Abstract: By using the adaptive search algorithm of particle swarm layout, we optimize 3D space nodes of wireless network, and obtain the optimum mathematical model of particle swarm optimization distribution of nodes in wireless network. Using the tree structure and the wireless network hardware equipment we design algorithm the optimization platform of track and field technique. In order to verify the stability and reliability of platform running, we use the wireless network node division method and transmission time groups of control network to control athlete’s technical movement. And we use Java technology to calculate the athlete’s action to verify the stability. Through calculation, for the same optimization task, the time of adaptive search algorithm is short, and the search is less, which is a rapid and effective optimization algorithm.

Abstract: With the rapid development of logistics enterprises, personnel decision management of logistics enterprise is highly valued by the relevant institutions and enterprises. How to correctly understand the core function of logistics enterprises, mining and build the core talent decision support system is one of the topics in this field to be solved. Firstly, based on the talent incentive model, we analyze the talent incentive process of logistics enterprise, and based on the characteristics of cloud database we construct personnel decision support system of logistics enterprise. In order to verify the practicality of the system, we use computer simulation to simulate the system. The results show that the system has practical strong, and ability of scientific decision-making is better.

Abstract: BBS's speech in the public opinion has great impact on students’ emotion. If we can regulate public opinion of university BBS of, and deal with the speech with cross impact on students' moral emotion timely, which can make the BBS having good cross and the interaction impact on students' ideological and moral emotion. In this paper we use the MyEclipse5.1 version to expand the public opinion module of the forum, and use with chasing method to calculate the value of object function in the network public opinion evaluation, and join the moral evaluation module in the network architecture. The main function of this module is to optimize the evaluation process of the forum, realize the real-time evaluation of network public opinion, and eliminate the negative cross influence of network evaluation on students' moral emotion.

Abstract: Streaming media technology is also known as streaming media technology. Users can experience playing while downloading function, which improves the transmission speed of multimedia information on the internet. In this paper, we use streaming media technology, combined with the parabolic interpolation and Newton interpolation algorithm, design multimedia interactive platform of the college students' ideological and political education and comprehensive education. The overall structure of the platform is composed of multimedia, streaming media distribution equipment, school network, clients of teachers and students. On the internet between the teachers and students, student and students they can communicate ideological and political. In order to test the performance of network, we use the iperf software to test packet loss rate and delay characteristics of the network. The results show that Newton interpolation method has better delay characteristics, parabolic interpolation algorithm has low packet loss rate. It provides technical reference for the application of multimedia technology in the ideological and political education.

Abstract: With the emergence of multimedia information technology, the mode of foreign language teaching activities are more and more rich, more and more emphasis are attached on creativity, the ability to think independently and teamwork, but there are also a lot of foreign language teaching platform which is inadequate. Therefore, more and more English teachers begin developing independent learning and the ability to collaborate. This article is based on RISCPA teamwork model and the students' teamwork skills to establish a foreign language teaching system. It provides enriching RISCAP with guiding ideology in theory, and provides theory platform and technical support for teaching platform application and development.

Abstract: The basic principles of scientific management applies to all human behavior, tourism management is a branch of modern management, it's a management for the whole tourism activities and system of tourism management. This paper focus on the study of tourism management enterprise owners' behaviour, through modern tourism system model structure characteristics and analysis of tourists' behaviours, and depth profiling the implementation and strategy analysis of management tourism enterprise CRM, doing further research on tourism management enterprise owners behaviour based on evade unevenness theory. Adapting to modern tourism development and tourism management teaching and research needs, and provide a better theoretical guidance for management of modern tourism entrepreneurs.

Abstract: Based on the scale-free networks and combining the characteristics of the independent innovation in network society, mining the key factors affecting independent innovation in network society, establishing the open independent innovation model and algorithm. Through the process of the open independent innovation model, the paper raises the point that the model has the characteristics of small world and scale - free, which can provide reference for the future study.

Abstract: The mobile information platform is the corporation communication platform combined with internet and a variety of means of communication, it can help people acquire information and make communication more easily. This article describes the Android operating system on mobile information platform development, First, it give the background of the Android open-source systems, and make a simple comparison of the current mainstream mobile operating system and then it analysis the functional requirements and development feasibility of mobile information platform based on Andriod system, and discussed how to set up the platform development environment and select the core components, Finally it outline the design concept of the platform development.

Abstract: The client in wireless city provides all kinds of city life applications, and changes our life-style. The mobile phone client software based on IOS platform is developed using Xcode4.3 as developing tool, and using the Objective-C for language programming. It’s designed with simple system, friendly interface, and easy operation.

Abstract: Stampede accidents in hotel crowded area will cause disorder in flow information. As we know, flow density and direction of movement have strong nonlinearity and mutation. This paper proposes a complex network model for rapid evacuation based on computer vision smart inducing. On basis of images' process, the paper fully considers the mutation of flow and direction by the mutation operator of flow direction, and increases the evacuation speed by extracting mutation parameter of local area and feeding back it to control terminal. The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm improves the accuracy and speed of evacuation in hotel stampede environment.
