Abstract: This paper proposes a type of logistics industry financial income mining model with intelligent monitoring impacts. By comparing, mining and analyzing the logistics cost with intelligent monitoring, the paper calculates the intermediate difference to obtain the profits when the monitoring performance is optimal and builds the mining analysis model with the impacts of intelligent monitoring on logistics financial income. The experiment and simulation testify the relation between intelligent monitoring and logistics income, which provides theoretic foundation for solving the logistics dispatching paths selection problem.

Abstract: Remote sensing image fusion is an important branch in the field of image fusion. Remote sensing image fusion mainly researches how to use different aerial remote sensor to obtain relevant image information. In view of the present research status in this field and the full analysis of remote sensing image fusion method and wavelet transform, the paper aims at proposing the image fusion technology of combining discrete multiwavelet transform and HIS method, then the paper analyses the experimental results with the help of MATLAB. It is proved that the analysis method of wavelet has more advantages than traditional methods: Wavelet transform fusion method can keep maximized resolution and multispectral image.

Abstract: A virtual experiment platform for signal analysis and processing based on LabVIEW is developed. Combined with basic principle and method of signal analysis and processing closely six extensible and workable virtual experiment modules are designed. These modules include signal generator, time domain and frequency domain analysis module, band-pass filter, modem, power-spectrum analysis and boundary checkout of sine signal. A simulation and analysis module of shaft orbit is developed on that basis. In the module some shaft orbit shapes corresponding to typical failures of rotors can be simulated, and the amplitude and frequency spectrum of radial displacement of rotor can be analyzed in real time.

Abstract: Rail end quenching temperature field calculation is quenched in the process of simulation of organization transformation and distribution of the foundation, the calculation for quality directly affects the organization field. As much as possible in order to make the temperature field of simulation accord with the facts, this chapter will give full consideration to the influence of the phase change latent heat on temperature field of heavy rail, under different heating time by comparing the different heavy rail track the hardening layer depth, it is concluded that heavy rail of the induction heating 40 s conform to the requirements of the project, made a theoretical support to practical production.

Abstract: A method of online measurement system of stone slab based on Sobel operator improvement is proposed in the paper in order to improve accuracy and productivity of stone slab measurement. Through adding Sobel operator model, they are combined with mathematical morphology method to improve the accuracy of boundary extraction of irregular stone slab and by establishing camera calibration theory formula a relation between world coordinate and image coordinate is set up. The result show that the method can implement online measurement of stone slab and the accuracy of this system can satisfy requirements of stone production industry.

Abstract: For the theoretical research on position and orientation errors of two floating bodies with wave action is researched.Effect on two floating bodies which under original constrained state with flexible connections, with ocean wave, is researched based on spectrum analysis method. Then the force and moment model and the motion equation on constrained floating bodies are established. Based on the theoretical results, a simulation of motion on single floating body and constrained floating bodies in the different sea state are proposed. The results showed that: Two floating body established model under restricted state can describe floating body movement and stress state in a number of factors, it can predict changes in the relationship between the position and orientation of floating body. The theoretical results could provide the sound approach on implementation of docking.

Abstract: With the growing aggravation of energy shortage and global warming, the low-carbon and energy-saving of ship have become the most important subject. In this paper, based on the traditional diesel power plant, introducing the diesel/ new energy hybrid power plant, the energy constitution for ocean-going fishing vessels is analyzed towards low-carbon. By investigating the power requirements of main propulsion, sub-engine power generation and auxiliary boiler system for the ocean-going fishing vessels during operations process, the energy consumption characteristic of it is researched. Based on this, combining the assessment reports of intergovernmental panel on climate change (IPCC) and global warming potential (GWP), considering carbon emission of production for new energy power plant, the carbon-emissions of ocean-going fishing vessels with diesel power plant and diesel/new energy hybrid power plant are all quantified. The necessity of new energy application in fishing vessels is verified by numerical example.

Abstract: There are many disadvantages for Image enhancement with Mallat wavelet, such as huge computation, bad real time capability and difficulty to realize by hardware. To solve these problems for enhancing non flowing and discontinuous image, introducing the use of lifting wavelet with the adaptive predicting coefficient and the updating coefficient. The experiment result shows that the image enhancement based on lifting wavelet enhances the image and restrains the noise, brings better effect of image enhancement, and improves the arithmetic speed.

In this paper, we introduce the Mean shift tracking algorithm, which is a kind of important no parameters estimation method, then we evaluate the tracking performance of Mean shift algorithm on different video sequences.

Abstract: Project invested with a type of Energy Performance Contracting has many stakeholders and its structure is complex. Risk factors produced from it are so widespread that its hard to control the risks of EPC project. Analyzing EPC project risks with interpretive structural model, solving reachability matrix and establishing Interpretive Structural Model to identify the relationship between factors and the surface, middle and deep risk factors affecting EPC project based on determination of risks, which provides a reference for policies and measures formulation of the relevant departments.
