Abstract: The radar work in a complex environment where the noise has very strong pulse, the noise can be described by stable distribution. The conventional spectrum estimation method based on second order statistics is reasonable in many cases, however, the performance of the conventional algorithm degenerate in stable distribution environment. We propose three new frequency spectrum estimate method with Fractional lower order covariance (FLOC), FLOC-Pisarenko method, FLOC-Esprit method and FLOC multiple signal classification (FLOC-MUSIC) method. The conventional spectrum estimation methods with three proposed methods under Gaussian noise and stable distribution are compared in this paper, simulations show that the conventional methods degenerate, but the proposed algorithms can work better in stable distribution environment, and are robust.

Abstract: The WIA industrial wireless network which based on IEEE802.15.4 standard. The network will produce some network conflicts and data loss phenomenon with the expansion of network scope and the increasing of amount of data in the network. In view of this kind of phenomenon. This paper introduces a abinary exponential backoff algorithm. We establish experimental model to simulation analysis. We obtained simulation model under the condition of stable network. It can reduce the probability of collision between nodes when the node sends data packets to the other node.

Abstract: Wireless sensor network has features such as the limited energy of nodes and poor processing ability. A framework for mobile agent-based data fusion is proposed,whose routing strategy was implemented by using approximation algorithm. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to other intelligent algorithms in terms of the solutions.It proves that the proposed approach has obviously prolonged the network lifetime.

Abstract: Through digging out the core suppliers and core customers from the numerous suppliers and customers in the complex network of E-commerce, it contributes to reducing the adverse selection for the consumers and moral hazards for the operators caused by information asymmetry. Meanwhile, it is very meaningful for the credit risk protection in the complex network of E-commerce. On the basis of the references to the White and Smyth algorithms, in this paper, improvements from the White and Smyth algorithms are made herein, combining several features of the E-commerce complex network such as competitiveness, incomplete information and unsymmetrical information. In addition, an algorithm for mining the key nodes in E-commerce complex network is put forward, and applications are explained by instances.

Abstract: Social progress absolutely doesn’t means a situation that sacrificing the benefits of most people to satisfy the benefits of the minority. This paper will discuss some questions surrounded with the social resources human resource supply chain. This paper also discusses whether ‘promotion changing pattern of common progress’ can be applied to all kinds of industries, and what natural and cultural conditions to meet so that achieving social and human situation [1]. We have found that MARKOV model meet the promotion of such progress law. At the same time, using the MARKOV modal, this article has done a comparative analysis based on a number of growth historical data. We extract an appropriate mathematical model to predict the human resource after correcting the old model. According to the mathematical model we extracted, we analyze and predict the result of questions. Finally, the article give the models and results obtained in the form of web pages so that making readers and managers decide and read more visually and better.

Abstract: Based on the idea of standard back-propagation (BP) learning algorithm, an improved BP learning algorithm is presented. Three parameters are incorporated into each processing unit to enhance the output function. The improved BP learning algorithm is developed for updating the three parameters as well as the connection weights. It not only improves the learning speed, but also reduces the occurrence of local minima. Finally, the algorithm is tested on the XOR problem to verify the validity of the improved BP.

Abstract: Aiming at the defects of repeating searching the path, low efficiency and the slow speed of the traditional topology algorithm, proposes a network topology algorithm based on Breadth-First-Search in this paper.Introduces the topology modeling method,and the electric equipment is abstracted into nodes and branches,making the topology process not constrained by the network connection and structure,enhancing universal property of the algorithm.Then introduces the traditional method, and analysises the disadvantages. At the same time,puts forward a new method. Uses node-branch adjacency list in the new method,which improves the topology speed.When the local switch information is changed, can modify the node-branch adjacency list to conduct the local re-topology,so it improves the topology flexibility. Finally, through the example, proves the superiority and practicability of this algorithm.

Abstract: At present, most of researches on network selection algorithms are focused on single access. To support seamless mobility and provide better quality of service in heterogeneous wireless networks, this paper proposes a network selection algorithm with parallel transmission based on MADM. In the algorithm, we firstly determine all available wireless networks and consider every subset of these networks as a network scheme. Then we obtain aggregation attributes of every scheme and determine the alternative network schemes. Finally, we build the decision matrix of multiple attributes and determine the optimal scheme by using GRA. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can obviously improve user quality of service, improve user throughput, reduce power consumption and price cost per bit.
