Abstract: With the implement of policies which are to accelerate the transformation of economic development mode and go to a new road of industrialization, the industrialization of residential construction has entered a new stage of development. This paper lists the structure engineering example which is Beijing holidays landscape D1、D8#floor and discusses the key technologies of engineering examples and application status of precast assembly integral shear wall structure in the residential industrial engineerings, then propose some difficulties and challenges in the process of the housing industrialization .

Abstract: Puli center project protects the original soil with pipe roof technology through combining the field analysis and finite element modeling while constructing the connecting passage of foundation pit under the existing optical fiber cable, so as to avoid the optical fiber cable from producing too big settlement to cause the adverse effect, and then constructs the connecting passage of foundation pit. After field monitoring, the maximum settlement of pipeline conforms to the deformation control standard of optical fiber cable, and this technology has certain innovation, which can provide reference for the similar project.

Abstract: Vibratory pile driving is a common application method of piles foundation construction. A test bed was designed and built according to the principle of vibratory pile driving. The test bed is composed of excitation system, machinery parts and signal acquisition system. At first soil samples with different relative compactness and different saturation were made. Then tests of vibratory pile driving have been done by using the soil samples and the test bed. For each soil sample, time of pile sinking to the bottom of the container was recorded respectively under the condition of the exciting force with same amplitude. The time represents efficiency of vibratory pile driving. The former is shorter and the latter is higher. Relationships between efficiency of vibratory pile driving and exciting frequency, relative compactness of soil, saturation of soil were researched respectively by single factor method. The experimental results have guide meaning to vibratory pile driving construction.

And analyzing it and the three empirical calculation methods comparatively, to find out the application conditions and scope of the empirical calculation method.

Abstract: Take composite wallboard of residential parts as object of study, use investigation and theoretical calculation to check unfavorable conditions of Mold-unloading-lifting and lifting-transportation in industrial production. mold-unloading coefficient and dynamic coefficient value are researched according to summarize domestic and foreign standard, and give out suggested dynamic coefficient values of construction checking of lifting-transportation for composite wallboard. It can provide reference of production and development of residential parts.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the engineering geology and the hydrology data of a large construction project along the river in Hunan province, according to the engineering design requirements and the local construction conditions, the paper analyzed in-depth on deep excavation, groundwater control and high slope treatment schemes. The results can provide a reference for similar engineering problems.
