Abstract: Network Community like Sina Weibo platform and Facebook website spend much time and money into provide users with appropriate advertisements. There exits great space to improve the current situation that users receive much news they don’t like, and change the situation that server need to push news to all users who are interested in certain product. This algorithm based on Friendly Value enables server to push news to only some of the users and the rest will see them by forwarding among these users. Algorithm clarify the relationship between users. Making it like a graph. Algorithm tested more than 2,000 users from Sina Weibo using crawler, and find that, when we get a group of users who show interests in a certain product, algorithm can help to shrink this group to an accurate number of users, and by these users, the whole group will see the news of this certain product, thus decrease time and resources on server. We invented Friendly Value which reflect user’s enthusiasm on Internet in terms of publishing and making comments to help us do the research. Modified similarity is also used to find users who are interested in certain commodity but not important part in this article.

Abstract: The query cost usually as an important criterion for a distributed database. The genetic algorithm is an adaptive probabilistic search algorithm, but the crossover and mutation probability usually keep a probability in traditional genetic algorithm. If the crossover probability keep a large value, the possibility of damage for genetic algorithm model is greater; In turn, if the crossover probability keep a small value, the search process will transform a slow processing or even stagnating. If the mutation probability keep a small value, a new individual can be reproduced difficultly; In turn, if the mutation probability keep a large value, the genetic algorithm will as a Pure random search algorithm. To solve this problem, proposed a improved genetic algorithm that multiple possibility of crossover and mutation based on k-means clustering algorithm. The experiment results indicate that the algorithm is effective.

Abstract: A range-based localization approach which named gravitational particle swarm optimization localization algorithm (GL) has been proposed. This algorithm considered the influence from the position of anchor nodes to the localization results, GL can directly searched out the coordinates of unknown nodes by the distance from anchor nodes to unknown nodes. As is shown in the experiment results, GL not only has high positioning accuracy, but also overcomes the defect that location error increases rapidly as the ranging error increases, compares with normal schemes (such as method of least squares, ML ) GL’s accuracy can improve 40% as the ranging error is 35%.

Abstract: This paper investigates the correlation between the title and text content for automatic essay scoring (AES) model. Inspired by the fact that the essay quality is usually related with center sentences, we propose a modified method based on latent semantic analysis (LSA), which calculates their relevance threshold frequency directly. Two different implementations are presented in this paper. The first one counts the number of sentences whose correlation must be larger than a certain threshold, while another one counts the mean value of sentences’ number. According to experiments for these implementations, the relevance between title and text content is shown to be benefit for AES. The second implementation has the best performance to characterize the feature about the relevance between title and text content.

Abstract: The study research the productivity formula in low permeability reservoir with vertical wells combined with fracturing well of the five point rectangular pattern, seven spot pattern, nine spot pattern, as well as the productivity of anti-nine rhombus fractured vertical well mixed pattern, and to which of the five-point rectangular pattern and the law rectangular fracturing well pattern optimization analysis. The analysis revealed widening well spacing, narrow row spacing, so that the shape factor well network within a certain range, can improve the development effectiveness, and when length of the crack and area of well spacing were given, can determine the length and width of rectangular pattern.

Abstract: Based on the uncertainty measurement theory, considering evaluation indexes of monitoring, personnel positioning, emergency actions, compressed air self-help, water rescue and communication, a mining emergency combat capability evaluation model is built to solve the difficulty of non-coal mine safety evaluation. This model is proposed to many uncertainty factors of safety evaluation of non-coal mine, according to the actual situation, carries on quantitative analysis, calculates indexes’weight, conducts grade decision by confidence identification criteria, then derives results of non-coal mine safety evaluation. This method is used to evaluate a certain six systems of non-coal mine. Compared with expert appraisal conclusion, the result shows consistency, therefore uncertainty measurement model is reasonable.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the issues tower crane safety hard to be comprehensive evaluated, the machine learning theory is introduced to the tower crane safety analysis. Firstly, collect the tower crane operating parameters as samples, the SVM classifier make supervised-learning on the samples data, established classification model and running parameters are used to evaluate the secure state. In addition, the effect of different kernel functions and parameters on SVM classifier is discussed, parameters are selected after optimization by mixed method of cross-validation and grid search. Experiments show that optimized SVM model can judge Tower crane safety correctly.

Abstract: With the rapid development of China's national economy, oil and gas development and utilization of resources is also increasing, dwindling reserves of conventional oil and gas reservoirs. These inevitably lead to oil and gas exploration direction shifted gradually from shallow depth, by a conventional steering reservoir unconventional oil and gas reservoirs, fractured reservoirs will become the focus of the current oil and gas exploration areas. This paper studied the basic theory of fractured media, from the speed and the amplitude of pre-stack anisotropic characteristics are analyzed theoretically. Researches of these basic theories of EDA media provide a basis for the exploration of the fractured reservoirs.

Abstract: Curve or contour correspondence has been extensively explored. Previous work was mainly concentrated on the rigid correspondence or alignment. This paper presents a spectral analysis method to resolve the problem of curves correspondence with non-rigid deformation. Using the embedding of original affinity matrix to the spectral domain, we can build the point correspondence of no-rigid deformation shapes.

Abstract: Aiming at the randomness and variability of geotechnical parameters, the uniform test and nonparametric regression technique of alternating conditional expectation (ACE) is used to establish the efficiency response surface. On the basis of response surface, the Monte Carlo method was used to research the reliability optimal design and analysis method of soil nailing structure. Considering various failure modes of soil nailing structure, and setting the system failure probability as constraint, and per linear meter length of soil nail as the objective function, than to establish the reliability optimal model of soil nailing structure of foundation pit with the indexes of soil shear strength c, φ and ground overload as random variables. Through an engineering case analysis, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified. Finally, the superiority of the proposed method is proved compared with the deterministic method.
