Abstract: The graphical parameter vertex-neighbor-integrity was introduced by Cozzens to measure invulnerability of networks. Dündar and Ozan discussed this parameter's properties of sequential-joined graphs. Unfortunately, the authors considered some special cases only and many mistakes appeared in their work. In this paper, based on our works done in 2005, we correct Dündar and Ozan's mistakes and discuss some related questions.

Abstract: Based on 51 series of 8-bit microprocessor of Silicon Laboratories Inc. Designed and implemented Ethernet communication hardware and software interfaces. In the embedded operating system architecture, use the chip integrated IEEE 802.3 MAC and 10Base-T PHY's Ethernet interface chip CP2200 and the network development protocol stack, to achieve the drive programming for the underlying hardware and the protocol stack interface, complete Ethernet transmission of industrial network system data information.

Abstract: The robust H2/H control strategy for a class of linear continuous-time uncertain systems with randomly jumping parameters is investigated. The transition of the jumping parameters is decided by a finite-state Markov process. The uncertainties are supposed to be norm-bounded. It is desired to design a linear state feedback control strategies such that the closed-loop system satisfies H performance and minimizes the H2 norm of the system. A sufficient condition is first established on the existence of the robust H2/Hcontroller bases on the bounded real lemma. Then the corresponding state-feedback law is given in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). It is showed that this condition is equivalent to the feasible solutions problem of LMI. Furthermore, the control strategy design problem is converted into a convex optimization problem subject to LMI constraints, which can be easily solved by standard numerical software.

Abstract: We prove the existence of an invariant measure for the continuous semigroup associate with a nonlinear model under the compact set Lyapunov condition. Further,adding the ergodicity of the semigroup operator, we prove the asymptotic stability in distribution for the semigroup. We give a criteria of the asymptotic stability in distribution for the type of evolution equation having a linear generator. Our method is based on continuous semigroup and its generator.We illustrate the result by the Lorenz chaotic model and prove the existence of the natural invariant measure for Lorenz chaotic model.

Abstract: Standard back propagation (BP) neural network has disadvantages such as slow convergence speed, local minimum and difficulty in definition of network structure. In this paper, an learning vector quantization (LVQ) neural network classifier is established, then it is applied in pattern classification of two-dimensional vectors on a plane. To test its classification ability, the classification results of LVQ neural network and BP neural network are compared with each other. The simulation result shows that compared with classification method based on BP neural network, the one based on LVQ neural network has a shorter learning time. Besides, its requirements for learning samples and the number of competing layers are also lower. Therefore it is an effective classification method which is powerful in classification of two-dimensional vectors on a plane.

Abstract: Some shortcomings exist in analysis of GQJS including: camber table generated in construction, nonlinear calculation in seismic analysis, simulation of complex elements such as corrugated steel webs, etc. This paper improved these disadvantages by analyzing practical cases. Some improvements are achieved: camber table can be obtained through adding an additional stage at the last step and distributing load on the entire bridge; GQJS can interact with ANSYS to employ its strong nonlinear analysis; it can discretize complex sections, and some other improvements are also carried out.

Abstract: Focusing on the problem which power plant flue gas oxygen content is hard to predict efficiently, an intelligent hybrid prediction method is proposed. First, the RBF neural network and principal component analysis method are utilized to reduce the dimension of the input variables. Second, the case-based reasoning method is carried on to predict the flue gas oxygen content based on the above analysis results. Then, in order to reflect the cumulative effect of the flue gas oxygen content with time, the GM (1, 1) grey prediction method is used to predict the current flue gas oxygen content value. Finally, the final flue gas oxygen content is obtained by the variance-covariance method of weight combination forecasting. Simulations and industrial results show that the proposed intelligent hybrid prediction model has high accuracy and robustness, and can solve the problem of predicting the flue gas oxygen content effectively.

Abstract: With the continuous development of human society, sustainable resources has become an important issue of concern, and good resource management is an important assurance for sustainable resources. In this paper, we proposed an integrated framework base on ExtJS and SSH. SSH provides a weak coupling, easily maintainable, lightweight J2EE software development model, which can be used to build high-quality Web applications. The proposed framework can be used to build a flexible, easily extended and maintainable multi-layer Web application platforms. We developed an equipments resources management support system based on the proposed framework, and experimental results show that the efficiency of equipment resources management could be improved through using the developed management support system.
