Abstract: The middle Yangtze River is the throat and hub zone of the Yangtze golden channel, and the water level is an important limiting factor of the Yangtze River shipping. This paper used Mann-Kendall and ARIMA methods to study the trend of water level changes in the middle Yangtze River. To test the time series of water level in the middle Yangtze River by Mann-Kendall test model, and to analyze the variations of water level changes. Because of the irregular of water level changes, to study the trend of water level changes in the middle Yangtze River by ARIMA model. Model results show that the majority segment of the middle Yangtze River will appear the duration of low water level in 2013-2020, and the period of high water level will have no significant change compared to historical data. This conclusion is made that helps the choice of organizational form the middle Yangtze River shipping, standardization of ship and development research strategies of the Yangtze River shipping logistics systems.

Abstract: Medical image registration is the important technique in the clinical medicine field. A novel hierarchical registration method of the medical images based on multiscale information and contour line is proposed in the paper. At First, contour lines of the couple images are extracted based on the edge features obtained by Canny operator, and contour lines of the couple images are resample in order to reduce the calculation cost in the registration process. Secondly, the Principal Axes method is used to accomplish the rough registration based on the resampled contour lines. Thirdly, multiscale image serials obtained by down-sample transform are used to accomplish the couple images fine registration. Experiment results show that the method not only can achieve more accurate registration results, but also can reduce the computational time greatly. The accurate registration results also can be achieved in the noisy environment.

Abstract: According to the coupling relationship of goods transport attributes (goods value, transportation forms, transportation batch, volume and weight, transportation distance, transportation risk, container suitability and timeliness) and transport services attributes (transportation costs, time, punctuality, quality, security and frequency ), the transport goods are divided into six categories by Quantitative Theory III: time-sensitive goods, containerized goods, general break-bulk goods, hazardous goods, long and heavy goods , bulk goods. It provides new idea and way to classification of transport goods, which can give reference for other similar researches.

Abstract: In this paper, joint direction of departure (DOD) and direction of arrival (DOA) estimation for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) radar with unknown mutual coupling is studied. An improved propagator calculation method is proposed to overcome the performance degradation problem when signal to noise ratio (SNR) is low. Thereafter, according to the Toeplitz structure of the mutual coupling matrix, the rotational invariance can be extracted for the angle estimation regardless of the mutual coupling from the augmented propagator matrix. The angle estimation performance of the proposed algorithm is better than that of estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques (ESPRIT)-like algorithm and conventional PM-like method, and angles are automatically paired. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Abstract: In this article, a novel folded open-slot antenna fed by coplanar waveguide (CPW) for WLAN applications is designed. Through optimizing the dimensions of loaded rectangle slots, the multi operating bands are achieved. From simulated results, the antenna has a small overall size of 28mm30mm, operate over two frequency bands of 2.40GHz-2.49GHz and 5.0GHz-6.0GHz when return loss is less than-10dB. The proposed antenna is manufactured, the measured characteristics are in good agreement with the simulated results. Such antenna is suitable for WLAN 2.4/5.2/5.8GHz applications.

Abstract: According to the problem of the corona discharge, a new image fusion rule based on wavelet transform was proposed, making a double spectrums imaging system about spectrum characteristic of high-voltage electrical corona. The validity and feasibility has been approved by using Matlab as the experiment platform in the paper. The experimental results show that proposed algorithm is very effective in image fusion, which fuses more details of input images and improve the locating precision of the corona detection system.
