Abstract: In the context of the global population aging, pension issue has become highly important and pressing national concerns. Therefore, to further improve and perfect pension system, especially for the pension insurance system, has a very important social value. From the following aspects of old-age insurance personal accounts actuarial model: The first, deduced fixed interest rate, monthly payment of personal accounts pension actuarial model; the second, taking into account the impact of different factors on interest rates, constructed in the form of joint modeling standard Wiener process and Poisson process personal accounts pension actuarial model formula is derived.

Abstract: As a technical standard proposed by China independently, TD-LTE will have a huge impact on national economy of the country. Regarding the related researches for information industry as theory evidence, this paper, using the Grounded Theory, constructs an evaluation system of the impact of TD-LTE on the national economy from the aspects of economic impact and social influence. Based on the system, specific analyses considering objective reality are conducted, and suggestions are proposed. The results can be helpful to assess the impact of TD-LTE on the national economy.

Abstract: In view of the complexity forces of security risk assessment of military vehicles, could gravity center valuation was studied. First the concept, purpose and meaning, main steps of security risk assessment of military vehicles was analyzed, and then the algorithm in detail of security risk assessment of military vehicles based on could gravity center valuation was given out, finally was validated by an example. Verification results show that this method is the subjective qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation model, solve the fuzziness and the randomness of the assessment, as the security risk assessment of military vehicles provides a set of effective methods.

Abstract: The scientific and reasonable measure of energy-saving potential is the foundation based on which government departments of Jilin Province at all levels sets their energy-saving goals and make corresponding policies. With reference to the research results of other scholars, the paper gives a new definition of the energy-saving potential. The definition is expected to cancel the incomparability of industrial structures, levels of economic development, and level of technology in the medium and large cities of Jilin Province. DEA model is used to conduct the empirical research on the energy-saving potential of the medium and large cities of Jilin Province. The paper also gives an objective evaluation of the medium and large cities of Jilin Province and analyzes the results of the evaluation. For those inefficient energy cities, the paper determines the size of the energy-saving potential, and provides some countermeasures to improve energy efficiency from the perspective of technology advancement, energy-saving potential and industrial-scale upgrade.

Abstract: This paper for wine evaluation, through processing the two sets of data collected, analyses the results of the two wine sommelier evaluation whether there are significant differences, and determines the critic credibility of the results of the two sommelier wine critic credibility. Then, on the basis of sommelier wine critic results of the two groups, through statistical analysis for the physical and chemical indicators of wine grapes, we get a major physical and chemical indicators that influence wine grape quality, and then wine grapes are be graded.

Abstract: With the recognition of sustainable development improving gradually, low carbon campus construction has become a trend in international society. The ecological footprint model is a kind of effective method to measure the sustainable development and have some reference for low carbon campus study. Our case study is the ecological footprint of paper consumption in Dalian University of Technology, China. The results show that nearly 481.60 hm² of ecologically productive lands were needed to support paper consumption and this means that the land consumed by the university is 2.28 times larger than its physical or built-up land. Within 2011 academic year, the reused paper flow was added up to 237.69 tons, of which library contributed the most with 164.98 tons and the remaining 72.71 tons came from secondhand books obtained from last academic year 2010, finally saved nearly 578.33 hm² of forest land.

Abstract: This study was to investigate the effect of self-efficacy on coping styles and the regulatory role of mental healt in the disaster nursing education of nursing undergraduates to strengthen the education of mental healt in them and improve their abilities to cope with disaster relief. 403 nursing undergraduates who had passed the assessment of knowledge and skills related to disaster relief were chosen to receive a questionnaire survey. GSES, CSQ and PHI were applied for the correlation analysis and multiple hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy has a significantly positive prediction effect on the mature coping style. In the prediction of coping styles based on self-efficacy, SOM, ANX and HMA played a regulatory role. It is concluded that students with higher self-efficacy were inclined to adopt the mature coping style, and the somatotization symptom and emotional state of mental healt can play a significant regulation role in the influence of self-efficacy on coping styles.

Abstract: Based on the field investigation of a chemical plant, its plant area was selected as the simulated domain of emergency evacuation. All of staff was considered as the research objects and a questionnaire survey was conducted on them. Then, the survey results were analyzed statistically by SPSS13.0, in light of which the Building EXODUS was used to simulate the emergency evacuation. The results showed that there are 12 factors related to psychological and behavioral response when staff is caught in a liquid chlorine leakage accident. In light of relevancy, those factors are arranged as whether the staff has known the storage location or properties of the chemicals, gender, whether they know the refuge area location, etc. Besides, the poisoning and mortality rate reached 21% during the process of evacuation.

Abstract: After a deep investigation on the maximum terms space of the clause set, the concept of the partial maximum terms space of the clause set, which the maximum terms of the clause set decomposed, is brought forward. By investigating the extension rule, this paper introduces the concept of the satisfiability and the unsatisfiability of the partial maximum terms space, and gives an algorithm determining the satisfiability of a partial space of the maximum terms - algorithm PSER (Partial Semi-Extension Rule). Then, the TP problem is decomposed into several sub-problems independent of each other, which can be solved by the given parallel computing method PPSER (Parallel Partial Semi-Extension Rule).
