Abstract: Objective: What we do is intended to analyze weak signal more conveniently and easily. Method: We recommend 2D-WT method, then designed the programs by the way of LabVIEW2011 developers paramount toolkit, at last we realized to change one-dimensional heart sound signals into the form of 2D synthesized intensity maps for easily analyzing. Results: We have successfully used programs to realize intuitional analysis on the signals. Conclusion: Using the method described above can realize analysis on heart sound signals.

Abstract: The discipline of journalism needs to gradually transform perspective. It combines with the characteristics of academic discourse of news communication to build a strong Chinese characteristically academic discourse system of news, so as to make a positive contribution to the development of Chinese journalism discipline. First, we analyze the general compensation model on the basis of compensation algorithm. Based on more compensation formulas, we analyze the principle of compensation. According to the basic requirements of the news communication and the unique function of Chinese characteristically academic discourse, with the basic requirements of the unique characteristics of academic discourse for news communication and Chinese characteristics, and combined with the relative reliability features extraction method of information builds academic discourse system of Chinese characteristics news communication based on Bayesian algorithm. We apply the computer to make simulation analysis on the effect of different classes' weighting factors on the system structure. The results show that the system structure has a high efficiency, good stability, and strong practicability, which has provided theoretical and technical support for the research in this field to a certain extent.

Abstract: This paper designs multi-core and multi-channel physical education (PE) teaching innovation management platform and introduces TIM theory, so as to collect the transmission speed of video signal for different number of nuclei and the number of channels' teaching management platform. It has found from the calculating that, when the nuclear number is 1, and the channel number is 2, the speed of data transmission signal is the lowest, and the theoretical value is 5.6, the measured value is 5.5, namely the theoretical value is consistent with the measured value. When the nuclear number is 4, and the channel number is 8, the speed of data transmission signal is the highest, and the theoretical value is 9.6, the measured value is 9.7, namely the theoretical value also consistent with the measured value. So in the design of PE teaching innovation management platform, it needs to synthetically consider the nuclear number of DSP and the channels number, so as to achieve the effects of optimization design for the teaching management platform.

Abstract: This paper uses multivariate planning mathematical model to establish sports tourism planning system, and introduces multiple matrix theory, extracts four characteristic values of the tourist traffic, service, security and environment, realizes the multivariate planning of tourism system. This paper uses the MATLAB software to do numerical simulation on proportion and the expected rate of return for the four characteristic values in planning, we get the multivariate distribution nephogram and rendering nephogram, finally use image mosaic technique of MATLAB to synthetize green planning blueprint of sports tourism. It provides the technical reference for the research on city sports tourism planning.

Abstract: In this paper, we use 3D imaging technique to conduct in-depth research in the football training, and obtain the 3D space image of the best football team. We use FPGA hardware platform to design the control program of 3D image, and judge the performance of synthetic parameters, and test process curve and schematic diagram of 3D imaging. Combined with Kmeans algorithm we design the clustering algorithm mathematical model of 3D image, and give the control programming. Finally, based on the 3D synthesis image and optimization of display technology, using the image acquisition and skill of physical body, finally we get the best offensive and defensive football team. It provides the theory reference for the training of football players.

Abstract: Digital art images which is based on the computer graphics is integrated with computer graphics technology and network transmission technology. The design of the system is a new application in the field of digital art. This paper chooses ARM9 (S3C2440) processor as the hardware platform, and computer graphics Linux operating system as the software platform. Then it puts forward an improved algorithm of digital art images based on frame difference, and completes the design of digital art images system that can be applied to the community monitoring or bank safety unattended. The experimental results show that the system can extract the background images from the sequence video, so as to improve the quality of digital art images.

Abstract: To make easy for the operators on the work of analyzing the weak signals, at the same time, for the purpose to improve unskillful operators analyze ability and diagnostic efficiency, at last to get the goal of fast diagnostic. Methods: We recommend STFT theory, then analyzed algorithm to design the programs by the way of LabVIEW2011, at last we realized to change one-dimensional weak signals into the form of intensity maps, which owns obvious recognition feature. Results: We have successfully used programs to realize the analysis on intensity maps, and also simplified judgmental process on illness. This method improves efficiency. Conclusion: Using the method described above can achieve the goal for improving the analysis method, it may work well as we thought before.

Abstract: The non-rigid 3D characters recovery technology for 2D images array is affected by background diversity, motion complexity, data losing and noise of feature points, so the recognition and recovery accuracy of facial features deformation is low. Due to the high error in traditional method, the paper puts forward a 3D facial recognition algorithm based on random images array, which converts the 2D features to 3D by nonlinear mapping, and completes the recognition on foundation of 3D geometric features distance. The experimental results show that the method effectively reduces error and improves recognition effects.

Abstract: Mainly studying the three-dimensional reconstruction for multiple Han Dynasty stone images, this paper proposes a 3D reconstruction algorithm based on two images. The author analyzes the basic principle of SIFT matching points detection according to Epipolar geometry constraints and projective transformation of images in 2D plane, and establishes mathematical model for the 3D reconstruction on foundation of sequence images. The feasibility of 3D reconstruction based on the sequence images is approved by simulation for three gray-scale Han Dynasty stone digital images which provides a new research way for identifying the feature of a target by the camera.

Abstract: The paper mainly discusses the analysis method for the psychological impact of computer vision noising technology. Actually, people's psychological acceptance and corresponding memory capacity of computer vision images with lots of noise are relatively poor. The de-noising process to computer vision images can improve the clarity, thus generating passive psychological impact. Therefore, the paper proposes a spatial domain filtering algorithm-based de-noising method for computer vision. It establishes wavelet packet decomposition tree for computer vision images and de-noises accordance with the decomposing results. The experiment results show that the proposed de-noising method has passive psychological influence and improves the memory capacity of computer vision images.
