover, this paper analyzes factors affecting the hump break-up capacity and recommends some corresponding measures to enhance its capacity. The results will make a reference for Kunming East Station capacity expansion.

Abstract: As the organization of container shipping in the Yangtze River does not comply with the principle that "large ship with long line, small with short line", Hub-and-Spoke network is applied to this area to centralize traffic flow and achieve economies of scale, with the axis between Wuhan Yangluo Port and Shanghai Yangshan Port. Compared with traditional mode of transport, the new mode reduce the transport costs and fuel consumption by 15.3% and 20.1% respectively. Further, the carbon emissions are cut down by 318 thousand tons. It presents excellent economic and social benefits.

Abstract: Container cranes renewal is an important issue related to the port production efficiency. Considered of characteristics of container crane production, the author use the method of mathematical programming and analyze its renewal decision, establish a renewal decision-making model based on container crane life cycle management, and provide an example analysis. The research achievement can be used for diagnosis and assessment of container crane and other port equipment.

Abstract: In order to evaluate urban rail traffic safety performance comprehensively and to find the weak link to strengthen management, this article, it used the secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for safety assessment. the qualitative analysis was done to emphasis the structure importance and management strategies are put forward based on the results.
