Abstract: Mathematical model of pin-cycloid meshing stiffness is set up by profile modification with clearance meshing analytical method. An universal program of pin-cycloid meshing stiffness is compiled, by which meshing stiffness is computed. Computing results show that meshing stiffness is changing with time greatly, which indicate that changing meshing stiffness is a main factor on vibration of whole machine. Better value of modification and curtate ratio coefficient are gotten by analyzing factors on meshing stiffness,such as value of modification ,curtate ratio coefficient and pin-cycloid radius etc. Computing and analytical results lay a foundation for ring-plate-type pin-cycloid planetary drive dynamics characteristics investigation deeply.

Abstract: Confirm the value of used car with improved replacement cost method, which involves one of the key parameters of the used car into residue ratio. Calculated by different mathematical model into residue ratio, reflected in the final pricing of used cars, there will be a larger gap. In this article, we will consider several factors to affect the value of a used car. Based on the MATLAB statistical software, performance factors and aggregative factors, analyzes and firm the weight of each performance index in calculating modified coefficients in accord with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Then modifies residue ratio of used motor vehicles with coefficients and firms the assess price. Finally, it was useful and effective that the improved replacement cost method was proved by some experiences.

Abstract: Every ship will face an extension run-in stage after equipment factory test. In the paper, adjustable pitch propeller of the two ships in different wear processes are selected for the experiment and the features of hydraulic oil are obtained. With FA (factor analysis), the features of the contamination can be represented by two feature factors, large size particles factor and small size particles factor. According to comparison of the contribution of the ships two factors, large size particles factor of the ship in extension run-in stage have much more influence on the hydraulic oils status than the other ship.

Abstract: In order to understand consumers emotional intentions and discuss the impact of high heels shape characteristic to human cognitive imagery, this paper, based on Kansei Engineering, combines the collected samples and constructed semantic space to design questionnaire with orthogonal method. With the item weights of shape elements and category utility values from the studied emotional semantic vocabulary, the designers can get the corresponding shape elements of high heels according to the target consumers ideal emotional semantics, and thus this directs the shape design of new product.

Abstract: Considering the weight and loading conditions of the multi-shaft transmission box, build the finite element model and mathematical model for the box using the finite element method. According to ANSYS WORKBENCH, calculate the boxs load capacity and stress and deformation distribution under 9 working conditions then evaluate its strength and rigidity. Optimize the structure of the box to reduce its weight. The results show that the optimized box meets the strength requirements. After optimization, the multi-shaft transmission box weights 176.578 kilograms, reduced by 30.26 percentages. It improves the stress and deformation distribution and makes the structure more reasonable. It also provides important theoretical significance and engineering practical value.

Abstract: CAD secondary development is to solve the problem of "personality". In this paper, A CAD System for EMU car-body design was developed based on Pro/Toolkit in Visual C++ Integrated Development Environment. The composition and functions of the system was introduced in details, then several key technologies to realize the function of the system were discussed, including Parametric EMU car-body model building technology based on TBS Database access technology based on Universal Classes Model preview technology based on OCX and Parameter-driven technology.

Abstract: In order to meet the requirement of splitting wood to take out the pests in the plant protection research work, the splitting and taking pest machine is designed, which working mode is based on spiral transmission. According to the wear condition, the main structure parameters of the spiral transmission device for splitting were determined. Furthermore, the strength of the dangerous section of screw rod, the strength of nuts' teeth, the self-lock of spiral pair and the stability of screw rod were checked. The virtual prototype of splitting and taking pest machine is made by using SolidWorks software, the motion simulation results show that no interference among the various parts. The test results of the prototype indicate that the machine can meet the job requirement to split wood and take out the pests. In addition, the machine has many features, such as simple structure, working smoothly and low vibration.

Abstract: In order to meet requirement of separation screen for tenebrio molitor L, one separation screen was designed, this product has a good separation, simple structure, low cost, high efficiency, easy operation. Based on the analysis of design requirement of separating screen for tenebrio molitor L, overall structure, working principle and the main structural parameters were determined. The kinematic mathematical model of shaking mechanism was established by using the vector method. The kinematics analysis of shaking mechanism was conducted by using Matlab, the displacement, velocity and acceleration curves of sieve box were obtained. The performance test showed that the prototype machine can screen different instar tenebrio molitor L and frass, this machine has good screening effect. In addition, machine design and performance are able to meet the design requirements.

Abstract: Based on the domestic and foreign studying of vehicles lane-changing micro behavior theory of modeling and simulation, the model for vehicles safe driving behavior for pavements damage is established. A Logit-like discrete choice model for lane-changing is described under the constraint of pavements damage. The mechanism of vehicles lane-changing is analyzed. Calculation method of the minimum longitudinal spacing is established, which guarantees the no overlap between the vehicle track and pavements damage. The method can improve the safety and comfort during the lane-changing maneuvers. In future research, the model can provide warnings or take evasive actions to avoid risk for vehicles safe driving behavior.
