Abstract: This paper intends to explore the humanity of Heathcliff in Wuthering Heights from the perspective of natural and social space, analyzing the transformation of Heathcliff’s human nature and its causes. Through the carrier of space Wuthering Heights rationally ponders over the fate and survival state of characters, discloses the complexity, the goodness, the wickedness and the recovery of Heathcliff’s human nature.

Abstract: The main content of the integrated support for equipment was analyzed in this paper, including all task of for equipment in each stage of life cycle, the establishment for demand of supportability and the planning for support etc. Especially the content of equipment integrated support in the stage of demonstration was expounded, and it was explained combining with a certain researching equipment.

Abstract: There is no consensus on the impact of free cash flow upon corporate performance. Based on the data from 2006-2012 of all listed real estate companies in China, authors studied the relationship between the free cash flow and performance of these firms. Using principal component analysis and regression analysis, key financial performance indicators were calculated out of 18 financial performance indicators, and these key indicators of sample companies were correlated to their free cash flow. The results showed that the free cash flow of a company is negatively linear-correlated to its performance, i.e., too much free cash flow will lead the corporate performance to decline. Therefore, the investors and the managers should avoid business inefficient because of too much free cash flow, which triggers the investment risk and loss.

Abstract: The county economy in Liaoning Province has made great progress in recent years. But the economic development capacity is different among different regions. It’s necessary to analysis the comprehensive strength to support decision. This paper analysis the data of 44 counties in 2010 and a method to evaluate the comprehensive strength is given. This method is based on principal component analysis of 16 statistical indicators. And the rank of comprehensive strength evaluation is given.

Abstract: In order to identify the key factors influencing the development of China's enterprise management innovation and study the interaction between them. 23 factors concerning management innovation are analyzed with the method of principal component analysis on the basis of the former research. The analytical results show that enterprise supply chain management method, enterprise field management method, enterprise performance management method, enterprise quality management, enterprise production management, enterprise process management are the key factors in management innovation. Paying more attention on the key factors helps to capture the principal contradiction, and to improve the efficiency of the analysis on enterprise management innovation.

The emerging media is significant for the construction of e-Government. The government should take advantage of the platform of emerging media to actively promote the disclosure of information, to build the mechanism of dialogue to strengthen the democracy of political decision-making, and to listen to the voice of the public and promote the network supervision.

Abstract: E-participation is a modern way of participation that in the process of city planning,the government builds a communication information platform by which the public, especially the stakeholders can get the relevant decision making information, express their views and interests and enhance the capability of the planning decisions with the help of internet and modern communication technology. The application of e-participation in city planning is mainly reflected in three aspects; electronic information dissemination, e-feedback and electronic forum.

Abstract: Electronic services are the sublimation of E-government and E-commerce based on public service.Sixth industry refers to public utilities, mainly refers to public administration services. E-services is an important part of the sixth industry, and the core driver of the sixth industry. The development of electronic services, there are four basic conditions: E-government, E-commerce,information society and the modern service industry Therefore, four major initiatives should be taken, efforts to advance E-services: first, to vigorously promote E-services theory; Second, policy research, institutional arrangements proceed; third, the marriage between government and enterprises to carry out a pilot of E-services; Fourth, the integration of resources, promoting information society. Meanwhile, need to design top-level of party committees and governments and institutional arrangements of decision-making departments.
