Abstract: Provide opportunities for educational and scientific development, but also poses a challenge. Abstract: Traditional teaching by making a small 3 d software works to master basic software usage, the project development process is not involved in,through this research based on the combination of learning with working,establish CHINT electric carton packaging,allow students to access to the whole process of an actual project development.Through project-driven,students participate in the design process.The classroom teaching with the organic combination of project development,play an important role in promoting students’ team work、division of the project and a comprehensive grasp of technology,at the same time it has practical significance in the curriculum reform and CHINT electric carton packaging show.

Abstract: With the increasing investment of power grid enterprise, grid infrastructure projects, especially the main network project investment, has begun to play an increasingly important role. This paper studies the whole life cycle of the main network investment projects, from pre-evaluation, interim evaluation and post-evaluation of the project to set up a complete technical and economic evaluation index system for the investment of the main network projects and achieve the overall project evaluation, making the main grid network investment have a more reasonable basis and get rid of the previous single and imperfect evaluation system of main network investment. Simultaneously, establishing a scientific evaluation system and a database of evaluation index can help to track the main network project investment to achieve more reasonable assessment reporting projects.

Abstract: With the fact that the some media vilifies China, monitoring the Internet news about Beijing in authoritative network media is very important which could forecast the international views of Beijing in western society. An important task is to summarize a set of relevant features of the views of Beijing in order to obtain the feature vectors of the sample news. Based on these features, the random sample contents of a great deal of latest news are clustered, which investigates whether the news is a hot topic. On the basis of the selected robust and accurate classification algorithm, the support vector machine is used to map the vectors into a higher dimensional space to establish a hyperplane with the maximum margin, and then two parallel hyperplanes are established respectively on each side of the hyperplane which separates the data and maximizes the distance between the two parallel hyperplanes for the purpose of data classification. In the process of machine learning, the composition, the measurement and the weight of the feature vectors are modified and improve through trials and errors, thus to realize the accurate forecasting of international views of Beijing.

Abstract: Usually the covering part of large frame structure is heavy and it is difficult to measure the stiffness of the covering part. In this paper, it makes use of virtual instrument instead of traditional instrument. In addition, it adopts LabVIEW as development platform and the hardware includes stepping motor, data acquisition card of NI, force sensor and displacement sensor, etc. The portable plate stiffness tester is developed successfully, which is applied to industrial field. It is normative and accuracy for the quantitative evaluation of the covering parts stiffness, which plays an important role for guiding production. LabVIEW development platform relative to traditional instrument has many advantages, such as real-time display and storage, efficient data processing and powerful database management and so on.

Abstract: According to the problems of island air defense, an air defense autonomous weapon system carried by a floating platform on the water is proposed. Compared with the traditional land-based air defense weapons, this weapon system has higher security and mobility. On the other hand, the waves would have a greater impact on the stability of weapons platforms. In order to demonstrate the feasibility of the weapon system in a variety of error conditions, the combat system model facing with the whole process from the sensors finding the target to the air defense weapons capturing the target. At the same time, the model of the chain of system accuracy is proposed by adding the various error sources generated by the waves and the system itself to the model. The quantitative assessment of the impact on accuracy system by each source of error is implemented with the system simulation method. Finally, the feasibility of using the weapons on the actual combat is demonstrated with the results of the accuracy analysis .

Abstract: This paper analysed the deficiency of Petri net model of traditional stochastic manufacturing unit, and proposed an improved Petri net model to deal with the situation. It simulated improved Petri net models of different stochastic manufacturing units directly and conducted performance analyses. Moreover, it verified the capability of improved Petri net to depict stochastic manufacturing units accurately by comparing with the calculation results of Markov chain based on the same structure. The methodology of performance analysis based on simulation is universal significance.

Abstract: Network traffic monitoring, analysis, and anomaly detection have become a very active research area in the networking community over the past few years. Traffic monitoring and analysis is essential in order to more effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues when they occur, so as to not bring network services to a stand still for extended periods of time. This paper discusses router based monitoring techniques in the WAN traffic monitoring. It gives an overview of the two most widely used router based network monitoring tools available (SNMP, cisco netflow), and provides an example about the netflow technology.

Abstract: Retracted paper: Efficient archetypes and hash tables have garnered limited interest from both physicists and analysts in the last several years. In this position paper, we prove the study of 802.11 mesh networks, which embodies the typical principles of client-server machine learning. In this work we argue that although the little-known perfect algorithm for the synthesis of context-free grammar by Taylor is in Co-NP, the infamous flexible algorithm for the synthesis of the Internet by Manuel Blum et al. follows a Zipf-like distribution.
