Abstract: This paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional CIP cleaning and causes, proposing an improved method for CIP cleaning. It gives a general theoretical and practical discussion on production quality and efficiency of the weak links including squeezing bottles, conveyor’s recurring breakage, bottle washing machine frequently clogged and filter brewer's failure, etc..., which is of strong guidance in practice , appropriateness, effectiveness .

Abstract: This paper aims to develop a framework that evaluates the university innovation ability. It has divided the whole framework into three stages. The first stage is to construct index system to the university innovation ability. The second stage is Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) based innovation ability evaluation. The third stage is Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The proposed framework can assist the university presidents to comprehend the present strengths and weaknesses of their university. They can identify good practices from others and can benchmark them for improving their innovation ability. This framework also facilitates the decision makers to better understand the complex relationships of the relevant innovation ability factors in decision-making.

Abstract: It is not easy to evaluate the reputation of generating companies as the influence factors are multiple, complex, and partly subjective. A fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process method (AHP) with a set of power industry relevant criteria is applied in this paper. The fuzzy triangular number is introduced to characterize the subjective judgment of experts, and AHP is used to deal with the multiple evaluation factors, and to calculate the relevant weights with the aid of the arithmetic laws of fuzzy triangular number. Numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness of this model.

Abstract: A set of blackout risk assessment indexes is established according to Electricity Accident (Incident) Investigation Procedures of China Southern Power Grid (CSPG) (pilot) and Guide on Operational Risk Evaluation of CSPG, which can calculate risk values of electricity accidents (incidents). The calculation process is discussed in detail. Based on the proposed indexes and OPA blackout model, a blackout risk assessment method for power system is put forward, with which blackout risk for all 500kV buses in Guangdong Power Grid are evaluated. Weak areas in power system are identified and their inducements are analyzed. The identification results accord with actual system long-term operation experience, which verifies the correctness of the indexes and method.

Abstract: The Technology System of Systems (TSoS) studies the technologies, as well as the connections among these technologies which were derived from the capabilities requirements and systems requirements. The TSoS related Concepts and studies are introduced. A methodology to the generation and assessment to TSoS is proposed. The generation of TSoS is based on the characteristics of different technologies and corresponding capabilities/systems requirements. The assessment of TSoS is divided as the readiness assessment and the satisfaction assessment. Only the satisfaction assessment is concerned in this study. The TSoS satisfactions assessment studies how well certain technologies can satisfy varied TSoS requirements. A case is studied to validate the efficiency of the proposed methodology using sixty technologies derived from the US weapon acquisition report for the 2012 fiscal year.

Abstract: Since the 1960s, the competition between enterprises has been replaced by the competition between supply chains because of rapid economic development. For the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of supply chain by improving the level of supply chain management, the resources of enterprises in supply chain should be integrated and optimized, and then managed uniformly. Inventory management is the most important part of supply chain management. The inventory models what we are using have many limitations. The effectiveness of implementation often depends on the accuracy of the accuracy of “market demand forecast”. In order to reduce the reliance on “market demand forecast” accuracy to improve the efficiency of supply chain inventory management, we need to have further research on this theory by used of Internet of things to explore right model.

Abstract: We puts forward a cognition of movement in computer supported cooperative learning , designs a multimedia teaching system in a shared environment on sports, and achieves the "Teacher-Student-Multimedia" cooperative learning, the multi-media teaching gradually exhibits its superiority and interactivity. The teaching resources partly apply to the sharing teaching on internet; partly apply to stadium assisting teaching, which supplies better environment for the students’ self-learning as well as more information resources for the teachers.

Abstract: At present the application of the system of most enterprises is set up by themselves, which can only be used in the enterprise interior, cannot be effectively used for information sharing, and late upfront costs and maintenance costs are high. In order to solve this problem, this paper presents a design method of the information management system based on cloud computing, which make full use of the advantages of cloud computing platform, implement equipment, information and service coordination together so as to make the enterprise to achieve the purpose of cost savings and realize resources sharing. Geared to the needs of the present situation of the medical information service, this paper combined with the use of private and public clouds, adopts the distributed and parallel computing method of medical cloud, establish medical service system of cloud, to build a five dimensions of the system where hospital, pharmacy, pharmaceutical factory, medical insurance, and patients are connected with each other, integrating the original all kinds of information management system independent of each other into a unified platform, promoting the technology of shared services

Abstract: With the development of electronic commerce, commodity recommendation system of using a single strategy for all users has been unable to meet the needs of businesses and consumers. This paper proposed a commodity recommendation strategy of e-commerce based on classification users, e-commerce users are classified as new users, general users, Silver users and Gold users. According to the difference of users, the paper recommended using different methods to improve the efficiency of commodity recommendation system to better meet user needs.
