Abstract:

Compared with the traditional drilling string, the components of the new string downhole oil-water separation process is increased. To prevent the vibration fault and structure damage of the new downhole oil-water separation process string, the analysis of the finite element, modal and harmonic response on the structure system made. By solving the dynamics equation, the finite element model is determined, the inherent frequency and vibration model are calculated, and the vibration characteristics of system structure are analyzed. By analyzing the harmonic response and determining the reasonable speed of the string, the dynamic characteristics of the structure is optimized.
