Abstract: As the current hot technology, many large companies have launched their own cloud computing projects, and the ways to realize each project is different, and ultimately lead to a fragmented state to explain the concept of cloud computing today. Almost all manufacturers do not deny that cloud computing is follow-up and development of grid computing, but their philosophy is different. This article aims to explore the similarities and differences between grid computing and cloud computing, from features, technology and operation costs, and to explore the solution of technical problems related to outstanding solutions through grid technology in the development of cloud computing.

Abstract: This paper discusses the design method to construct the geospatial database for the China - Kazakhstan tourism resources information system, especially focuses on the design of the relational database structure for transportation network analysis. By expressing the logical structure of graph theory as four relational database tables, i.e. junction table, edge table, junction-edge connectivity table, and turning table, this topological structure can effectively express urban roads and inter-city roads within a relatively larger area and build complicated road networks, and it also can be applied to the shortest path analysis on different spatial scales.

Abstract: Based on the Swarm platform and adaptive multi-agents of complex system, the simulation model of mobile telecommunications market’s regulation has been developed with the aim to simulate the effects of regulatory policies. Through the different simulation results, the implementation of regulatory policies having impact on the mobile telecommunications market can be analyzed, which provides theoretical support and basis for the future development of mobile telecommunications market’s regulatory policy, in order to avoid the unpredictable and potential risk of the regulatory policies in the effective implementation process.

Abstract: With the recent proliferation of network applications in the smart devices, traditional cellular network has already no way to provide enough network flow to the mobile network users. WLAN becomes a very important wireless technology to offload the flow in the wireless network. In this paper, we propose one new framework which can monitor and analyze the network flow and further feedback corresponding messages to users. Firstly, the system performs the flow data statistic and further constructs one database to store the flow data through the monitoring of the network. Secondly several analysis mechanisms are designed to perform analysis of the flow data and generate corresponding advice information for users. Finally one pushing module is designed for the framework to push the feedback information to users.

Abstract: Reducing signaling storm in wireless networks has become a major goal in designing today’s wireless communication systems. In order to reduce signaling storm, this paper addresses the issues of scheduling the signaling resources in wireless networks subject to both quality of service (QoS) and priority constraints. The applications in wireless communication systems are divided into three types, namely always-on applications, voice applications and the other applications. For all the applications, an admission control scheme is proposed that incorporates the reconfiguration of idle resources and the QoS negotiation. The QoS negotiation usually contains the following parts, QoS reduction of the new application, QoS reduction of the applications which have accessed to the network and the resources compulsory possession. When the signaling resources are limited, the proposed admission control scheme can improve the successful access rate of voice applications and reduce the impact of signaling storm in wireless network.

Abstract: In order to enhancing the interesting of Russian teaching in Russian class, a L plate teaching aid was developed based on SolidWorks2012 in this paper. The design detail for desinging this teaching aid is discussed, and the distribution of the stress, strain and displacement is investigated under a 10N load. The results present that the node number of the L plate teaching aid is approximately 31829, and the grid unit number is 2044. The max stress and strain is 6.598 N/mm2 and 8.754×10-7, respectively.

Abstract: In this article, an information propagation model for instant messaging with group is constructed to research the group influence on information propagation in instant messaging network. The feature of group is if a group member propagates a message in a group, the other members in the same group will have a chance to receive this message. There are 4 kinds of nodes in instant messaging network: 1, N0, hasn’t received the message; 2, N1, has received the message, but hasn’t opened it yet; 3, N2, has opened the message, but hasn’t retransmitted it yet; 4,N3, has already opened the message and has retransmitted the message. When a message is propagated into the network, the group influence on information propagation in instant messaging network is revealed by changing the size of each group and the number of groups. The conclusion: the information propagation efficiency of instant messaging network with group is much higher than normal instant messaging network. When the size of each group is very small and the number of groups is very little, the influence of them on information propagation is not very obvious. With the growth of the size of each group and the number of groups, the information propagation is more and more widely and quickly.

Abstract: Based on the theory of virtual warehousing, the optimization system for equipment maintenance resources in virtual warehousing is established for the security task of equipment maintenance resources. According to the prediction problems on the spare parts requirements for equipment maintenance in this system, the demand forecasting model, based on the combination of rough sets and grey prediction, is adopted. The results of simulation experiment show that this method applied in equipment maintenance spare resources prediction is reliable and with accurate information. While, the relative error and absolute error of the predictive value and practical value are very small, which shows the prediction model is of high precision for the accurate effect prediction. As a result, this model and algorithum is proved to be effective to provide theoretical and practical support for equipment maintenance spare resources in information warfare.

Abstract: Due to the nature of project construction information and the inherent flexibility of “3L” (EXCEL, XML and SQL), “3L” have become the de-facto standard for data representation and exchange. The features of “3L” are briefly introduced. Meanwhile, the system framework, functional modules and some key problems of database management of project construction were discussed. The system implementation of the database management system of project construction based on “3L” platform technology was established seriously and the feasibility and applicability of the database management system was discussed finally.

Abstract: System development for weapon data management based on model-view-controller (MVC) architecture was presented. In order to adapt development process to the big complexity of growing weapon data, the strategy of system design was that original system was decomposed into independent modules to avoid generating mutual references and producing complex dependencies. The model tree, nearly including existing weapons today, was designed hierarchically to demonstrate a clear image of weapons. Then list windows and tables were well applied to edit assembling relationships between weapon models, mediator mechanism was used to manipulate collaborations of event response between much colleague panels, and data transition in distributed simulation terminals was conducted by xml carrier.
