Abstract: The traditional information construction has confronted many problems, such as investment structure, integrity and repeated construction, which affected the effect of information construction. Many studies believe that cloud computing can solve the problems. Based on the former researches, this paper develops cloud computing and information construction scale. The statistics of companies which use and do not use cloud computing were collected. This paper use statistical analysis and structural equation to find the relationships between cloud computing and information construction. The result shows that some cloud computing plan can solve some problems effectively. Some suggestions were given to the companies which want to use cloud computing and this research has broaden the study method of this topic.

Abstract: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a complex disease determined by multilocus genetic factors. Although genome-wide association studies have been proven to be a powerful approach to identify risk loci, the molecular regulatory mechanisms of RA are still not clearly understood. It is therefore important to consider the interplay between genetic factors and biological networks in elucidating the mechanisms of RA pathogenesis. Here, we applied the complexity of Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) network to identify disease risk genes. First, we assigned risk SNPs to genes from UCSC genome database and mapped these genes to PPI networks. With the aid in PPI networks, gene modules were extracted and risk feature genes were identified. As a result, risk feature genes, such as CD40, PKCA, were identified as significant risk gene sets associated with RA.

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology and people’s relying on information technology, a growth trend geometry has been showing by all kinds of electronic document format , a full-text retrieval system of multi document we was needed to be designed and implemented in order to retrieve the required information quickly and accurately among those vast amounts of information. During the design and implementation process in the system, it played a crucial role in the link to design and realize the database. The design and implementation of database development process part in the full-text retrieval system of multi document was mainly introduced in this paper.

Abstract: JBPM (Java Business Process Management) is a completely-defined, rich-functional workflow engine. However, JBPM is born with some defects. It does not support returning tasks, counter signatures or repeated tasks. Besides, it does not provide a complete application framework, so that it can’t be used directly. This paper analyzes the problems JBPM encounters and puts forward a more applicable application framework design based on JBPM workflow engine. The framework provides business logic handling framework, data saving, data validating, and so on. Meanwhile the framework provides a basic solution for returning tasks, random jumps and counter signatures. The framework is well applied in the background project as its main architecture.

Abstract: Based on the multiple phase characteristics of container reshuffle operations, the paper establishes a dynamic programming model according to both the initial stock positions and the picking sequence of containers. Then a directed weight figure is put forward through connecting different states by the order. The paper uses the bi-recursive algorithm, which combines the sequential recursive algorithm with the inverted recursive algorithm, to solve the problem. The optimization of container relocation scheduling is realized by avoiding the second relocation for the same container and minimizing the total relocating time.

Abstract: Combined with the advantage of BP neural network, a time series forecast method of foundation pit deformation based on BP neural network is proposed. According to the excavation process of foundation pit, the deformation forecast model is built by analyzing the measured data of early working stage. Then, the model is used to forecast the deformation of later working stage. Through an engineering optimization example, it is showed that this method is not only efficient, but also with good economic and practical value.

Abstract: The digital images as well as the data obtained by the fundus fluorescence angiography (FFA) can reflect the structure of retinal vessels, the hemodynamic changes, the vascular pathological physical changes and the pathological changes of other related structures, which have been widely applied in the differential diagnosis of the retina, the choroid and the optic nerve disease. According to the characteristics of FFA images, the BP neural network algorithm and the genetic neural network algorithm have been respectively employed to segment and contrast the lesion areas in fundus angiography vascular images as well as the fundus angiography images. Then the clinicians can get the more accurate measurement data of lesion areas and observe the more subtle vascular changes, which can provide an important basis for the treatment of the heart, the brain vascular system and the diabetes.

Abstract: there are many uncertainty factors in the design process of the deep foundation pit engineering, such as the soil parameters, loading, which make the calculated displacement, settlement and safety factor have randomness and uncertainty. This paper combines uniform design (UD) with BP neural network. The UD structures random samples. Then, BP neural network trains random samples and the corresponding lateral displacement, settlement of ground and safety factors to get response relationship respectively. On this basis, the probability density distribution of each response parameter is obtained by predicting a large number of samples obtained by the Monte Carlo simulation. And then the Breadth Border Method, Narrow Bounds Method and PNET method are used to calculate system failure probability of foundation pit. The instance analysis shows that the method has high computing efficiency and the result is reasonable. It provides an effective way for the reliability analysis of the foundation pit engineering.
