Abstract: According to characteristics of virtual enterprise customer relationship, virtual enterprise customer value evaluation system, in which Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to solve the weight of each index, was established. Then the performance of each customer was rated with expert evaluation method, and the calculation of customer value model was set up. The model were verified through practical examples, and cluster analysis of customers was dealt with the customer value. The verification results were consistent with the results of the analysis, to illustrates the feasibility and reliability of the evaluation method. Finally, MatlabGUI tools were used to develop the interface of graphical user which could improve the efficiency of the customer relationship management.

Abstract: Contingency plans is growing in quantity and gains higher quality in recent years. Contingency plan management has become a public service and affects our society. In this paper, we proposed a formal model of contingency plans and designed the three-layer architecture of the contingency plan management system. First, we give the formal representation of basic attributes, contents and the task model respectively. We have three layer in proposed contingency plan management system. The storage layer is designed to adapt to various types of data, such as XML and relational. The formal-model layer provides interfaces for accessing contingency plans based on formal representation. The application layer use the interfaces for different applications.

Abstract: The construction of digital experimental teaching platform needs to have a forward-looking comprehensive plan and supporting construction to guide and support. Based on the optimization and improvement in the physical laboratory, we continue to advance informatization process, such as building a wealth of data resources, strengthening the usability and ease of the system, improving interaction between systems more smoothly, enhancing timeliness of hardware maintenance and software updates to ensure the smooth and efficient operation platform, etc. The new teaching mode on the basis of it, such as online education, are explored and practiced. Fully functional, highly integrated and efficient platform will play its important role in the cultivation of innovative talents.

Abstract: The psychological health education in school education , especially for university education has a more important significance. Most current colleges and universities have tried to build psychological health education service platform which are integrated a variety of psychological health education information and functionality using IT information based on Internet. They enrich the university psychological health education model, and achieve certain results. But these platforms, because of its own technical limitations , are generally lack of wisdom sensing, intelligent diagnosis and adaptive personalization service functions. The emergence of the Internet of Things provides some technical support for building context-aware intelligence psychological health education services platform. This paper presents the architecture and the functional structure of the psychological health education service platform based on the Internet of Things. It give birth to a new model of mental health education, complete the service system psychological health education further.

Abstract: The enterprises financial supply chain not only includes the financial credit and payment, but also includes the procurement process. The modern enterprise supply chain cooperation culture includes the accounts payable processing, assumption of risk, suppliers’ cooperation, processing computer and network financial problems. In this paper, the relationship between supply chain integration and enterprise effect are analyzed by using MATLAB, the results show that when the lowest supply chain integration is 0.52, the minimum of enterprises income will be 1.35% growth rate; when the supply chain integration degree is 0.82, earnings growth will be up to the proportion of 15.46%, these illustrate that the enterprise supply chain cooperation culture have the great the influence on the overall profitability of enterprises, therefore we must pay attention to cooperation in the financial management of enterprise supply chain, which can improve the credibility of enterprises and economic efficiency.
