Abstract: According to the users needs of online virtual apparel fitting, the paper emphasize on the analysis about construction method and improved technology of 3D virtual apparel fitting interactive platform, design and implement with realistic 3D effect function. According to the reality of peoples choice, psychological and behavioral characteristics of trying on clothes, we study and put forward the targeted solutions. From dynamic customizations of the human body, clothing, the fitting and interactive control of several major aspects such as design, we design and develop a similar to the real life of 3D virtual apparel fitting system. The users experience new stereo feeling. We provide a new Internet marketing mode for clothing enterprises. Mainly we do the following: Firstly Design of 3D virtual apparel fitting network structure. Secondly, Using motion analysis method, exploring the possibilities of the motion capture technology, the real action is added to the 3D models.

Abstract: With the development of e-commerce more and more e-commerce talents were desired to satisfy development of enterprises, however e-commerce was a kind of the new style commerce and trades and based on the personnel training mode of colleges and university the e-commerce talents could not satisfy the needs of enterprises. In this paper the personnel training modes of e-commerce talents was analyzed and based on the enterprises needs the relevant capability training modes was discussed.

Abstract: Mobile e-commerce systems are the big trend of international economy and social development now days, and also the key process of industry upgrade, industrialization and modernization in our country. Mobile e-commerce systems are considered as the backbone of the manufacturing industry in China, Vulnerabilities in web applications continue to be the most frequently discovered security problem. This article illustrates a trusted operating systems how to provide a flexible solution to the problem of application for e-commerce. With the help of Chinese Wall, web services are becoming popular in Web applications. In the end, we present strategies for e-commerce application: trusted e-commerce module.

Abstract: Taking the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Theory of Perceived Value as theoretical frameworks, this study analyzes what and how perceived capability and perceived value affect consumers decision-making behavior in their online shopping. In particular, the study examines the influence of perceived capability, perceived trust, perceived risk, perceived benefit, perceived cost and perceived value on the decision-making behavior of consumers in B2C e-commerce. The results show that perceived benefit and perceived value have direct significant impact on consumers decision-making behavior, perceived capability, perceived trust and perceived cost have indirect significant impact on consumers decision-making behavior. Moreover, the paper verifies that perceived risk has a weak significant impact on consumers decision-making behavior.

Abstract: Tourism e-commerce, a main trend of Chinese tourism development, provides tourists with more personalized and humanized service. Female groups are an essential part of tourism e-commerce markets. Besides, females have their unique characteristics in tourism e-commerce consumption. This paper studies consumption characteristics of females of different ages in tourism e-commerce by subdividing female tourism e-commerce market. In addition, it proposes several measures to innovate in female tourism e-commerce products, provide a security system for tourism e-commerce and perfect female tourism e-commerce customer relationship management, as well as do well in female tourism e-commerce product marketing.

Abstract: Consumer trust is a popular issue of E-commerce. The study analyzed and summarized the current research, and it found that the internal factors and external factors are included on consumer trust. The internal factors are the consumer characteristics, website characteristics, and firm characteristics. The external factors include policy and technology. The research also builds a model that the trust-building process is cycle on E-commerce.

Abstract: The comprehensive analysis of Qingdao Development of e-government is presented in this paper. E-government is to resolve the current construction of the "resource sharing" and "business disaster" problem.By using the structure of the two three-center model for Qingdao,an e-government platform is built for cloud computing resources. Information resources for e-government integration provides a unified cloud environment, and the use of cloud storage virtualization technology to solve more than 120 kilometers of remote data synchronization and application-level redundant disaster problems, combined with the "Hong Jin e-office systems business". The testing and construction practice has proved the feasibility of the model.

Abstract: Mobile Agent (MA) is the combine result of Agent technology and distributed technology. MA can move according to the hope of user; MA can take action independently according to the change of environment; MA can return the result after finishing the task. On the basis of analysis of the problems of traditional e-commerce, the design thought of E-Commerce based on MA is proposed. Combining the characteristics, object model, message mechanism and the common software package of IBM Aglet platform, the design framework of E-Commerce based on MA is put forward, the design aims, architecture, and concrete process, collaboration message between Multi-Agent, system safety program are confirmed. At last, the validity of the study is proved by the prototype system, and the key technologies in the implementation are discussed.
