Abstract: Urban water supply systems are the primary guarantee for life and enterprises to work orderly, according to the requirements of water resource department and the technical feasibility for the management system, the water supply pipe-network information system was designed and developed. The system was developed in C # language and SuperMap Objects as secondary development components. The applicability and weaknesses of the system was analyzed in order to provide better service for the water conservancy work digitally.

Abstract: This research analyzed the operation characteristics of the urban water supply network, the space and time change rule of water consumption and the micro modeling process. Using typical simulation software and the corresponding computer environment, the authors took a simple network, e.g., the pipe network model parameters, and under the conditions of variables uncertainty. and created a new Hydraulic Model. Corresponding uncertainty quantitative techniques of water supply network computer model technology were put forward, and new integration software was developed on that basis.

Abstract: Operative and planned rehabilitation of old pipe networks, including water disposal systems, is a relevant objective of modern city. It is especially difficult to make pipeline reconstruction works in large cities with high construction area density, transport moving intensity, also full of multifunctional both underground and above-ground infrastructure. All these factors set a lot of restrictions for open excavation methods of pipelines repair and reconstruction. That is the reason why trenchless technologies are becoming more popular among the engineers. A wide range of trenchless techniques provides people with convenient method of fast and effective reconstruction processes in comparison with durable and inconvenient open excavation. This fact leads to a necessity of creating a strategic planning of pipeline rehabilitation. This article presents how to operate the first step of such strategic planning – choosing the priority pipe section for sewer network renovation. The most convenient way for choosing one specific section from a great range is to use a program package based on mathematical algorithm that takes into account a quantity of different factors. This paper presents such a program created by authors and describes its interface, date input and processing.

Abstract: This article describes the urgency of studying the reduction of hydraulic loss in terms of energy efficiency. Looping is a section of the pipeline, which is laid in parallel with the main pipeline. Distribution of expenses on Looping`s branches in the valid movement minimizes dissipation in the flow and, consequently, reduces the energy losses in the piping network. Literature describes the calculation of a system of parallel lines through quite cumbersome calculations. The purpose of this work is to create a method of simple and quick calculation of looping. The article describes the simplest case of the connection: every branch does not contain any nodes, neither a source nor wastewater. Testing calculation of looping is represented in three conditions: looping`s resistance coefficient shown, partial expenses` calculation is transformed to rotating circulants and looping`s statics equations coincide with necessary condition of a minimum.

Abstract: Spring village is a widely existing type of human settlement in northern China, the spring water usage with natural environment is the main factor of the heterogeneous spatial structure in spring village. By the analysis for hierarchically usage of multi-kind values, this paper introduces the spatial structure and feature of typical villages under the views of living, manufacture, ecology and landscape. Meanwhile, based on the combination of modern function requirement and spring water usage, the settlement-spatial conservation, which relies on natural environment, is seen as the essential way for the sustainable development of spring settlement.

Abstract: Simulation and analysis of heat transfer process in internal recycle double skin facades (DSF) of the established standard model were carried out by computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Comprehensive heat transfer coefficient under the condition of different ventilation rate of DSF with and without blinds was studied. The results show: the increase of the ventilation rate can not only improve the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient, but also improve the temperature of inner surface of the inner curtain wall. Double skin facades can improve the comfort level of the indoor environment, reduce the energy loss of the palisade structure and reduce energy consumption.

Abstract: Economic performance of investment capital, operational costs and supplying costs of domestic hot water for different scenarios of ground source heat pump system (GSHPS), which designed for a hotel located in the hot summer and warm winter area, have been analyzed using the dynamic annual cost method. The results show that the investment capital decreased while the operational costs increased first and then decreased with the ratio of waste heat recovery of GSHPS increased. The comprehensive benefit of GSHPS with waste heat recovery is distinct compared with conventional GSHPS. When the ratio of waste heat recovery is 50%, the dynamic annual costs of GSHPS are minimum and achieve the optimization of energy-saving effect.

Abstract: Efficient airflow delivery is key to achieve effective contamination control for a high-performance cleanroom. The influence of airflow organization on effect of particles removal in cleanroom with non-unidirectional airflow was investigated in this paper. A series of experiments were conducted on a cleanroom experimental platform with different airflow organization modes and supply air volume variation by frequency converter ( 40 to 50 Hz, 5Hz interval) on air-supply fan unit. The results showed that higher cleanliness could be gained at local area in cleanroom with radial airflow organization. Moreover, the outcomes from these experiments indicated that particle concentration at measuring points appeared more orderly when the cleanroom operated with radial airflow organization. The conclusion can be drawn that radial airflow can benefit contamination control at local area for cleanroom operation with non-unidirectional airflow when compared with ceiling-supply and wall-return airflow organization.

Abstract: This paper presented a method of mathematical expectation to calculate gravity head coefficient, and this method was applied to calculate the value of gravity head coefficient of some selected cities in China in different operation regulation mode and different design supply and return water temperature. The results show that gravity head coefficient calculated by this method reflects the average value during the whole heating period. It has more representative significance. When the temperature of design supply and return water in heating system is reduced, the gravity head coefficients change very little. In different operation regulation modes, the gravity head coefficients change larger. The gravity head coefficients have a certain difference in different areas.

Abstract: Ice storage air-conditioning system has incomparable advantages than a lot of of conventional air-conditioning system example for "peak shifting and valley filling". The ice storage air-conditioning systems on the research states of the economic analysis are summed up from the building of economic analysis model, the introduction of the special systems , as well as the impact of economic factors in this paper. This paper outlines several main methods about economic evaluation of the ice storage air-conditioning systems, points out some issumes in the course of the study and some places needing to improve.
