Abstract: With the development of economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process, city fire accidents, casualties and property losses were more and more serious. Fire supervision was not strict and rescue was not timely were the main reasons for the fire and disaster aggravated. This paper used the basic principle of fire safety theory, took ChaoYang District building group as an example,combined with Visual C# and SuperMap Object.Net component GIS platform and realized the Three Dimensional FSHRMS (three dimensional fire safety household registration management system). This system mainly realized the information management of city group construction, fire protection, household register management, three-dimensional fire simulation and other functions.

Abstract: Enterprise management mode is being changed by a single enterprise management mode into supply chain management. The development of economy calls for the needs of the application of cost management in the supply chain, which is one of the most important trends in the field of cost management. However, the weak basis for cost management of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and the lack of funds and personnel various resources make most of the current cost management methods and technologies in supply chain cannot be applied into SMEs’ management. All of these give practitioners in SMEs and researchers in the field of cost research an important research topic-the unique management mode of cost management for SMEs in the supply chain environment.

Abstract: In this paper, we start with the discussion of various theories of models of E-Commerce profits, then we focus on the development in one typical companies as Taobao mall in China and in US respectively.From the comparison, we identify the problems that companies in China are facing and propose the solution how to make profits.

Abstract: Based on two traffic accident data, during the accident occur and evacuation, we analyze the changing process of the actual traffic capacity on cross-section where the accident happened. We can get the vehicle actual traffic capacity in Accident 2 is larger than the vehicle actual traffic capacity in Accident 1. And build a mathematical vehicle queue length model.

Abstract: The important work of the network management in real-time network monitoring, network monitoring network traffic, the state, the collection of behavioral information, the information will be collected for statistical analysis, network traffic status data, and network traffic information collected includes dynamic information and static information, on this basis, conducted a study of network traffic monitoring and management system.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the five currently used network traffic measurement technology, this paper proposes the distributed flow measurement model. The model divides the network by region and integrates the sub-stations and a central management station to better adapt to the high speed networks flow measurement. Meanwhile, this model greatly reduces the workload of the traffic monitoring of the central node and effectively improves the network performance because it adapts to any size LAN traffic monitoring.

Abstract: With the development of the information technology we have gradually entered a new world which character is digitalization. Digitalization gradually infiltrates into our city including the work of city planning, construction, management and services, and also acts a more and more important role as the methods for building a continual city. At present, visualization in city 3D scene is core technique of Cyber City. Querying and anglicizing information and base on city 3D scene not only provide vision taste for user, make user have cognition for city construction, but also make decision-maker, designer and user have more lifelike, impersonal and rational cognition for status in quo of city layout and blueprint of design. So we need these new technologies of 3D-GIS and visualization to aid the city planner and decision maker to make plans and decisions, and to provide the information platform for public participation city planning.

Abstract: With the wide application of the fixed telephone services and the increasing demand from enterprises and institutions, based on the unified payment platform to purchase an electronic lottery system, a system which is based on browser/server structure, developed modelling on the MVC (Model - View - Controller) design pattern, and is mainly based on the design and development of a unified payment platform, unified payment that falls into such categories as business management, payment engine, the three-channel gateway, in the form of various functional components of an abstract package and through the process engineering series for each function processing chain. Abstract business differences in parametric configuration, defined business processes through product configuration, in a unified channel gateways for different formats, different standards for each channel to send and receive packets processed. Under the unified payment System developed web payment lottery, fixed telephone payment lottery, data acquisition synchronization summary, and simulation billing functions.

Abstract: Taking use of industry configuration technology in intelligent transportation system (ITS) can solve the problem of close attention to various components and high requirements on technical ability. In this paper, a configuration control is applied to establish remote monitoring on intersection traffic lights. This application can remedy the limitation in graphics when programming in software development. Practice shows that this method has the characteristics, simple to use, visual in effect and has considerable practical value.

Abstract: Firstly, we calculated several statistics relating to the population forecast. Secondly, ba-sed on the Logistic prediction models, against Logistic model defects, we obtained the improved prediction model. Finally, using China's total population in 2004 as the initial population, we predict the total population of China in the next 30 years and in 2050 year by applying the model.
