Abstract: Vehicle terminal can upload the vehicle status information to the server in time, to provide service for the users with more security. But vehicle terminal in the process of upload information to the server need to solve many issues, such as a large number of terminals connecting to the server, large amount of data, the data of transmission in various forms, the server is not stable enough and many other issues. This design uses the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) to achieve reliable data transmission between the WEB server and vehicle terminals, and the load of server is lower, so the server can support more vehicle terminals’ connection.

Abstract: In many industries, such as chemical industry, food industry and cement industry, rolling drum are widely used for mixing solids. The quality of product is directly determined by the mixing uniformity, thus it is desired to be able to research the mixing rates quantitatively. This paper describes an image-based experimental method to study the mixing process. With three physical quantities, the contact length, the diameters of single material blocks and the average extent of the adjacent areas, the mixing rate and some other mixing feathers could be evaluated. And an experiment was conducted to verify this analysis method.

Abstract: With the rapid development of the remote-sensing technology, more and more high-resolution remote-sensing data that currently available for rapid-assessment of the earthquake, disaster investigation and the extraction of building information are arised. Researching on the building-height inversion used the shadows of building has made some progress, but the formula was simple, the object of research was ideal as well. The paper gives the relation of building-height and shadow considered the impact of buildings, building-shadows, sensors, and the impact on the structure of shadow-image of relative position of the building with the sun. The advantage of this method is not only given to the relationship between the trend line of the building, the building, the sun, and the satellite, but also does not require to extract the shadow of the building. In order to make the calculation of the building-height more accurate, it is entirely visual-judgment. Using the proposed method of the paper to invert the building-heigh in Changping district of Beijing, calculating the relative error, indicating that this method is feasible and effective.

Abstract: To improve the performance of the system PCM/FM, this paper used the multi-symbols detection (MSD) technology. Firstly PCM/FM in hardware demodulation in a series of problem, introduces MSD software demodulation method. Then the MSD in low SNR environments of a synchronous implementation. The algorithm simulation indicates that the detection performance than the traditional incoherent algorithm is popularly used increased nearly 3 dB at the bit error rate in 10-4 place. Performance is very ideal.

Abstract: The atmospheric noise generated by lightning phenomena is the main source of interference in VLF communications, it is rather difficult to detect the communication signal that not only merged in strong channel noise, but probably interfered by high-tension impulse caused by thunder. This paper, Alpha stable distribution noise model is proposed to simulate atmospheric noise firstly, then, we study a new technique of Chirp Spread Spectrum (CSS) communication based on Fractional Fourier Transform (FRFT), This paper studies a new VLF communication technique of the Chirp Spread Spectrum (CSS) communication based on Fractional Fourier Transform (FRFT), and it demodulates message utilizing energy gathering property of chirp signal in FRFT domain.

Abstract: In this letter, a method based on block-matching and Low-rank matrix recovery (BM-LRMR) is proposed for single image reconstruction. While existing approaches usually use many image sequences to restructure new images, our method tries to use a single image to realize the image reconstruction. In our algorithm, the single image is firstly partitioned into blocks. Then a block-matching technique is employed in grouping and constructing the approximately low-rank matrix. A low-rank matrix recovery is used in low-rank matrix decomposition. Finally, a weighted average strategy is using to compute a final estimate of the image by aggregating all of the obtained local estimates. Experimental results on different applications demonstrate the proposed model can work excellently for single image reconstruction.

Abstract: BOC modulation is a major modulation of the new generation GNSS systems. Compared with the existing BPSK modulation, BOC modulation has a better pseudo-code accuracy and better resistance to multipath and interference performance. However, BOC modulation also brings tracking ambiguity problem caused by the vice correlation peak. A series of algorithms have been proposed to eliminate ambiguity, such as Single Side lobe, CCRW ASPeCT, Bump-Jump, DET, and so on. The principle of these algorithms, achievement of difficulty and the performance is not the same. In this paper, a low-level BOC (1,1) signal and a higher order BOC (15,2.5) signal is taken into consideration, performance of those above mainstream algorithms to eliminate ambiguity is simulated and the resource depletion is analyzed. Then, a compatible algorithm is proposed to adapt different BOC signals. The research has a certain reference value for the receiver’s BOC tracking channel design and engineering implementation.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a privacy preserving communication scheme for VANETs, combining ring signature and an identity based encryption. In our scheme, all the messages which needn't keep secret but provide authenticity is signed by employing a ring signature scheme, and it provide good anonymity. And we propose a approach that collecting and disseminating pks by the help of RSU. The vehicle encrypt its pk with the RSU's identity by using a IBE scheme and send it to the nearest RSU, the RSU collect pks and form a ring, and then broadcast it to the vehicles. All vehicles in this ring can sign messages with this the same ring.

Abstract: A micromouse’s performance is decided by many control parameters which are stored in the flash memory, user can tune the robot’s performance by adjusting the parameters. To meet the special requirement , communication system based on RS232 was designed. Results of four different commnicaiton parts show that the communication system can work well.
