Abstract: Combined granger test statistics based on VaR and CCF and machine learning theory to establish financial market risk overflow model of support vector machine. To analyze risk information overflow by the statistic characteristics of risk information overflow structure. The model can more effective to test variety forms of risk overflow, Main performance is the extreme risk for information received peripheral selectivity and market volatility non-stability. Emerging markets characteristics in A Shares is evident, the performance are the selective reception of outside extreme risk information. Empirical results demonstrate that models have certain value to the management and control of overflow risks in financial markets.

Abstract: Based on postponement manufacturing theory and the characteristics of some advanced production management modes, this study proposed the planning strategy from the perspective of mass customization production mode and discussed the role of planning strategy in the plan and control of production. Moreover, according to the determination of the postponement manufacturing points in the planning, production, assembly, sale, and delivery of products, it was recommended to set the characteristics, production, and sale environment of specific products. Different production should be planed and controlled in different ways.

Abstract: Tibetan-Chinese named entity extraction is the foundation of cross language information processing, and provides a basis for machine translation and cross language information retrieval research. In this paper, we use the multi-language links of Wikipedia to obtain Tibetan-Chinese comparable corpus, and combine sentence length, word matching and entity boundary words together to get parallel sentence. Then we extract Tibetan-Chinese named entity from the comparable corpus in three ways: (1) Extracting Natural labeling information. (2) Acquiring the links of Tibetan entries and Chinese entries. (3) Using sequence intersection method, which includes the sentence representation, Chinese named entity recognition and corresponding Tibetan sentences intersection. Finally, the results show the extraction method based on comparable corpus is effective.
