Abstract: According to such problems as complicated structure, too many circuit module and online difficult detection of vehicle-mounted platform inertial navigation system, the detector adopts the detection mode of platform + adapter to realize the universalization and modularization of the detection equipment. It reduced circuit scale and the difficulty of design, strengthened systems scalability, at the same time made equipment carry and use more flexible. It realized inertial navigation board level to device level detection by using intelligent fault diagnosis technology to automatic fault diagnosis of circuit. Meanwhile, with the effective optimization of lesser detection procedures, the high efficiency and accurateness of fault isolation and location had been guaranteed, detection equipments automation, integrated, accuracy greatly raised, and detection time greatly shortened.

Abstract: It is very necessary to reposition the system attributes of human resources management positions and functions, which change the waterway system human resource management from administrative, transactional and position dependent manner to an open and competitive surrounding environment. Thesis based on SEM theory, through questionnaires, data analysis and indicators interception, establish waterway system evaluation index system and weight of human resources allocation, analysis of the evaluation factor by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and gets the result. Finally it proposes configuration follow-up management problems and The corresponding countermeasures.

Abstract: Accurate lung segmentation in chest radiography is an important and difficult task in the development of computer-aided diagnosis. Therefore, we proposed a lung segmentation method in feature images with gray and shape information. Firstly, we extracted six feature images, and built an initial shape model. Then, we calculated the gray cost in the feature images. Finally, the lung profile was determined by use of shape restriction. With the feature images and method of shape restriction, the mean overlap rate was improved to 75.60%. Therefore, the method proposed in our study can improve the performance of lung segmentation.

Abstract: Air quality evaluation based on digital image processing is an innovative and promising matter. The density of fog and haze can reflect air quality, therefore we introduce a new method for air quality evaluation via image defogging technology. Dark channel, proposed in [, is an excellent method to remove fog and haze. Using dark channel, we can acquire transmission map of an image, and transmission map contains the information of fog and haze's density, therefore, SDT(standard deviation of transmission) is adopted as a measure in this paper.

Abstract: To facilitate instrument management at university, we propose an instrument management system in this paper. This new type of equipment management is expected to replace traditional management methods. Although at university the degree of computer information is rather high, the current instrument management methods are very outdated. Even in some universities, related personnel still adopt very primitive method to manage the teaching equipment. However, with experiment science developing and more and more focus on instrument utilization in the teaching process, the amount of teaching instrument grows exponentially, which imposes a new challenge to the traditional methods of teaching instrument. To cope with this problem, we first conduct some research on this problem. Then, based on this research, an online teaching instrument system is implemented, which nearly covers all the needs of the system requirement.

Abstract: In view of the existing of low frequency hydrophone in signal detection problems such as low sensitivity, frequency range is small, In this paper, application of PVDF piezoelectric film as sensitive material of low frequency hydrophone, use its advantages as fast response, high sensitivity, good mechanical properties, and so on [1], designed a kind of low frequency hydrophone, experiments are carried out to study the detection of low frequency signal. This paper introduces the structure, material and size of the hydrophone, and analyzes the experimental data. Experiments show that the sensor stability and high sensitivity, can effectively detect the low frequency acoustic wave in the water.

Abstract: In this paper, we design and fabricate a three-dimensional passive-micromixer with a replaceable mixing chamber. The rectangular mixing chamber has a dimension of 20 mm × 3 mm in length and width and 2 mm in height, the chamber can be fitted with different microstructures to accelerate mixing. Then, we compare the no structure chamber to left and right interdigitated chamber by using numerical simulation, the result show that the mixing efficiency has been significantly improved. The photomicrographs proved the effectiveness of the design finally.

Abstract: Double-tank water level control system is a nonlinear system in ship. It has long cubage delay and bad anti-jamming ability in ordinary. In order to improve the dependability and security of the lever control system, a improved generalized predictive control (JGPC) algorithm was introduced. We set up a mathematical model of control system with the water tank level control device as the object. Based on the mode, the improved generalized predictive control algorithm was put forward and introduced the parameter setting of JGPC algorithm. The simulation results show that the presented algorithm has a good dynamic response performance, fast-track settings, and a preferable control effect. Experimental results show that the improved methods are reasonable and practicable.
