Abstract: This paper presents a Structural Equation Model (SEM), focuses on the moderating effect of culture similarity on the knowledge sharing and innovation in Virtual Enterprise (VE). Data are collected in some small and medium-sized enterprises. Totally 227 valid questionnaires were collected, and use Smart PLS for statistical analysis. Empirical results show that the effect of the use of IT on knowledge sharing increases with higher culture similarity; meanwhile, the effect of knowledge sharing on innovation increases too.

Abstract: The formation of the network organization is an important stage in the development of industrial clusters. Application of system dynamics analysis and combined with the successful typical case, taking Shannon Airport Free Zone for an example, analyzed its hetero-organization characteristics and mechanism.

Abstract: In this paper, concerning the current situation of electronic and information–oriented specialty, and combining the construction experiences of electronic information science and technology specialty construction in Northeast Petroleum University, we have summarized the curriculum system of innovative talents cultivation. And aiming at cultivating innovation ability of the students, we have proposed implementation scheme of practical teaching and a series of measures to guarantee the training quality of the students. Abstract: In this paper, concerning the current situation of software talents' fostering and training in China, and combining the practical conditions of Northeast Petroleum University software engineering, we have conducted research and practice from the following three aspects: innovation of curriculum system that meeting the society needs, student-oriented teaching methods innovation, construction of "double qualified" vocational teaching staff, school-enterprise cooperation and cultivation of individuality.

Abstract: China has had her relations with Thailand for many centuries since the Sukhothai Period (A.D. 1250-1438) including trade contact, diplomatic relations set forth as per an abundance of documentary evidences, architectural works, and artistic object with significant artistic evidences of a long history of Thai-China relations. In Ayutthaya Period (A.D.1350-1767) which was corresponding to China’s Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1368-1644) there were Xi Yuan’s supporting written literature (A.D. 1565-1628). He was a Chinese historian who noted that China sent a large junk ship for trade to Ayutthaya fetching goods of silk, and chinaware from China for sale to Siam Court. Thai Traditional Cupboard Furniture in the past also had an interesting mix of Chinese art. Chinese artwork which appeared in the Thai Traditional Cupboard Furniture made from hardwood with surrounding decoration around it were created during the period of A.D. 18-19. From a number of Thai ancient cupboard furniture exhibited in the Phra Nakhon National Museum (the Largest National Museum in Bangkok Metropolis). This case study will explain the inspiration of Chinese art which the Thai craftsmen applied on the design to decorate the cupboard.

Abstract: Based on the literature and logic analysis, this article aims to analyze the dynamic system for the integrative development of urban and rural sports public service from the perspective of system dynamics. On the basis of the analysis, the connotation and the formation of dynamics for the integrative development of the urban and rural sports public service is summarized. Accordingly, the dynamic effect mechanism is also explored.

Abstract: A hybrid electric city bus was tested to explore its energy consumption and emissions under Chinese City Bus Cycle (CCBC) and World Transient Vehicle Cycle (WTVC). Energy consumption and emission factors under two cycles were compared. Contribution rates of different driving models to gaseous emissions were studied. Results showed, energy consumption and CO factor under CCBC were higher than those under WTVC, THC and NOx factors under CCBC were lower. Contribution rates of accelerating models to THC and NOx were 3~4 times higher than those of idle models, contribution rates of CO were more than ten times of that of idle models.

Abstract: With the development of information technology, as one of the important tools of enhancing human resources management, EHR has widely been used by many enterprises. The author systematically talks about major issues and challenges encountered in implemention of EHR in enerpreises. And the author advances some countermeasures as follows: to strive for understanding and full support of the major superior leaders; to improve relevant system and information structure of enterprises; to establish scientific procedural documents; not solely depending on service providers; to ensure security of the system.
