Abstract: PWM rectification system with fixed parameter PI can not meet the situation of mutational load and changing from energy feedback status to controlled rectification status. In the PWM rectification system traditionally basing on voltage oriented vector control, traditional voltage loop PI controller was replaced by PI adaptive controller with combination of single neuron and expert system. It is a good solution to the problem. In this paper a simulation model of controlled rectification system in the platform of Matlab/Simulink was established. It appled the S function and get the PI regulation with combination of single neuron and expert system. At last, the paper get the comparison of the simulation results before and after the improvement when load changed and status transformed. The results showed that system of the PI adaptive controller has the faster reaction speed and better robustness. It verified the validity and feasibility of the method.

Abstract: A lubricant syringe automation system used in chain drive is designed to promote efficiency and reliability of production line in food industry. The system is controlled by a microchip, STC89C58RD+. States of the production line are collected by infrared sensors and sent to the microchip. According to the states fed back, STC89C58RD+ controls relays to make electromagnetic valve and pump work continuously or interruptedly, and then the lubricant is syringed automatically. The man-machine interface of the system includes a set of independent keyboard and liquid crystal displayer. The action time for control signals of each group can be input from the keyboard, to make different production lines working individually without interfering each other. Finally, all control signals and its states are monitored from the displayer, which ensures whole system working regularly.

Abstract: Lifting system is widely applied to different range because it is quite convenient and intelligent, such as high-rise buildings. In order to improve the reliability and equipment working efficiency of the automatic control system, programmable controller (PLC) as the core controller is properly used during the control system design in the paper. Through the mechanical working method, the software control is used instead of more complex relay-contactor control which can greatly improve the mechanical failure inspection and maintenance convenience.

Abstract: A new oscillation criterion is established for a certain class of second-order nonlinear differential equation x"(t)-b(t)x'(t)+c(t)g(x)=0, x"(t)+c(t)g(x)=0 that is different from most known ones. Some applications of the result obtained are also presented. Our results are sharper than some previous ones.

Abstract: In the process of mechanical automation, due to the development of drive equipment in diversification, miniaturization, digitalization, intellectualization and the development of sensor in miniaturization, digitalization, visualization, on the one hand, automation mechanical structure become simple, on the other hand, with the increase of the dependence on control equipment for automation machinery, an automated machinery needs many kinds of control mode and means to complete the production. With the improvement of mechanical motion complexity, there will appear accumulation phenomenon of control equipment, in addition, in order to complete the data transfer between all kinds of control equipments, each control equipment need to build all kinds of communication protocol and special cables to connect. In order to solve the "accumulation" phenomenon, control equipment manufacturers competing to launch the new scheme. In this paper, a control project based on the control products of Mitsubishi electric company was proposed, which illustrates the change of the control way of mechanical automation. Once you master the control platform of these companies, will be able to build or integrate corresponding control system.

Abstract: In order to optimize the energy-saving effect of frequency carrier intelligent shutoff (FCIS), we build models systematically on FCIS of wireless device and heat exchange process in a telecommunication base station (TBS). Simulation results show that the energy saved from our recommended strategy and according configuration is 2.7-3.3 times of that under conservative 2-threshold strategy widely applied in China.

Abstract: This paper firstly explained the working principle of Subsea Control Module (SCM) and function and performance of the electro-hydraulic control valves, and then mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic control valve in SCM was analyzed. The test board was designed according to characters of hydraulic system of the test stand. And on the basis of these, an effective testing method of the electro-hydraulic control valve in SCM has been defined. According to the test method of hydraulic system, we built and analyzed a model of the hydraulic test system by using the AMESim software. Based on the analysis results, the judgments whether or not the test stand could meet the requirements is made.

Abstract: This study records the various air conditioning system parameters that affect power consumption and establishes system power consumption models for the chiller, the secondary chilled water pump, the air handling unit (AHU), and the cooling load of the AHU using artificial neural networks. The R2 for each of the models are as high as 0.996. Estimations for the AHU loads in the spaces where the cooling load for the AHU are satisfied and genetic programming is used to find the optimal air conditioning system parameter set for achieving minimum power consumption. These power consumption values are then set as genetic programming end points, and the mathematical symbol (+) is used as the functional ends. Finally, the computational elements of genetic programming are used to perform iterative computation. It may be concluded from the results of the experiment that the optimal parameter set obtained from the genetic programming-based search result in a minimum power consumption that complies with the loading requirements of the location of installation result in a 22% savings in term of power consumption and an average COP increase of approximately 28%, which represent very significant improvements.

Abstract: This article introduces automatic control feeding system, including the specific performance of the system, the overall design structure. The system uses parallel structure, a rice separator, a dish separator and bowl conveyor and two conveyor belts. The paper selects the programmable controller (PLC) as control unit to control the corresponding food supply lines parallel movement according to the signal from the selected dishes. Selected dishes, connected to the switchboard and send a signal to PLC, transmission the amount of data of meal card. Users could use the interface to choose food type and quantity, PLC could complete the task. The paper explains the details how the mechanic part and PLC control process.

Abstract: This research paper investigates the optimal solution to increase the productivity of production line by the assistance of decision making and job scheduling algorithms. Through the help of FCFS algorithm which was utilized in Task Queue, as well as Multi-Level Feedback for decision making and job scheduling, the minimization of idle times during the process is expected. Moreover in case of any tardiness of machines, system immediately sends feedback to renovate the machine station. Basically the novel RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification) is used for any data transaction between system structures, including: reading, storing and categorizing the information to each tag that attached to pieces. Besides, the software has been developed for managing the global database. All in all the current system which is based on optimal suggestion of algorithms is under implementation in the CIM laboratory of Eastern Mediterranean University.
