Abstract: In the existing squeezing machine of tube, the squeezing quality of tube is universally unstable, this paper apply dispersed forcing way to the movable squeezing plate, and build a new model of squeezing of the tube, using the professional analysis software Inventor to carry out stress analysis for the movable squeezing plate, the results show, in dispersed forcing way, the structural of model of squeezing of the tube design to be rational, and the tube force even, therefore the high-quality tube product can be obtained with the new model of squeezing of the tube.

Abstract: A theoretical model of stress-constrained topology optimization is established via level set method, a novel sensitivity analysis for the mean compliance with the stress constraint of the global measure of von Mises stress is derived by the material derivative. The triangle plane method and the Delaunay triangulation are explored to extract and sort the boundary point-cloud data, respectively. Digital manufacturing of optimization result is accomplished by automatically programming technique and wire electrical-discharge machining. Numerical examples of two-dimensional cantilever beam structure show the validity of the proposed method of this present work.

Abstract: Interactive segmentation with graph cuts has become very popular and many priors have been introduced into graph cuts to improve the results. This paper proposed a method which uses the deformable part-based model to pre-label the seeds. First the deformable part-based model finds out the bounding box, then we can pre-label the seed point based on the assumption of compact shape. Our results show that our method can get more accurate result especially the appearance of the object and background are similar and the shape is compact.

This research proposes a model based on informed tectonics for a material-based approach enabled form-generation. Based on the analysis of user demand, this thesis develops a way to build up user demand model based on user preference. This model gives some reference to the development of product innovation.

Abstract: Using reduced-basis method, design parameters are needed to be separated from the linear elastic operators, which is time-consuming. So, an improved reduced-basis method - coefficient reduced-basis method is introduced to calculate the low order natural frequencies and mode shapes of structure. In this method, the computing process of design parameters separated from the linear elastic operators is simplified. In this paper, a truck frame is taken as an example, frequencies and mode shapes from coefficient reduced-basis method are obtained. Comparing with results from the finite element method, coefficient reduced-basis method can obtain accurate results efficiently.

Abstract: In the design process of products, modern design technology pays more attention to the application of space art. As the rising of software design technology, using the computer to design process and optimize is widely used in the development of product and packaging. In this paper, we use the UG design software to do two-time development on software based on UG-NX platform, and use UG/API to connect space design system MySQL, which realizes the space art computer processing technology of modern design. Finally, using the design of casting products as an example, we use UG software to develop mechanical process flow, and design 3D model of product, and use MySQL database to optimize the model. It provides the technical reference for the study of art space in modern design.

Abstract: In the vigorously develop vocational education, institutions are established under the national government financial support facilities of the training base. These training bases are used for vocational schools to train the conveyor skilled personnel to provide a good platform, but in the construction of large-scale training base, in order to achieve comprehensive, effectiveness, long-term operation, we must have effective management mode. Can they really play a strong function of the training base, and continue providing companies with high overall quality of talent training base management worthy of study and discussion. Apparel training base, for example, through the use of SWTO analysis techniques, play an important role of apparel training base in the conventional teaching, and plays an important role in practice of apparel training base management problems in a reasonable innovative approach to a theoretical basis for the better development of the apparel training base.

Abstract: Based on BP neural network algorithm, combined with PID linear control theory, we establish neural network residual training model of mechanical seal device, and design the simulation system of mechanical seal device with FLUENT simulation software. In order to verify the availability and reliability of the system, we design two different mechanical sealing devices, and do simulation calculation on the two kinds of devices. We get the sealing pressure field and velocity field distribution curve of device 1 and device 2. Through calculation we get sealing quality change curve with time. Through comparing the two different sealing performances we found the sealing effect of device 2 is better, the sealing efficiency reaches 98.2%, which meets the design requirements of the mechanical seal.

Abstract: Using new science and technology, art design embodies the times characteristics and the rich connotation based on visual communication. With the progress of science & technology and crossing with other areas, this field has gradually formed a new one, which has association and interaction with other visual media. Based on the times characteristics of the art design, we analyze the current mainstream of 3D design, and analyze the features of space rendering integration. On the basis of this, we further explore the translation transform and rotation transformation principle of 3D design, and construct diffuse reflectance model based on design flow of 3D image. We use computer to verify the performance of the teaching practice and education stability, it has strong operability.

Abstract: In order to avoid the inaccuracy or mistakes of using single-shaft or vertical-shaft agitator, this paper introduces modeling experimental agitator based on similar design, elaborates the design thought and parameter selection, and proves the feasibility and reliability of this agitator with experimental verification. This paper attributes to the agitator design.
