Abstract: With the rapid development of modern science and technology, all kinds of computer network and multimedia technology has entered the field of education and teaching system. Network based on Web technology has become the focus of educators. How to construct optimized network teaching evaluation system is the hot topic in the current. This paper firstly analyzes the operation of file in the operating condition of ASP, and the three layers structure of ASP.NET2.0 is analyzed. Based on this, it proposes to use B/S structure mode to construct the network teaching evaluation system. While it realizes the optimization of data operation on the Web server, we can solve the interface problem of query through the interface of IShufeichaxunDAO. The demand of teaching evaluation of Web pages is realized by using streaming media technology. Finally, it carries out the simulation testing of hardware and software of the system by applying the LoadRunner8.0. And the experimental results show that the system is stable, and has strong practicability.

Abstract: Innovation entrepreneurship is the extremely important strategic decision subject at the background of university reform, and it is the benchmark in the transformation, which will play a great role in the core talent competitiveness and comprehensive promotion. In the article we first analyze nature of the research university. On the basis we further analyze the current status of innovation entrepreneurship. Based on this we sum up their features, and collect influence factors of college students' employment. We introduce DMC algorithm to construct new research university innovation and entrepreneurship education system model of prediction control. In order to verify the validity of this model, we use MATLAB to do simulation. The results show that the model is practical, and it provides theoretical and technical support for the research in this field in a certain extent.

Abstract: In recent years, China sports industry has been developing rapidly, the development of sports industry is the need of socialist market economy, and the development model of scientific and rational low carbon economy sports industry has an important to enhance the development of sports. Firstly, based on the sports industry organization we analyze the industry characteristics of the sports industry, on the basis, the use of Ad Hoc network dynamic simulation and optimization method carries out dynamic simulation analysis of sports industry chain low carbon economy model evolution mechanisms and path optimization, and then according to the diffraction of the ideal folding times can obtain the folding frequency variable, so as to simulation analyze the low carbon economy model of optimization sports industry chain. The results show that test results are obvious, and its method can fully demonstrate the evolution mechanism of low carbon economy model, providing the optimal path selection.

Abstract: In this paper we use AHP mathematical theory, combining with VB6.0 software, and establish preschool children's psychological development model, and design preschool children's psychological development analysis system. In the first part of this paper we introduce the AHP structure, and discuss the principle and process of hierarchical analysis; in the second part, combining with the matrix theory we establish the mathematical model of objective function layer approximation. In order to verify the effectiveness and reliability of model, we use the VB software to do numerical simulation on preschool children's psychological development, and obtain the level nephogram and children's psychological maturity index curve of children's psychological development. It provides technical reference and the theory basis for the effect of preschool physical education on the psychological development of children.

Abstract: In teaching process of student psychological education, we introduce multimedia technology. It can not only improve the students' interest in learning, but also help the teacher using teaching aids reasonably to complete the teaching goal. In this paper we use multimedia technology to create classroom scene of psychological education, and use ps-cs5 software to design scene cartoon of multimedia student psychological education. Introducing the cartoon to the teaching contents improves the classroom more vivid and lively. In order to improve the performance of multimedia design, we use the Newton iterative method to accelerate the calculation process, finally get the residual convergence curve and the positive index of students' psychological response through calculation. It provides technical references for research on multimedia psychological teaching.

Abstract: In February 27, 2014, the central network security and information leading group were set up, the general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President and chairman of the Central Military Commission Xi Jinping himself is as a leader, which shows that the top deepen comprehensively reform and strengthen top-level design. It also shows the determination to promote the informationization development in protecting network security and safeguard national interests. Based on the status of E-government, we analyze the connotation of e-government and its safety features in the development process and summary the security demand of E-government. On the basis of E-government security system, combining with data mining features of clustering algorithm, we construct the E-government security detection model, and apply the FCM clustering algorithm to do simulation model test. The results show that the model has obvious effect and strong practicability.

Abstract: This paper focuses on spatial data characteristics of coalfield geological information and uses GIS technology to analyze and manage geological information resources of the coalfield efficiently. It also designs the geographic information system of coalfield and receives the secondary development of GIS database system using ArcGIS. In the development and design process of database system, this paper uses the ArcEngine component and develops data system in the Net platform of MircoSoft Company and uses programming control method of C # programming language to manage coalfield geology data. Finally, this paper establishes the contact between the data content, data attribute and geographic information system. It designs visual information view mode of coalfield geology. It improves management efficiency of coalfield’s geological information and provides technical reference for the study of coalfield’s geology information.

Abstract: Access control plays an important role in computer security, which has ensured the legitimate access of users and has effectively prevented illegal intrusion of user resources. The model of hybrid access control TRBAC and HARBAC are took as a starting point, and the paper has analyzed the access control policy and the security mechanism of access control, has studied the important role of information security entropy played in the access control policy, and has solved the security problem of access control.

Abstract: Multimedia business network architecture is to raise the transmission rate of multimedia information, reduce the delay characteristics of the transmission process, so the multimedia service website can operate fast, reliable. In this paper we use multiple distributed IP technology to design the multimedia business network structure of IPV6. In order to verify the performance of network structure, we use IPerf software to test the performance of IPV6 multimedia business web site, and compare the performance of network under different distributed IP. By contrast, the network transmission speed of the multi distributed IPV6 is highest, delay characteristics are the shortest; and the distributed IPV6 is secondary; the worst is the general distributed IP. The transmission rate is 2.32 M/s; network delay characteristics can reach 232.21 ms, which verifies the important role of distributed IP in the multimedia business site structure. It provides technical support for the study of multimedia network.

Abstract: Embedded Internet has preset functions and strong adaptability, which can be used in household appliances, medical equipment, and industrial machinery and so on. Through the method of embedded network, it completely changed the way of people live. In this paper we use clustering algorithm to improve the embedded network system, and use JSP technology to enhance the real-time and interactive of system, develop the aerobics visualization movement system, which realizes the interactive action between teachers and students. In order to test the performance of the system, we use AMBE-2000 as communication module to test the video compression and processing functions of embedded system. The results show that the compression ratio is big, the flow is small, and compression time is short. It is a stable and reliable network system. It provides a new method for embedded computer system in sports teaching.
