Abstract: Industry development Planning for Energy Saving and Environmental Protection in Twelfth Five Year has proposed that market share for efficient energy-saving technology and equipment will be raised from less than 5% at present to about 30% in 2015, and the output value will reach 500 billion yuan. The 18th National Congress of the CPC has proposed to put ecological civilization construction in a prominent position to build a beautiful China. State Council of China issued the Prevention Action Plan for air Pollution in 2013. It is a tough task and a long way to go. How can we realize the planning goal Many non-metallic mineral materials have good applications in energy saving and environment protection. China is abundant in various non-metallic mineral resources. Therefore, development for non-metallic mineral resources for energy saving and environmental protection has good prospects. The paper gives an overview of the mechanism of several main non-metallic materials for energy-saving and environment-protection.

Abstract: We generate geodesic or nongeodesic trajectories for filament winding based on the StereoLithography model. The discrete trajectory is traced out by constantly appending a new propagation point determined from the two most recent points of the path. According to differential geometry and discrete geometry theory, nonslippage and nonbridging conditions are added to constrain the propagation point to obtain a stable winding trajectory. This method can be applied to any convex surface, either axisymmetric or nonaxisymmetric shapes. An application for pressure vessels is implemented to validate the feasibility.

Abstract: In order to testing the parameters changing of electromotor during the lifecycle, the test platform is designed. For different equipment, the controller of the test platform can simulate different real load of electromotor. During test, the controller can not only acquisition some basic parameters of the electromotor, such as voltage, current, temperature, rotate speed, but also protect the test platform when one parameter exceed setting value. The test platform test a electromotor. The result show that the test platform can simulate real load of the electromotor, can display and store all parameters of electromotor, can find the weak point during the whole lifecycle.

Abstract: This paper is for the filter users. It introduces a simple method to design Butterworth active low pass filter. By means of calculating, simulating, making a material object and debugging, it verifies the feasibility of the method. Combining design with practice, it shows the merit and demerit, which is of great significance for the design and manufacture of filters.

Abstract: The chief aim of this present work is to simulate a driveline of 2013 Formula Student electric race vehicle, in order to support the E-Motion Team (Aalen University, Germany) which will be attend to the race competition in Italy, to give previous results and also improving advises for next formula student generation. Due to the four competition events and powertrain system have been obtained, therefore the objective of this article is firstly to describe every detail of the driveline and different rules for every competition event, consequently researching the transmission calculation which is according to critical factors will be done during the second step. Furthermore with editing and loading the parameter into WINEVA programming, all the required simulation motion results were achieved. Moreover by changing different loading parameters, several critical factors will be pointed out. Finally based on the simulation results, some design and driving advises will be proposed for the next vehicle generation.

Abstract: Tool wear in μEDM is a serious problem which causes dimensional inaccuracy in the fabricated components. In order to address this issue, tool wear monitoring and compensation in μEDM has become a thrust area of research. The existing tool wear compensation system very much relies on the pulse discrimination (PD), based on the voltage and current signature of discharges. The available PD systems applicable to a fixed process parameter and thus it also makes the existing tool wear compensation system valid only to that parametric setting. In this context, the authors have proposed a new pulse discrimination strategy for μEDM so that it could work at different parametric setting. Therefore, the developed PD strategy could help micro fabrication industry by making the existing tool wear compensation system suitable for any process parameters.

Abstract: Relay control is one of the most commonly device driver methods used in industrial control, the commonly control method is using high or low level. Short pulse jitter is extremely easy to cause misoperation of relay. This paper mainly introduces a kind of high reliability relay control method what using pulse driving source, integral circuit, selector and comparator. It can be effectively to reduce the relay misoperation, guarantee the equipment reliability in the engineering application.

Abstract: Current unbanlance is one of the three-phase traction substation power quality problems. Through comparative analysis of commonly used unbalanced control methods for electrification railway, it can be seen that Steinmetz compensation theory is the effective solution for electrification railway unbalance.But the Steinmetz compensation capacity is large. If compensation target is limited in the unbalanced degree within the scope of the national standard, the compensation capacity can be greatly reduced. Through the optimization of the compensation measures and MATLAB simulation verification, the results have been showed that the optimizing compensation measures can greatly reduce the compensation capacity for meeting the national unbalanced degree standard.

Abstract: As the induction heating power was working, its load resonant frequency constantly changes. In order to improve the efficiency of power supply, it requires that the inverter output frequency can follow changes in natural frequency of the load, namely the frequency tracking control. Aiming at the deficiency of the frequency tracking control system, this paper presents a method that the phase locked loop (PLL) tracking system works on real-time control of the output frequency of the power supply,and introduces a phase locked mathematical model which fits the inverter power supply, and offers a simulated analysis by using PSPICE. Through experiments, the system proves to be good at frequency tracking.
