Abstract: Medical devices industry is facing severe challenges of foreign-funded enterprises and foreign products and services and other aspects. It is difficult to increase operating efficiency, so establish a scientific and comprehensive customer relationship management system is an effective way to solve the current predicament. This paper studies framework structure design in order to improve the development efficiency and quality of CRM system. First, system framework structure design can be carried on by way of graphical; then, we can conduct function framework structure design. Function system is decomposed into four subsystems: the first is sales management, the second is marketing management, the third is support and service management, the fourth is system management. Finally, we are able to do the technology framework structure design and then design three-tier architecture that includes presentation layer, business logic layer and data access layer based on B / S. The results show that it is an effective means to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises used CRM developed by design results of the paper.

Abstract: With the rapid development of leisure sports, leisure sports economy has become a new growth point of China's economy. Its difficult to evaluate the present situation of leisure sports development level, this paper uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to study. First, build a hierarchical analysis indication system structure model, and the description of each indicator; Then, in elucidating the basic idea of Analytic Hierarchy Process on the basis of a mathematical model, including the judgment matrix, the normalization process and the arithmetic average of three steps; Finally, calculate the weight of index system according to the steps of solution, and points out that the level of development impact on leisure sports four most important indicators. The research results can be system-related policies for government agencies, the development of leisure sports, building a harmonious society, such as providing new theoretical foundation and scientific methods.

Abstract: Calculus has been widely applied in engineering fields. The development of Integer order calculus theory is more mature in the project which can obtain fractional calculus theory through the promotion of integration order. It extends the flexibility of calculation and achieves the engineering analysis of multi-degree of freedom. According to fractional calculus features and the characteristics of fractional calculus, this paper treats the frequency domain as the object of study and gives the fractional calculus definition of the frequency characteristics. It also designs the mathematical model of fractional calculus digital filters using Fourier transform and Laplace transform. At last, this paper stimulates and analyzes numerical filtering of fractional calculus digital filter circuit using matlab general numerical analysis software and FDATool filter toolbox provided by matlab. It obtains the one-dimensional and two-dimensional filter curves of fractional calculus method which achieves the fractional Calculus filter of complex digital filter.

Researcher pay more and more attention to the problems on the option pricing under in uncertain environments, Therefore, the paper shows that options can be valued successfully in uncertain environments, some option pricing models are established, the corresponding algorithm is designed to solve these models.

Abstract: Traffic congestion are prevalent in worldwide cities. The imbalance between demand and supply of urban traffic is the root cause of this problem. So taking effective measures to regulate traffic demand, and guiding the traffic problems of the supply and demand balance is the best way to solve traffic congestion. This paper improves the TDM measure, and combines with intelligent information platform for the design of a new urban transport demand management adaptability of dynamic traffic data analysis platform. The platform supported by the technology of wireless sensor communications, intelligent terminals, the Internet and cloud computing is facing with the dynamic needs of traffic flow and traffic congestion state to carry out the operations of spatiotemporal data mining, clustering, and track detection, and to apply it into the traffic hot spots, abnormal driving track, traffic congestion trends and traffic flow detection and analysis, which has a good reference value for the improvement of management and service level of traffic intelligent systems.

Abstract: Remote sensing technology has rapid development in the past half one century, it is widely used in various fields and society. But the clouds have affected the quality of remote sensing data, how to effectively use the modern computer science and technology to remove the cloud is a hot issue in the field. From the theory of cloud formation in the remote sensing image, we analyze the formation mechanism, and based on this we do two layers decomposition and reconstruct the structure according to wavelet transform in network communication, and establish the image degradation model. Combining Fourier transformation, we set up the removing cloud fusion model of remote sensing image. Through the simulation experiment, the effect is significant. To a certain extent, it provides technical support for theory study and practice operation.

Abstract: In marine organisms the carbon sink function of shellfish moves in circles. It not only has a great influence on the marine environment, also has the very important significance for the construction of marine ranching to realize the benefits of recycling economy. If the carbon consumption exceeds marine soil and Photosynthesis Carbon input, the marine environment will be subject to different degrees damage, and affect the marine farming production process. Based on this, this paper analyses and studies the shellfish and algae carbon sink function. The first part of this paper introduces shellfish and algae carbon sink regulation function, gives the schematic diagram of carbon cycle, and establishes a column chart through using the preliminary statistical data. The second part establishes the shellfish and algae carbon sink ecological economic system mathematical model in the construction of marine ranching, and gives the adjustment function diagram of ecosystems two coordination function. The third part uses the professional statistical analysis software SAS to draw the shellfish and algae carbon curve of marine ranching construction, which provides theoretical reference for considering the carbon sink function of marine ranching construction.

Abstract: In the thermal stability analysis of electronic equipment, usually we obtain the temperature by quasi circuit method and analytic method. Quasi circuit method is to use the method of circuit analysis, and the heat flux in electronic equipment is simulated into current value in short circuit analysis. The temperature is simulated into a voltage of the circuit. The values of conductance and resistance are simulated into some other valued of circuit components. Analytical method is set space function subordinate relationship value of temperature in electronic equipment. Usually these two methods are desirable, but in the actual design, due to the large computational quantity of quasi circuit method and analytic method, the calculation is complex. Therefore, we combine these methods to solve some traditional disadvantages using micro unit heat balance method, which provides a new method for optimal portfolio.

Abstract: In this paper the extracted features including rectangularity,elongation, invariant moments and the four ratios of the stored product pests, which are the ratio of antennae area to torso area, the ratio of antennae perimeter to torso perimeter,the ratio of head and chest area to abdominal area, the ratio of head and chest perimeter to abdominal perimeter. Then these 13 characteristic parameters are input to BP neural network and SVM for recognition and classification. Form the results we can see that the 13 features in this paper can be well reflected the stable characteristic information of the stored product pests.

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic information technology, electronic devices are used in all areas of our lives. The power consumption is transmitted to the surrounding through the form of heat when electronic components at work. Each of the components is a source of heat when it is working. If it works in a hot environment long times, the stability will be affected and its life will also decreases. Therefore, in the initial design phase of electronic equipment, thermal stability and thermal reliability must be analyzed to reduce these uncertainties. This article solve the optimal layout problem of components in PCB board by establish micro unit heat balance method. It also concludes that the micro unit heat balance method is reasonable through ANSYS finite element analysis.
