Abstract: A strategy is proposed for a control system with a linearized autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) dynamic model. The proposed approach combines the particle swarm optimization (PSO) and proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller to adjust the parameters of the linearized dynamic model. The linear and nonlinear model are both considered in our work. The proposed techniques is verified by using the simulation results to the model of AUV.

Abstract: A new time-frequency analysis method based on mutual information and EMD-WVD time-frequency analysis is proposed. The method uses EMD to decompose signals into independent intrinsic mode functions (IMF), uses the mutual information of EMD intrinsic mode components and original signal as basis to determine EMD false modal component, and uses WVD of EMD true Intrinsic Mode to reconstruct the WVD of original signal for feature information extraction. ICE fault signal time-frequency analysis results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of WVD time-frequency analysis, and correctly analyze characteristics of the signal.

Abstract: Introduced the system structure, working principle and diagnostic algorithm of a data acquisition and fault diagnostic system for diesel engines. The system is composed of a portable computer, a multi-channels data acquisition device and some sensors. Through behavior of the diesel and the characteristic values of signals, we can finish the non-disassemble examining and fault diagnosing. The structure and policy of the diagnostic expert system are also discussed.

Abstract: It is hard to keep vertical photography for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and there is large deflection and rotation in the UAV image, which lead to accuracy of point cloud data produced by UAV image is not high. In this paper an algorithm on UAV point cloud optimization based on Patch-based Least Squares Image Matching is proposed. By optimizing the point cloud data with Patch-based Least Squares Image Matching, and test data with images in campus of Northwestern University. The experimental results show that UAV point cloud optimization based on Patch-based Least Squares Image Matching can conspicuously improve the accuracy of the UAV image matching.

Abstract: Multimedia teaching is more and more widely applied in education of college, which has many advantages, such as vivid, highlight and so on. With the development of computer technology, three-dimensional model has been applied in various fields. It can be very good to solve huge structure, detail structure expression is not clear. Through it, students can see like a real engineering entity, which can stimulate students interest and improve the ability of understanding. In this paper, we have a further study of modeling method, and use the 3ds Max modeling software to establish expander model of the unit. According to the method of impeller modeling to verify the modeling way which has been chosen in this paper is practical. It has many advantages for the 3ds Max software technology in the application of multimedia teaching.

Abstract: The industrialization is progressing on the unparalleled scale, bringing an ever greater impetus to the growth of mining industry. China has had its unique pattern of developing its mining engineerin: firstly importing technologies, then studying and absorbing them, and finally achieving some innovation. Until now, China has been honored with some of mining theories taking the lead in the international mining world. As the disseminators of human civilization including advanced mining technologies, the Chinese professionals concerned are duty-bound to introduce abroad Chinas new progresses in mining engineering; that they are skillfully equipped with the four kinds of English abilities in reading, writing, listening and speaking, which is prerequisite for them to work well in foreign cooperation, has become an urgent matter to for them as well as for the authorities concerned.

Abstract: This article discusses about the decision-making method of tender offer based on the engineering project management simulation experiment. The research first simulates the project construction process to explore possible ways to reduce cost. Then, combining with the lowest biding price standards in China, it analyzes the internal relationship between biding price and the lowest cost and finds the determining factors of calculating biding quotation. Next, the research determines the final biding price based on the biding price concepts and several other factors, for instance, competitors’ technical skills, management skills and biding strategies. Finally, this article applies the method in the decision-making process of Triumphal Arch tender offer project and proves the feasibility of the method.

In order to maximize the enterprise profit, cost control measures are discussed in this paper as following aspects, human resources, raw materials and project management. This can be used as reference for highway enterprise.

Abstract: The paper made unary linear regression and structure deviation degree analyses with the data of Shanxi province in China from 1992 to 2010. The results show that when the coal output increases by 1% , the employment will increase by 1.202%. And the structure deviation degree in the coal industry fell from-0.11 to-0.56 between 1992 and 2001, then it aggrandized to - 0.15 in 2010. Which presented a note of discord surfaced during industrial structure and employment structure adjusting in Shanxi province. This suggests that there are the disguised unemployment within the coal industry. So this paper emphasizes that the government should implement the coal property right reform policy, and simultaneously develop effective measures to guide the workers to flow from the coal industry to the other secondary industries or the third industry.
