Abstract: The multimedia broadcast and multicast services (MBMS) in 3GPP LTE is characterized by multicast broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) operation. The multicast services are transmitted by single frequency network (SFN) mode, and the unicast services are delivered with point-to-point (PTP) mode. To avoid the network congestion of the multicast services in MBSFN, a novel resources allocation scheme (RAS) based on mode switch for the multicast services is proposed. The RAS takes advantages of the mode switch between SFN and PTP for the multicast services and minimizes the demanded radio resources of the maximum load cell. The simulation results show that the proposed RAS needs less demanded radio resources of the maximum load cell than SFN mode for all the multicast services.

Web Service technology is used to change the video teaching platform in the background. It solves the problem that the colleges don't repeat development system, analyzes the function and performance requirements of the services provided by system, and designs the function module.

Abstract: As for Chinese express industry, it is high time to effectively protect consumers private information. Nowadays, the popular solution is to take two-dimensional codes as the carrier to directly encrypt and store consumers private information. However, this paper hasnt followed the old routine and seperated the privacy flow from the courier and item flow. Based on the Mobile Internet, Android Application and Cloud Storage, it redesigns traditional courier receipt, stores consumers private information in securer Cloud servers and realizes the Zero Rate of Exposure of consumers private information in the circulating process with two-dimensional codes as the key entrance connecting online servers and offline users. After practical tests, this system succeeds in securing the circulation of consumers privacy on courier receipts. Whats more, it can automatically update logistic information and improve the efficiency of sorting and delivering.

Abstract: The core problem of university informatization construction lies in the highly sharing of information resources. Thus it is very important to construct a unified user platform realizing this sharing. Through analyzing the current situation of campus website construction in universities, we propose a university website construction mode based on website group ideas from website construction, business management, content management and release to elaborate the mode in detail. Then, as Tsinghua University an example, we give system design of university website group including system architecture, system structure and functions. Finally, we introduce the application effect and prospects of the system. The analysis shows that the website group mode will gradually become the preferred choice on application mode of university website construction. This mode is facilitated to construct an integrated and coordinated, safe, reliable, stable, novel forms of network propaganda platform, enhance information sharing and enrich the propaganda content. And it will play a crucial role in establishing a good image of Tsinghua University.

Abstract: As for Ad Hoc networks is a method which using power control technology to improve the network energy consumption, with the situation of effectively reduce energy consumption but seriously decline of network throughput on the basis of power control algorithm. This paper presents a kind of distributed transmission power control MAC protocol (DTPMP) based on signal to noise ratio (SNR). The simulation results showed that mate lower node energy consumption in the first mate, while maintaining higher throughput performance of the network.

Abstract: China has abundant wild bird resources. Many bird lovers collect a large quantity of bird images, audio and video data. However, there is no such comprehensive platform that can be used to publicize, share and apply these data resources. In view of this, the paper attempts to design and implement a Chinese bird data resources platform, which not only aims to offer a channel of uploading bird data, but also to review the distribution area and time of bird species on the map and to search the image data of bird species and the relationship between species in a dynamic and flexible way. Also, various identification methods like DNA barcoding, morphological features and image analysis are offered based on in-depth data analysis and research to identify the exact species. This system tends to provide a simple but convenient integrated application platform for those bird research workers, bird lovers and the public as a whole.

Abstract: To provide with an effective method for non-photorealistic rendering for computer generated images with artistic appearances from 2D images motivates our work in this paper. The methods proposed in this paper are inspired by the many pieces synthesis mosaic effects. In this paper, we mainly propose the method for generating the artistic appearances based on the pieces synthesis and color tranfer technique. The block pieces can be chosen from arbitrary quantity images in the database. First, to accelerate synthesis speed, the mosaic effect can be generated based on the luminance channel. Further, we establish our method for obtaining RGB appearances taking the color transfer as the underlying basis. Therefore, the color of input image can be rendered to the final mosaic artistic effects. Experimental results show that our methods are effective and efficient.

Abstract: Nowadays, automatic scoring is an important way of teaching and examinations. However, there is no existing research on automatic scoring for subjective item of database domain both at home and abroad. According to the characteristics of database domain, we construct database domain synonyms ontology and proposed a text similarity calculation algorithm based on Hamming distance. Then we implement the automatic scoring for subjective item of database domain on the basis of ontology. In addition, in order to verify the accuracy and rationality of the algorithm, we take a specific subject as an example. The experiment results further illustrate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed automatic scoring algorithm.

Abstract: The development of geographic information technology promotes the progress of tourism information. The application of information technology to the management of tourism information can improve the service standard and management quality of tourism industry, which consequently accelerates the development of tourism industry. The paper introduces the design of Tourism Management Information System (TMIS), and applies Baidu Map API and HTML5 based on B/S structure for web development to realize the basic operation of electronic maps, attractions query, bus query, surrounding query, travel by car, address matching, and so on. TMIS based on B/S structure shares resources through the network with low cost, high efficiency of management and development, fast speed of updating information, which can provide timely and accurate information for the tourists.
