Abstract: With the rapid development of the IPTV high-definition video on demand, a large number of the video transcoding problem increasingly prominent. Combination of IPTV business requirements, this paper designed a batch video transcoding system. The system has the advantage of operating personnel in transcoding, you just need to copy the CD onto a transcoder, then in bulk import and release through the import tool, other work will be done by the system automatically, no longer need artificial unattended.

Abstract: In this paper ,we design a set of network upgrade process abnormal protection scheme, while the interruption of encountered during the download and after the completion of the test ,visa HTTP breakpoint resume and MD5 check for updates, to complete the update mechanism. Combined with the result of the experiment shows that this design scheme can valid improve the efficiency and safely of STB software update.

Abstract: The traditional virtral target aiming training uses indoor large screen projection more. Recently, the system also uses the virtual reality scene as background. According to the situation, using real-time video frame as the virtual target aiming training background for the authenticity of the virtual target aiming training scene is presented in this paper. This method fully shows the maturity of modern video acquisition technology and the innovation of virtual reality scene. This paper prensents using DirectShow tools for video frame acquisition and taking the advantages of OpenFight API for the model built by military simulation modeling software MultiGen Creator development based on OpenGL development platform and completes the building of virtual target aiming training scene based on real-time three-dimensional video scene and the consistency of virtual target and scene.

Abstract: Large file uploading is a problem often occurs in Web applications. Existing uploading components does not support Resume-broken-transfer while most of them cannot display uploading progress, also Cross-platform compatibility is not very well. This paper adopts Fragments-access, Asynchronous-uploading strategy, implements large file Resume-broken-transfer using ADODB.Stream and XMLHttp, obtains higher rates of transmission and real-time display of uploading progress and good Cross-platform compatibility, meets the large file uploading needs in web applications.

Abstract: The RESTful Web services is a lightweight framework which includes some important ideas such as addressability of resources, statelessness, connectedness, and uniform interface and has good interaction and elasticity by its loose coupling and other distributed components. In this paper, we aim at to solve the problem of information islands in the construction of Chinese medicine informatization and propose a valid scheme based on the techinque of RESTful Web Services. In accordance with the classification and cording of Chinese medicine provided by National Science Data Sharing Project, the difinition of information resources of Chinese medicine is first completed. In order to realize sharing and concordancy of Chinese medicine resources, a registration center is built so that Chinese medicine resources can be registered and released. Through reserching Restlet framework, an elementary Chinese medicine information system based on RESTful Web Services technique is obtained. Since distributed retrieval and sharing of Chinese medicine information is briefly relizied in this system, further research on how to intergrate the data resources will be continued.

Abstract: The study on the prediction of urban built-up area is the basic issue in urban planning. This paper takes the prediction of urban built-up area of Hefei city as an example, building a factor system that affects built-up area from the economic, social and environmental dimensions. Then, the paper establishes a quantitative prediction model based on the Radial Basis Function neural network. As a comparison, the paper also uses the Back Propagation neural network to predict. The results show that the Radial Basis Function neural network prediction has a higher accuracy and the prediction result is more reasonable and reliable.

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology and communication technology, user demand more and more and with the application of computer network becoming more and more widely, its scale is becoming increasingly big. But on the other hand, there are so many network security events and the traditional single defense equipment or testing equipment has been unable to meet the demand of security; computer network is faced with severe situation of the information security. Network security situation assessment technology can reflect on the whole dynamic network security situation, and give early warning to its development trend by comprehensively considering various security factors. Therefore, the network security situation assessment model and key technology has become the hot topic of research in the field of network security.
