Abstract: According to the problem that the cluster supply chain enterprise with R & D and production as the leading effectively and manage the customer-oriented logistics service ability, and proposed the elements of supply chain logistics service capability and evaluation method. Firstly, according to the service object and the evaluation of the different point of view, the supply chain logistics service capability is divided into external logistics service ability and internal logistics service capability, and analyzed, and then clear the logistics service capability was customer-oriented external logistics service capability. And then according to the different characters, elements system is established for supply chain logistics service capacity, and as a main character analyzing logistics service capability, supply chain enterprises put forward basic evaluation chain logistics service ability for customer satisfaction for the method.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel broadband circularly polarized (CP) slot antenna is proposed and fabricated, in which the perturbation configuration with two quarter annular rings fabricated cornerways in the square slot is designed and a simple Photonic-bandgap (PBG) structure is employed. Through simulating and testing, the broad impedance bandwidth of 81.5%(VSWR<2.0) and the 3dB axial ratio (AR) bandwidth of 48.2% are achieved respectively. This slot antenna will be widely utilized in communication field. These instructions give you basic guidelines for preparing papers for conference proceedings.

Abstract: In high-speed mobile Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) cooperative system, direct channel signal presents a step change due to carriage loss, which interferes with signal reception. In the proposed system, spread spectrum is adopted at relay to separate the receiving mixed signals. Subsequently, the fading coefficient threshold of direct channel is obtained by simulating outage probability of direct channel. Finally, separated direct channel signal is selectively received based on the ratio relationship between its current fading coefficient and the obtained threshold. The proposed receiving strategy reduces Bit Error Rate compared with other receiving methods. Moreover, throughput of the proposed system increases when the fading coefficient is higher than threshold.

Abstract: One of the main failure mechanisms in semiconductor device is the thermal breakdown of compact multi-chip (CMC) module. In order to avoid the compact layout or location of the heating chips, the distribution of the chips on printed circuit board (PCB) should be optimized to decrease the thermal breakdown probability of device. Based on the finite element theory, we simulated the three-dimensional space thermal field distribution of two kinds of PCB that the same chips were layout in difference ways in this paper. By analyzing the simulation results, we can find that the maximum temperature of the optimized CMC layout will be decreased about one degree. The simulation method and the conclusion of this paper will have significance effect for CMC design and optimization.

Abstract: The segmentation of liver using computed tomography (CT) data has gained a lot of importance in the medical image processing field. In this paper, we present a survey on liver segmentation methods and techniques using CT images for liver segmentation. Generally, liver segmentation methods are divided into two main classes, semi-automatic and fully automatic methods, under each of these two categories, several methods, approaches, related issues and problems will be defined and explained. The evaluation measurements and scoring for the liver segmentation are shown, followed by the comparative study for liver segmentation methods, pros and cons of methods will be accentuated carefully. Here a fully 3D algorithm for automatic liver segmentation from CT volumetric datasets is presented. The algorithmstarts by smoothing the original volume using anisotropic diffusion. The coarse liver region is obtained from the threshold process that is based on a priori knowledge.

Abstract: In order to further understand the Agave americana var. marginata electrical signals in High Voltage Pulse Stimulation conditions, a new method is provided in this paper by using wavelet soft threshold noise reduction and the power spectrum analysis. The results show that the level `of its electrical distribution in uV. The plant electrical signal amplitude arithmetic mean increases with the increase of pulse stimulation signal but for a little effect on the natural frequency of the plant, its frequency is mainly distributed in the 0.07813 Hz ~0.1953 Hz.

Abstract: multi-point temperature and humidity real-time measuring system for maitake mushroom cultivat-ing house is constructed by combining micro control unit (MCU), multi-sensors and personal comp-uter (PC). The sensors for measuring temperature and humidity are designed by the rational arrang-ement of DHT11 and the data will be sent to main processing unit through a wireless data transmis-sion module. This system plays important role in making big progress for the industrial production of maitake mushroom.

Abstract: eech enhancement based on Wiener filtering has good noise robustness, and it is efficient and easy-to-implement. In this paper, Wiener filtering and its modified form, Iterative Wiener Filtering are demonstrated. Then, their respective advantages and disadvantages are outlined. Finally, the application field and location of each method are also pointed out.

Abstract: Human visual system has excellent ability in image processing. Based on the visual principles and fuzzy theory, the model of W3M proposed in the paper simulates the level, two-way connectivity, feature detector and learning mechanism of the visual mechanism to a certain extent. The model accomplishes different types of image segmentation by setting different parameters and shows its application potential through the practical application of some really collected biomedical images in segmentation.

Abstract: Medical devices is playing an increasingly important role in the course of people's life, it has a very important significance to strengthen the quality control of medical devices productive process. For the difficult issues of evaluation on quality control of productive process, this paper is based on quantitative analysis, using Analytic Hierarchy Process method to research. Firstly, to construct the indication system hierarchical analysis model, and to describe each indicators ; Then, on the basis of clarifying the advantages of Analytic Hierarchy Process, to set up mathematical model, including constructing judgment matrix and single-level sorting in two steps. Finally, to calculate the weight of indication system according to the solving steps. The research contents of this paper, is the basic work of evaluation for the quality control of medical device productive process, for the safe production of medical devices companies to provide technical and methodological support.
